This one from comfier seems the best among lot it’s gentle on touch and do not overheat and the belt is the best part so you don’t have to worry about carrying it rather it stays at a place where needed. Added vibration is another great feature of this heating pad. Two in one heat plus vibration to calm stiff muscles. Thumbs up.

I really like this heating pad! It’s a great size, so I can use it on my back, stomach, thighs, arms, or pretty much anywhere I need it. I also love the opening that goes all the way across the pad where I can slide my hands inside and keep them warm. The combination of heat and vibration feels so good and really helps me when I’m sore or in pain. It has 2 vibration motors, 3 massage modes, 3 intensity levels, and 3 heat levels, so I can easily adjust it depending on what feels good that day.
The material feels soft and good quality, and overall it feels very well made. It does plug in, but the cord is long enough that I can get comfortable in my favorite spot without feeling stuck next to the outlet. The hand controller is really easy to use, and I love the large zippered pocket! I can keep the controller in there and tuck the cord away when I’m done. Such a simple detail, but I really appreciate it. Definitely worth it!

I never heard of a massager with a heating pad that is good for cramps etc. Honestly never considered it. The massaging adds so much to the relief, much more than heat alone. It feels weird at first for the massage but definitely calms things down. Also it was so nice to have a warm pocket for your hands. Often I try to fold heating pads for hands this is much nicer. Highly recommend.

This heating pad is very well made and perfect if you want to have heat on your body. First off the heating is very quick and warm. I've tried it on my back and stomach and it feels great. Comfier packed a lot of options in this product. Having heat is great but packing in a vibrating massage plus a pocket to keep your hands warm is a huge bonus. I'm always someone who has cold hands so this has been amazing. It's great to have since it does multiple things and is easy to carry. This has a strap that keeps the pad in place and you can tell it's a good quality strap that will last. The connector is metal instead of plastic so you know it will hold up and it gives enough slack for a wide range of people's sizes. The wired remote has a lot of options for turning on and off all the features as well as various levels of vibration and heat. It's nice to be able to choose what you want and shut off what you don't need at the time. I believe this will get a lot of use and last a long time.

This warmer is great when you need spot relief from aches and pains. It is soft with different vibration levels as well as heat settings. There is a large strap to hold it in place and my favorite a pouch to warm your hands. It has a timer that you can have it operate for 30 or 60 minutes which allows you to get comfortable and relax without having to start again after 15 minutes. I have been using it to replace a rice bag.

The large size of this heating pad is a big plus—it covers my entire lower back area, and when positioned lengthwise, it provides excellent coverage for both the lower and middle back. The added vibration feature with three modes and three intensities enhances pain and tension relief beyond what a standard heating pad can provide. It includes a timer with automatic shutoff at 30 or 60 minutes, and the wide adjustable belt allows you to secure the pad exactly where you need it. This makes it especially useful when sitting upright, which isn’t always easy with traditional heating pads. The pad has two internal motors for the vibration that are a bit noticeable when lying directly down on them, but the cushioning of the pad is thick enough that they don’t cause me discomfort.
There are three heat settings. When sitting upright without leaning back, the first two levels don’t feel quite warm enough for me, so I typically use the highest setting, which provides adequate warmth. While it could be slightly hotter, I actually appreciate the safer temperature range—especially after experiencing a burn from another heating pad in the past. When lying down, the heat feels stronger, and I usually switch to the lowest setting.
I like the extra feature of a small pocket at one end that lets you tuck away the unused strap, keeping everything neat and out of the way. It also has a large pocket in the front where you can warm your hands if you use the pad on your abdomen.
Overall, if you’re looking for a heating pad with added vibration for extra relief, this one is worth the money.

Although this heating pad is meant for the belly area and whatnot, its versatility has been phenomenal to me! It has 3 levels of vibrations, 3 levels of heat, different vibration modes, and a timer. It’s lightweight and of great quality. What has impressed me the most, is how many body parts I could use it on! I originally got it because I figured it would be nice for cramps, and allowing for some relief, while also keeping my arms warm with the arm pocket. BUT, it has turned into so much more for me! I could use it on my back, on my calves my inserting my legs through the pocket, and most importantly, for my hands and arms!
Lately, my right arm has started to tingle and numb itself every single night. It’s extremely painful and shoots from my finger tips to above my elbows. It keeps me tossing and turning every night, but I found that if I lay it on my bed and insert my arm in the moment it starts to tingle, the vibrations will counter the numbness, and the heat will provide extra relief, allowing the pain to completely vanish in a few short minutes. This has made its functionality absolutely invaluable to me and totally worth it!

My husband has Sciatica and uses a heating pad. I bought this one because this one has an adjustable belt so he doesn’t have to hold it in place. The vibration also helps with stimulating the muscle for extra comfort.

Experience DOES Matter
- or just about anywhere else you need relief. First off, this powerful unit's AC adaptor provides 24 volts: not the 5 - 12 volts most other units stipulate, so right there you KNOW you're not getting a namby-pamby device. This one really does provide great (adjustable) heat, as well as a powerful (or gentle) massage vibration. Note my photos: the inside of the pad (non-waffled surface) as well as the exterior (waffled) with the hand warmers on either side. So not only will it provide great relief via the adjustable wrap-and-secure main section (which is a very generous 1-foot high by 2-feet wide, PLUS straps) but your hands are in for a treat, too. Really well-made and versatile. You can see from my shot of the wired controller (top to bottom) its power on/off, mode selection, intensity, heat level and timer - so you have a full range of selections. Though I needed it for my back, I've also used it successfully on my calf. I can see how it would be really great on the stomach too - for cramps, abdominal pain, surgical recovery - all that. This one is a great keeper that has lived by and WITH me since I bought it, and I could not be happier with this purchase.

I really wanted to love this heating pad, and there’s a lot I do like about it—especially that it offers both heat and vibration. But unfortunately, the design just isn’t working for my needs.
As someone who is disabled and spends a lot of time lying down, the very size and hardness of the vibration nodes (or nodules) are incredibly uncomfortable. I purchased this specifically for my lower back pain caused by arthritis and sciatica. I also occasionally use it on my lower abdomen for interstitial cystitis pain. However, I’ve found that the vibration actually makes my bladder spasm, so I can’t use that function on the front at all—just the heat.
And here’s the kicker: the vibration nodes are so thick that they make it hard to feel the heat unless the vibration is turned on. The more vibration you use, the more heat you seem to get—and vice versa. But if I turn off the vibration (because, you know, spasms), the heat doesn’t seem to get through well at all due to the thickness of the internal components.
As I write this review, I’m actually realizing how much more harm than good this product is doing for me. It’s hard to lay flat on, causes discomfort, and doesn’t deliver the relief I was hoping for. As patients and advocates for our own health, we have to weigh the benefits against the risks. And in my case, the risks and discomfort are outweighing the rewards. That’s prompting me to seriously consider returning it.
I’ve been on the hunt for years for a simple wraparound heating pad like the ones I used to love, but everything these days seems to be wireless with big bulky features I don’t want or need. I use mine constantly (and wear them out just as fast), so rechargeable models that can’t be used while plugged in are a no-go for me. That’s why I chose this one—because it works while plugged in. And I will say, it does function well in that regard.
One thing I do love is how adjustable the belt is—it really can accommodate a wide range of body sizes. The extra belt tucks neatly into a built-in pocket, which is a great touch. The fit is secure whether you’ve got a smaller waist or a larger one. The listing says it fits most bodies, and I agree with that.
The massage function itself does feel good—but only when I’m upright or seated. I just wish the massage nodes were smaller and not so rock-hard. Honestly, they remind me of slightly flattened golf balls—maybe half an inch thick or so. Not exact, but that’s the best visual I can give. The outer cover is washable thanks to a zipper that lets you remove the interior components, and I appreciate that convenience.
So in summary: this pad has some strong points—like fit, consistent power, and decent massage function—but those benefits are outweighed by the discomfort caused by the oversized nodes, especially if you need to lie down. It might work beautifully for someone who uses it occasionally while sitting up. But for me and my unique health needs, it’s not the right fit.

I love this massager! I've been looking for a massaging device that I can use to wrap around my aching lower back while also delivering heat. This device is it! I love that it's big enough to fit my waist (the pad part is 23.5 inches by 12.5 inches) and I can attach securely with a strap, so it stays positioned exactly where I want it to stay. The soft fabric of the massager resembles a blanket - it's made out of fluffy, graphite gray patterned fleece material you can unzip and wash, when needed. The cover also has a soft hand-warming pouch, so you could use this as a hand warmer as well. I love how soft this massager is and how it wraps around it, enveloping me in cozy, soothing heat. It features three different heat settings, in addition to three massage settings with varying intensities, providing a multitude of customized options. The heat also works with or without the massaging features, so if you are just looking to envelop your aching back in warmth without the buzzing sound of the massage, this might also be a good option for you. Technically, you could rest in bed and possibly even fall asleep while using this massager, because it also has a timer that lets you predetermine how long you are planning on using it (30 min or 60 min). It comes with a cord, and as a result, it needs to be plugged into an electric outlet to use all its functions, so you can't use it while walking around. However, it folds very nicely and does not take up a lot of space, so if you wanted to take it with you somewhere, you certainly could. It weighs about 2.5 lbs and fits nicely into even a smaller suitcase/travel bag or carry-on, making it the perfect lumbar massager to take with you on a trip. It definitely has five stars in my book!

The electric blanket I bought two years ago broke down, so I bought this one instead. I really like the soft texture and attractive color.
Pros
1. I searched for several products before purchasing this product, and the size was just right. It is 50"X60" in size, so it covers a queen-sized bed without any problems. It is very light and portable, so it can be used not only in bed but also on the couch when watching TV.
2. The price range is cheap compared to other products with similar specifications, so I thought the price was very reasonable. Electric blanket products of similar size are usually $50~70.
3. It is made of a very soft and warm material, so it is excellent for heat retention, and you can feel the temperature rising as soon as you turn it on.
Cons
1. There is no function to adjust the timer. The power turns off automatically after 3 hours, so I wake up more than once in the middle of the night and have to turn it on again.
2. There are only 3 temperature settings. It would be more convenient and better if it could be adjusted to 5 levels.
I would repurchase this product in the future and would strongly recommend it to people around me.
