Excellent Knee Heat Massage Therapy Device

Great machine works as intended and I’ve had it for awhile now. Like the free app included.

Lasted 2 days

Stopped taking a charge after 2 days. Heat and vibration was nice while it lasted. Waste of money. Buy a known brand, don’t be cheap like me.

Comfortable, Convenient, and Easy to Use

I’ve been using this knee wrap regularly and really like the overall design and convenience. The 3D ergonomic shape fits comfortably around the knee and stays in place without feeling overly bulky. I also appreciate that it’s cordless, since I can use it around the house without having to sit next to an outlet.

The combination of red light and vibration makes the wrap feel like a nice addition to my daily routine. Having multiple vibration modes and intensity levels is especially useful because I can adjust the setting depending on what feels comfortable that day. The controls are straightforward, with clearly marked buttons, so it didn’t take much time to figure out how everything works.

The rechargeable battery is another feature I find particularly practical. I can charge it ahead of time and use it while relaxing, working, or moving around the house. The option to use the app for additional controls and an auto-off timer is also a thoughtful touch.

Overall, the wrap feels well designed, comfortable to wear, and simple to operate. I like the flexibility of being able to adjust the light and vibration settings to suit my preference, and the cordless design makes it much easier to incorporate into my routine.

A great red light wrap from comfytemp

I'm a huge fan of Comfytemp ever since picking up an electric blanket years ago from them, and rarely if ever have I been disappointed with their products.

This knee wrap continues that fine tradition of quality and me being pretty happy with it. Build quality here is excellent and it's big enough for my knees, and I'm a large guy so it should fit most folks. It does seem a little more suited for left than right knee but you can use it on either. The massage/vibration function was light, but overall nice. Wireless is also a huge plus. Not being tethered to the wall is underrated. Hang on to the instructions because they will tell you what setting does what. You have to long press to swap to certain things.

As far as red light therapy itself, it does seem to work, even just using it as exercise recovery seems to help a lot, which as I've gotten older has definitely been more of a concern.

Overall I think this wrap was a great value and if you're looking for something to help with knee recovery, this may do the trick.

Move better

So much relief. I use it religiously. Actually using it right now when I saw the email to review. I almost never put pictures but I’ll put one since I already have it on. I am able to move around after using it and it’s so easy to operate.

So convenient—especially with the app control!

I’ve been using this Comfytemp Cordless Red Light Wrap for my knee, and it’s been fantastic. Having a red light therapy unit wrapped directly around the joint makes targeting the area so much easier than sitting in front of a flat panel.

• App & Physical Controls: The dual control options are great. The physical button interface on top of the wrap is intuitive, but being able to connect it to my phone via the app makes adjusting settings like timer, vibration, and intensity completely seamless without having to reach down.

• True Wireless & Cordless: Having a built-in battery means I’m not tied to a wall outlet while using it. I can relax on the couch or sit at my desk while it does its thing.

• Comfortable 3D Ergonomic Fit: The wrap contours around the knee joint nicely and stays securely strapped in place without slipping.

• Vibration + Red Light Combo: The combination of red light therapy and custom vibration massage modes really helps soothe stiff, tired knees.

If you need targeted relief for your knees and want something truly portable, this is a great investment. The Bluetooth/app connection is a subtle feature that adds a ton of everyday convenience.

Durable knee pad

This red light therapy knee wrap feels sturdier and more durable than others I’ve tried in the past, but it is molded similar to a knee pad. This means that your knee will need to be bent at a certain angle to be comfortable, because the device itself isn’t flexible.

The vibration sensation on these types of devices are always odd and uncomfortable for me, so I turned it off right away. There are different vibration patterns that you can toggle through, but it’s just a strong vibration that I don’t find soothing on my knee.

I like the red light feature and the different settings available. The instruction manual is actually useful and goes into the differences between each of the settings and where it would be most beneficial (light recovery vs. deep muscle aches). It’s easy to adjust the settings by pressing a button located at the bottom of the control pad. You can either do a short press or a long hold, depending on whether you want to adjust light intensity or the type of light being emitted. It’s quite versatile for red light settings.

The knee pad fit around my knee perfectly, though it might be a bit tight for people with wider knees. It’s a fixed size as I mentioned before, so there isn’t much flexibility. There’s no heat settings either, which isn’t a deal breaker but would have been nice to have .

Battery life seems good so far. It came already charged out of the box, so I was able to start testing it right away. It should be used on bare skin, since red light won’t penetrate as effectively through clothing. I’m hoping it’ll help with knee pain from running, and speed up recovery times. I’ll be very happy if this relieves my pain well.

Easy to use even without the app

The efficacy of red light therapy is probably personal, so commenting on that would be anecdotal. What I will comment on is the wrap itself. It is a well made, sturdy wrap that is substantial and comfortable at the same time. It provides two types of red light and two wavelengths, one visible (660 nm) and one infrared (850 nm). Based on personal research, these are two wavelengths that are reported to support pain relief and comfort. You can set the light portion to 4 different modes which makes it flexible for your use. It also has 3 vibration modes. It's easy to put on and take off, although it is a bit bulky. With the large battery it provides a reasonable amount of time even at the higher settings. The buttons on the wrap to adjust the lights, vibration and modes are so easy to use I did not find the need for the app that is available. At this price, it's a reasonable value for the money as well.

Good basic red light knee wrap

I got this knee wrap because an old injury left me with a knee that acts up and I use red light therapy and ice in combination to deal with it when it's flared up on me. I like that this one is cordless. I like the options that you have for light and vibration intensity. I like that it came with a printed, detailed manual. I think for standard knees, the design allows a good fit. For extra bulky knees, it's less ideal. I consider it basic because it does not come with heat or a storage case/bag. I'd consider it quality good and it seems durable. I like where the controls are on it and it's simple to use once I learned how to use the controls and what the different lights on it meant. The manual was okay at explaining, but I think they could have simplified it a little more. I like that you can use it just for red light and don't have to have vibration if you don't want to. One thing that I do not like on it is that by default, when you power it on it starts vibrating. To me, it would have made more sense to default to the 0 no massage setting when powering it on and then if you wanted massage you could press for that. Overall, a good red light wrap for pain relief in knees.

Nice Red Light Knee Therapy- App is Optional

I've been very happy with this cordless knee wrap. The combination of red light therapy, near-infrared light, and vibration massage makes it very useful. The wrap is very portable, comfortable to wear, fits securely, and being completely wireless makes it easy to use without being near an outlet.

The rechargeable battery lasts a good amount of time between charges, and the controls are okay. It is only three buttons and it uses short presses for intensity and long presses to change the mode. The lights do put out some heat dpending on the intensity level. My only complaint is that the long presses for the lights change colors but don't let you know which setting it is actually on. The app is completely optional to use the wrap. You don't need it to use the device since all of the core functions are available right on the wrap but is useful for the color settings. Since color settings can be addressed effectively, no stars are deducted.

Overall, this feels like a well-designed product that's easy to use and offers a nice combination of comfort and convenience. If you're looking for a portable knee wrap with massage and red light therapy features, this is an excellent option. Would Recommend.

Red light therapy knee wrap

I’ve had a bum knee since a line drive home run broke my kneecap at a MLB game 10 years ago. When I saw this red light therapy knee wrap, I had to try it. It has a soft material and is slightly bent for comfortable wear when seated. The wrap has 2 adjustable Velcro straps for a secure fit. It is pretty straightforward to use: you charge with the included USB C cord and turn it on. The vibration and red light therapy modes have separate buttons, and you can pick your level of intensity for both. There is an auto shutoff function after 30 minutes. I’m not sure how much the red light therapy is doing, but the massage function feels great on my knee. After a couple weeks of daily wear, I have less fatigue in my knee. It only needs charged every few days so the battery life is decent. I opted not to download the app, but there is one available if that’s your thing. One thing to note is that if you have large legs, this may not fit you as the “body” of the wrap is solid, and the straps are not huge. This is a good quality wrap for the price when you consider the features. Take care to keep it clean and dry as washing it will be difficult.

Well built brace with long battery life

The brace itself appears well built with comfortable poly fabric on the exterior and interior covering padding and mechanisms. The fabric seams are covered for protection. Overall width is 4”, and it’s 3” deep. With 16” long robust straps to secure the brace to one’s knee. So this brace can fit very large legs.

A plastic control module sits on top of the brace. It has an on button and control buttons for light and vibration. The vibration button is simple. Just press until you get the vibration mode or level desired. There are three levels. The light button is more complicated with 9 different levels and 4 different light modes. Infrared and near infrared, just near infrared, just infrared or pulse. All light levels also show their respective nanometer wavelength levels shown.

The proprietary app is nice and simple. Download the app through the QR code. Once installed the turned on knee brace is quickly found via bluetooth for the first connection. The app only has a few simple controls for infrared and near infrared modes or intensity levels. And for the vibration modes or intensity levels. So I was pleasantly surprised not needing to learn a complex set of instructions.

My wife has used the brace with light and vibration for about 3 days now, totalling 5 or 6 sessions and over an hour of use. She feels it temporarily helps ease the pain of her knee arthritis. Not sure if it’s the vibration, heat or light that’s working.

As a test, I fully charged the brace then ran it on light IR/R mode level 3 and vibration mode 1. After 6 cumulative hours (30 minute intervals), it finally stopped. 6 hours represents 12 days of daily 30 minute sessions. So decent battery life.

Good red-light therapy for the knee

This item is sold as a cordless red-light therapy knee wrap. The product seems to be made of quality materials and is well constructed. It's quite simple to use and comfortable to wear. There are four red light modes with nine degrees of intensity and three levels of vibration intensity allowing for a lot of customization. I love that the item is cordless and portable. The battery life seems pretty good and depends somewhat on the intensity levels being used. The wrap can provide a significant level of heat that I found to be soothing and helpful in reducing my level of pain. It can be used on either knee with no difficulty. I was a little disappointed in the app, which is why I deducted one star. It's just as easy to use without the app. Not a bad price.

Helps Soothe Sore Knees

I have been having knee pain for years especially on days where I am standing or walking a lot. I decided to try the Comfytemp Red Light Therapy Knee Wrap and I am glad that I did! Even after 5 minutes of the red light and vibration massage my knee felt a lot better and lighter feeling.

The knee wrap uses a USB-C charging cord which is convenient because that is what most of my devices use so I do not have to keep track of a different cord. The knee wrap's product box was also sealed in plastic which gave me peace of mind that this product would be sanitary.

I would recommend the Comfytemp knee wrap to family or friends experiencing knee pain or discomfort because the vibration massages quality was fantastic. I did not even have to go past level 2 intensity. The knee wrap was also easy to put on and you can download the app to change the settings if you do not want to use the screen.

Night Train Lane

Thoughtfully designed knee massager that is comfortable, portable, and convenient to use

This cordless knee wrap is comfortable to wear and easy to use. The adjustable straps provide a secure fit, and the lightweight, wireless design lets me move around instead of being tied to a power cord during a session.

I like having both red light therapy and vibration massage in one device. The different intensity settings make it easy to customize each session, and the combination provides a relaxing experience after a long day or following physical activity. The built-in rechargeable battery lasts through multiple sessions before needing to be recharged.

The controls are simple to understand, and the wrap feels well made. The 660nm red light and 850nm near-infrared light features, along with the 3D wraparound design, help provide even coverage around the knee.

Overall, this is a thoughtfully designed knee massager that is comfortable, portable, and convenient to use. The cordless operation, adjustable settings, and combination of light therapy and vibration make it a practical addition to a home wellness routine.

High-Intensity Red Light Therapy Wrap That Outperforms Its Price Tag

Having used red light therapy for over four years with panels and portable units, this is my first purpose-built wrap. Over the years, I’ve introduced many people to red light therapy. While not everyone responds, those who do usually see noticeable improvements within the first week of use. As for this device, it uses a standard USB-C port for charging (note that you cannot operate it while plugged in), and make sure to peel off the protective plastic film on the screen when unboxing.

The 660nm/850nm light combination is my sweet spot for pain relief, and the light panel covers an area spanning just over 3 inches by almost 10 inches. This wrap is brighter and more intense than other battery-powered devices I have tried. I dial it back to level 6 so it stays comfortably warm without getting too hot. Level 9 is way too hot for me. Even though I use a full-body panel almost daily, this wrap improved my intermittent knee pain.

The cordless design allows decent mobility/walkability, and the vibration pads sit right at the sides of my kneecap, which is the ideal placement for targeted relief. While shaped for knees, it is flexible enough to use on elbows, ankles, or strapped to a shoulder with an ace bandage. The vibration feature was an unexpected bonus; a 20-minute session on my knee actually helped soothe a sore foot as well. Battery life is solid, and it gives a handy three-beep warning a couple of minutes before the battery dies.

The companion app was simple to set up and the only new functionality is allowing you to adjust the preset timer, so I uninstalled it after testing to avoid phone clutter. The high-frequency pulse mode is imperceptible to the naked eye, but pulsed therapy has interesting science behind it.

My only minor nitpick is the lack of a silent mode. It beeps when powering on or off or changing modes, and it automatically defaults to vibration mode on startup. Still, at $45, the high intensity, solid build quality, and perfect pad placement make this an incredible value. Highly recommended.

Warm and soothing comfort

This Comfytemp cordless right light knee wrap is a nice addition to my routine for managing everyday knee soreness. By providing 3 types of vibration mode with 3 levels of intensity each and 9 levels of red light/heat, I can find a setting that works perfect for my needs. The heat and vibration work independently of each other so that you can choose heat only, vibration only, or heat and vibration together. All it takes is just a long press of each button to switch between modes and a quick push of the button to switch between intensities. It heats up quickly and provides the right amount of warmth. The vibrations can get quite strong in intensity so I look to keep it at a level one or two.

The fact that this is cordless makes it easy, convenient, and comfortable to wear. Because of it's angled design, the knee must be kept in a slightly bent position. It's easy to adjust with the velcro straps and will fit on various leg sizes. I wore it for 60 minutes at a time and the battery was still going strong though of note, it auto shuts off after like 30 minutes. With a rechargeable port and charging cord included, I feel comfortable recommending this to friends.

Knee brace with red light and vibration for pain relief.

Solidly built knee brace. It is not light, it's not heavy heavy but it's got some mass to it. It has very thick, padded, velcro, adjustable straps. This fits myself who is 140 lb as well as my spouse who is 260 lb. It can be used on both the left and the right knee. In my opinion. It could also work on an elbow but it might be kind of large, and it is not intended for the elbow, but you could make it work if you had a sore elbows as well as a dull purpose item again. It would be slightly large on most people, but I think it could work.

The brace itself is thick and well padded. It is comfortable to wear. It does not need to be plugged in while you wear it. It does come with a charging cord, but it does not come with the plug that goes into the outlet. You will need to buy that or you most likely have one as a USB plug.

There is a warning on this device that you should not use it if you have lotion or product on your legs. There is also a warning on it that depending on your skin cone it might not work for you as it says dark colored ink from things like tattoos or higher skin pigmentation can cause you to have sensitivity to this product.

This device promotes a temporary sense of muscle relaxation, while supporting natural circulation, it says it enhances the appearance of healthy looking skin. I have not noticed that at this time, and it's just good general support for wellness.

This device emits a 660, NM visible red light and 850 NM invisible near infrared light. It says that these wavelengths are absorbed by beneath the cell benefit. The skin knee where they interact with natural cellular components provide targeted wellness benefits for the knee joint and surrounding tissue. I am recovering from sports knee injury. My my spouse just has bad knees from aging and weight related pain. We are both helping that this kid relieve some of the muscle aches and discomfort. We have a family member who said they had really good results with red light therapy. Even if the red lights are not effective as they claim, we are still waiting to see if there's any long-term results, the vibration of the knee does feel nice and the brace is quite durable and comfortable. I do very much like that. You can take it on the go and you don't have to be attached to a wall with a cord.

Cold packs are still my top choice, but this is a great new option for knee pain

I ordered the Comfytemp Cordless Red Light Therapy Knee Wrap with Vibration Massage for use on my right knee, which has chronic pain after an injury 14 years ago. The wrap is thick, high-quality and well-made of a synthetic fabric similar to a soft knee brace. It’s in a fixed flexed position, so you need to sit while using this. The straps are beefy and long with secure Velcro tabs and will fit a wide range of knee sizes. A USB-A to USB-C charging cord is included for the rechargeable battery.

The battery was fully charged on arrival, and the vibration and lights were both set to 1 (lowest active setting). The video shows that a long press adjusts the frequency of the vibration, and a short press adjusts to 3 intensity levels or turns it off in the zero setting. The vibrations are fine but strong, and the “1” setting was plenty for a noticeable effect. I did not try the companion app, but the user Manual says it has helpful features like a timer with automatic shut-off. You can see the light peeking out at the edge of the wrap, and it has 3 frequency settings and 9 levels of light intensity. I don’t know much about red light therapy, and I appreciate the adjustable settings so I can use vibration mode only.

People with knee pain are always looking for new treatments that can make a difference. The effect of this device isn’t dramatic, but it seems to get blood circulating, and my knee felt a bit better after a few minutes of use. I can’t comment on long-term use because I’ve only tested this a few times. Cold packs are my top choice for immediate comfort, but I’ll use this wrap for something different. The price is appropriate for the quality.

Less stiffness and improved comfort

I purchased this portable red light wrap for my knee pain, and it has been a great addition to my daily routine. After using it consistently for about 15–20 minutes a day, I noticed less stiffness and improved comfort, especially after long days on my feet.

Seems to help my knee pain!

So far, so good! Received this from my wife as a Christmas gift because I have an arthritic right knee. Painful to do squats and lunges. Started doing this daily for 20 minutes. Been a week and doing lunges are not that painful. Still a little discomfort but remarkably improved. I’m very happy with it and I hope it continues to improved my knee pain symptoms

It works well

Absolutely 100% Fabulous! Definitely a Winner!

OK, I’ve ordered a lot of knee braces throughout the past few years, and By far this is Definitely my Favorite…

Have a different one without the Massage also. Like it as well, BUT the Massage is On a whole new Level.

This “Comfytemp” portable red light wrap is a little stiffer due to the fact that it has the vibration so it’s almost like your own “Hero-Armor” is the best way to describe it. Absolutely fabulous, Feels fantastic. I need one for both Knees, shoulders, hips, ankles, •Hello• just say a full body wrap…

For the first time ordering “Comfytemp” can Honestly Say, it’s is the best Order I’ve Made…

This is a one and done! Love the fact of connecting with my phone,

Can change settings there, if you have trouble bending over a bit…

Appreciate, the Company post clearly there Phone number for customer support, also there Email information, Clearly the box.

It’s soft yet stiff it functions 100% blissfully! Battery lift, Came fully charged…

I’ve used it three times at this point the first time actually put me to sleep. It runs for about 15 minutes and shut off. Have the Red-Light on (3) for the heat and penetration. The massage is on (1), definitely would suggest having a round noodle or pillow up under your knee, while using. However I’m lucky, I have “Scooby” he’s the perfect size and companion for my Therapy.

( Certainly believe it feels good to Him as well)

• Note: I believe you could probably use this one your shoulder. The device should Definitely be in your Go To Therapy Supplies…

If you or anyone has issues with swelling, pain, in their body. EspeciallyOur elders, teenagers who play sports, or The majority who’ve worked hard, played harder, most of our lives.

Definitely, No highly recommend the “Comfttemp” to be on your Christmas list for everyone this year, without a doubt. It is easy even with my arthritis, hands to wraparound my knees.

•Not bad on the pocketbook•

Great pain relief

Bought this to try as both of my knees are bad. Too early to say if it helps but while using its amazing. The heat and vibration are great relief. It does take a few minutes to figure out how to use the settings but if you read the booklet its not an issue. I will say its loud but personally I don't care .... the pain relief outweighs the noise .

It actually works!

Had. A non stop low ache in my knees. Was at the point to try anything for relief. Don’t know how or why it works but since I have started using it the ache is practically gone. Actually did not take any Tylenol yesterday! Wish it was a lil more flexible at the knees. Fits better sitting rather then laying down. If you lay down going to need under knee support.

Easy to use and relieves knee pain

Good:

-Easy to use.

-Comfortable fit.

-Long battery life.

Bad:

-I would prefer a longer charging cord.

I ordered the Comfytemp 3D Red Light Therapy Knee Pad with Vibration Massage. I like that this machine provides temporary pain relief for my knee. The wireless feature is great for portability. I like that the control panel is simple to access and it offers adjustable settings. The app seems to work well and it includes various modes, levels and timer options. Overall, the machine performs better than expected and the battery life is impressive.
