3 modes of sound volume…this packs a punch with good sound quality

This speaker packs a punch. I charged this overnight and took it to a family gathering, it blew them and me away! There are 3 choices of sound and each is distinguishable from the others. Indoors, outdoors and regular mode. The panel on top is clearly lit showing battery life. I paired this with my phone easily. This is a heavier unit which I like as it is sturdy and stable once placed. We used the speaker for 2 1/2 hours and the battery was still half full. The manual provided gives easy to understand directions for usage as well as troubleshooting. The versatility y of this unit bumps up its functionality… I have only begun to play with this and with the added bonus of using it as a charging station and the use of a microphone this unit will get a great amount of use this summer.

I love this thing I just opened it five minutes ago and turned on the Bluetooth and it was very loud which is exactly what I needed along with it being portable I’m going to have so much fun at work tomorrow haha

Sounds great, a little hard to use.

I have mixed feelings about this speaker, so I'll start with what I like:

It has big sound. It sounds great. It really is suitable for use outside because it can fill a big space. It has good bass and sounds nice. I haven't really tested the microphone connection or used it as a karaoke machine, but for playing music, it's great. It has great battery life. I've only charged it once or twice since getting it and it's lasted a long time. It's big and solid, but not excessively heavy. It was easy to connect to my iPhone and has a reliable connection. I've also used an aux cord to connect it to my son's toy DJ machine. That works well and has big sound so he really feels like he's throwing a party. It's also nice to be able to charge other items through the charging port.

What I don't like is that it's not really intuitive to use. There are some functions that require some odd button sequences. It's not too hard to connect to your phone via bluetooth, but beyond that you'll have to study and memorize the instructions. For example, there are "+" and "-" buttons. Short press each for volume, or long press to change tracks...

All in all, it's a good speaker. It sounds and looks good. I'd say it's a good value, compared to some of the name-brands.

Very Loud You Can Feel the Music Great Battery

I ordered this for myself because I like music on the go. I have been kicking it around for a few months, and overall, I am pleased with how useful it has been. I am not a true audiophile, but I love how loud this can be when needed, and the bass booms. You can literally feel the sound. This has a very good battery life and also doubles as a power bank, which I have used twice now, and honestly, it saved me when it charged our phones, earbuds, and other devices, super helpful. It really packs a punch for its size and weight, approximately 17" X 6" X 6" -9lbs. It's equipted the Bluetooth 6.0, and it's a breeze to pair and connect. There's a nice touch on the bottom; the rubber feet help it sit perfectly on many surfaces. It's well-made and durable. The case is of excellent quality with a built-in handle that is waterproof and wipes clean easily. I did find the controls a bit difficult, and there were some microphone issues, but not a deal breaker, and it could be user error. I think it's a good value and a solid $99.00 speaker.

Great Sound, Not Bulky, and Pairs Easily with Bluetooth

This portable speaker is a great option for playing music and when you need a speaker for your wired microphone. The best things about this speaker are: 1) It is not too heavy, it is not bulky and large, and it has a handle for making it easy to carry and move around; 2) The speaker pairs quickly via Bluetooth to an Android cellphone; 3) The sound is clear, and you can not only adjust the volume, but also the EQ for indoor or outside events; 4) The speaker works well with a wired microphone.; and 5) It works as a power bank where you can connect and charge your phone or other items, and you can recharge the speaker within a reasonable amount of time. One thing to consider, and as advertised, if you would like to use a wireless microphone you will have to purchase a Comiso wireless microphone for wireless use, so review the instructions, but it works well with a wired microphone. A great compact portable speaker option to consider.

Powerful Bass and Solid Build, but Controls Take Getting Used To

The Comiso portable Bluetooth speaker impresses with its solid build quality and powerful sound output. Sound preference is always subjective, but if you enjoy deep, bass-forward audio, this speaker delivers.

My main drawback is the button layout and functionality, which are not very intuitive. Each button seems to serve multiple purposes, making basic tasks—such as pairing with a TV, phone, or other devices—more complicated than necessary.

While the speaker can get quite loud, I noticed that sound clarity begins to diminish at higher volumes. Overall, it’s a capable speaker with strong bass and volume, but at its current price point, it may not offer the best value. That said, it would be a solid purchase if found at a discounted price.

Heavy Duty. Sound is good. Bluetooth works great!

I wanted a bigger, more powerful speaker for tailgates, camping, and outdoor hangs, and this COMISO speaker delivers. It’s a bit on the heavy side, but I like that—it feels very sturdy and well-built.

The sound is loud, clear, and 360-degree, so it fills the space without worrying about positioning. Bluetooth connects instantly, and the mic and USB inputs are great for busking, karaoke, or playing along with tracks. Overall, it’s powerful, portable enough, and just a joy to use.

Loud, But Lacks Quality Sound and Polish

I thought this speaker would be a versatile, powerful unit, but I am very disappointed with the overall performance, especially at this price point. It's loud, but that's where the positive qualities end.

The Good Points: This speaker is indeed very loud, making it excellent for cutting through noise or filling a large area. Bluetooth pairing and connection are quick and hassle-free. I also appreciate the variety of inputs, including Mic Level, Line-in, and USB.

Major Disappointments (The Cons): The fundamental issues are with audio fidelity and the user interface, which are dealbreakers for me. The sound quality for music is terrible. The soundstage is completely flat and compressed across all EQ modes. There is no sense of space or immersion; my much smaller mini Jambox has a far superior, richer soundstage. When you use the volume capabilities it touts, the sound quickly becomes distorted and harsh at higher levels.

The biggest functional issue is the uncontrollable reverb when using a microphone. Reverb is constantly applied in every mode, even when the control is explicitly turned off. This is a major functional bug that makes it unsuitable for clear public speaking or singing. Finally, the control panel is poorly designed. The buttons and settings are so cryptic and confusing that the manufacturer had to include a separate, supplementary card to explain their basic functions.

Final Conclusion: This product is a speaker that is loud and has various inputs, but the sound quality is very poor, and the mic functionality is ruined by the constant, unwanted reverb. While it works as a powerful amplifier, the terrible sound spoils even that. It works "as advertised" only in the most basic sense, but the terrible sound quality and confusing user experience make it a bad purchase for the money.

Underwhelming and overpriced

I had high hopes for this speaker but it was a disappointment for me. It is well constructed and functions fine but the sound is not great. Connectivity was a cinch. Display and switching is not intuitive. They had to include separate “friendly reminder” instruction card to avoid confusion. They should have added dedicated buttons. The card looks like it was meant to lay on the top between the handles. If you place it there it covers the lights! See picture. The three eq modes are very distinct and way too harsh. The battery capacity is not very high for such a heavy speaker. This portable speaker is way overpriced for a mono speaker. You need to buy two of these and connect together to get stereo sound from them. There is no soundstage with one and the sound is extremely boxy. I know sound quality is subjective. I have many portable speakers and there are well priced portable stereo speakers for less money that sound a lot better. This speaker should be priced around $69 and not $200! A pair would set you back $400! Too many shortcomings for such an expensive speaker. Not worth the money.

Outstanding Sound and Quality

This portable speaker is amazing! It comes packaged well and the quality of the actual packaging is pretty high end. The speaker is a big size for something portable, yet still light enough to carry from room to room thanks to the handle. It even comes already charged, so it’s ready to use straight out of the box.

Big Sound, Zero Hassle

I already have a couple of Bluetooth speakers, one I keep portable for around the house and another wired one that usually stays outside. But what I really wanted was something bigger, a proper beast for tailgates, camping, bonfires, and just loud outdoor hangs. This COMISO speaker is exactly that. It is even viable as an auxiliary speaker for my guitar setup, which is awesome, and perfect for busking since it is so loud and easy to transport.

The thing is incredibly loud and powerful sounding. Seriously, it just puts a smile on my face every time I turn it up. The sound is 360 degrees too, so I do not have to fuss with positioning it a certain way, which is great when you have a bunch of people moving around a campsite or beach.

Connecting via Bluetooth was completely seamless; it connected instantly to my phone. I also love that it has inputs for a microphone and USB, so I could play to a track or even do some busking or karaoke if I wanted.

The controls are simple, and the battery level indicators are clear and easy to read. A neat feature is that you can hold the button to cycle through three different sound EQ modes. That is really nice to have because I can dial in extra bass for close listening or boost the clarity for large distances outdoors.

Another massive convenience is the fast charging with the 5000 mAh power bank function. That means I can easily charge my phone right there on the go while the music is blasting. So far, the play time has been excellent for the times I have used it, and I have not even had to charge it up yet in the short time I have owned it.

I am seriously impressed, and the fact that you can pair another one of these for a total of 300 watts of peak output is crazy... it is loud enough on its own. I really look forward to using this thing more, and hope it stands up and is as durable as it feels.

Fantastic Sound!

I’ve owned 8-10 portable speakers since I frequently sit outdoors on my patio and I like the portability of using it in other parts of my home. I’ve had some decent speakers but this speaker is incredible. I love the versatility as it can be used as a Bluetooth with my phone (so, any music app), a memory stick with my favorite songs, or to plug in a microphone.

The ports used for the mic and memory stick are covered by a rubber seal that hides and protects the ports when not in use. It is connected to the speaker so you won’t lose it. The volume can be adjusted with your phone for app music or manually, otherwise. Just make short presses to change the volume or press and hold the volume buttons to skip songs. Very simple set up.

I wish I could record the sound for my review but it was incredible! I would not know that the music was not playing from my traditional speakers-sound system. The sound was clear, vibrant, and filled the room. I could FEEL the music! I could hear all the instrument ranges. The sound was clean but reverberating! I was not expecting that, at all!

This would be incredible for so many uses. We used it last night to stream Christmas music while we decorated the tree. Great for the outdoors since it is waterproof or the bathroom while dressing for work. Or perhaps a community or work meeting to amplify a presentation or a speaker for your man cave or garage.

The speaker is very attractive, is heavy (weights approx. 8.7 pounds), and has a heavy-duty handle for carrying. We’ve used the speaker for hours already and no issue with power. It recharges with a USB-C. Overall, I cannot say enough about the sound and quality of this speaker! Very highly recommend!!!

WoW! What Great Sound!

This portable Bluetooth speaker is compact, but very durable/sturdy. It's quite heavy for its size, but totally portable with a heavy, rigid built-in handle. And the sound! I'm listening to it now as I type this review. I couldn't wait to tell everyone just how wonderful this speaker is. For its size, it really delivers on the sound quality. It comes with its own charging cord, but I used mine (in the picture it's white, but the one that comes with the speaker is black). IT doesn't take long to charge enough to begin to enjoy music.

And this is waterproof?! Perfect for poolside listening or outdoor party's and BBQs.

Finally, a piece of technology that comes with an adequate size user manual. Pairing was easy. I've not tried all of the different modes yet. I'm still loving the default setting. Using the coupon, the price is about $139. That's a good price for the quality of this speaker.

No regrets with this speaker.
