Compré este auricular Bluetooth porque mi esposo necesitaba tener las manos libres mientras trabajaba y, en general, ha cumplido con lo que esperaba. Lo que más me gustó: Se conecta fácilmente al teléfono mediante Bluetooth. Es ligero y cómodo para usar durante varias horas. La batería dura bastante para llamadas durante el día. El micrófono ofrece una buena calidad de voz en lugares con ruido moderado. El alcance de la conexión es bueno y no tuve cortes mientras me movía. Lo recomiendo al 100%.

Read the user manual. It will help a lot.

This device works very well. I drive a semi truck and sometimes it gets noisy in the cab. The volume control buttons I have to remember where the plus and minus are with my finger but once I find them the volume is adjusted to what I need. Since I've only used this device for the past 2 days it does feel kind of awkward as compared to the last device I had. It's just a matter of getting to know this particular instrument. I am very well pleased with it though so far. I also appreciate how this company sends quite a few earpiece cushions. There are several sizes to choose from. Quite an abundant and I would thank them very much for that.

Exceptionally satisfied cuz it’s exceptional

9/25: I wrote the review below several months ago. I do like this headset at the price point. But there has been growing Bluetooth interference in both my hearing and my caller’s hearing. This is getting worse and worse. I have done the following with Bluetooth on my iP13 without resolution: turned BT on/off, iP on/off in between that, and removed reinstalled Conambo fr BT devices. No resolution. This is a disturbing problem. I will reach out to Conambo and add a comment here about the result.

Old, initial review (I’d never hit “submit”). This replaces a Plantronics Bluetooth earpiece that is very highly rated, substantially more expensive, and resulted in caller complaints about our connection.

This Conambo came with a nice case, a gazillion earpiece fittings, and a notation inside the case of exceptional tech support and warranty (see pic). It is obvious Conambo wants me happy - and happy for two years. I hardly needed to use the earpiece to know I would be satisfied. And my one-hour telatherapy visit today had not one can’t-hear-you interruption - it’s always a major bummer when I have to repeat an emotion.

(So I’ve fired my therapist and now only talk with my Conambo Headset; but I’m told results are not covered under the Conambo or Ausurion warranty!).

ps.: after several months, I can attest to apparent durability and good audio quality. The noise suppression isn’t as good as the highly-regarded highly-priced Plantronics earpiece this replaced; but this is much more solid feeling.

A must buy. This Company stands by their products

If you were like me and hate holding your phone especially when you are having a conversation with someone you will enjoy this product. The ear piece sits over your ear and just inside your ear.It does not get tucked in your ear canal and is very comfortable to where I find it to be very comfortable.I can walk around with it on for hours.People can hear me well.

But very recently were the plastic piece feeds into the rubber lake.Material has started to come out. I am hoping there is an easy way to fix it. I have tried so many hands free .

Works great!!! Definitely is good as Plantronics Voyager

Okay I'm had it a couple weeks now, I was waiting to see how it worked before leaving a review. I'm pleased to say it's every bit is good as Plantronics at a fraction of the price! Also as you can see in the pictures the plantronics ones always break in the same place (usually in about a year or less) and I've had several of them over the years even the more expensive one that you see in the picture. This earpiece is definitely much tougher in that area is a little bit harder to get on your ear but it also fits tighter, for instance if I was laying down working on something that I could not get from a sitting or kneeling position it doesn't fall off my ear which is something that always happened with the Voyager. This earpiece seems to be more comfortable as well (the part that goes in your ear canal) It has several sizes for you to choose from I suggest that you go through all of them to see which one seals your ear canal the best. That way you can hear it very well even with a lot of background noise or wind, everyone I've talked to you says it sounds very clear and they don't hear the wind when I am outside so the noise canceling is good also I like that it has the USB-C connection. That was always one of the problems with the lower models of the Voyager, they had the magnetic connector and you would have to wait for 30 seconds or so to make sure that it was on charge. I think at this price it's a no-brainer this is much better and the audio is crisp and clear even listening to music or a podcast sounds great. There have been some times I heard a little bit of crackling (same thing would happen with the Voyager at times) and I tried turning the HD off and back on and it didn't make any difference so I think that may have been some interference, currently I have no problem like that It only happened once or twice so I'm thinking that was just interference and not the unit itself. So if you're looking at this and wondering whether to get it or not just get it! I don't think you'll be using that because this is a quality unit! I can't believe CONAMBO can do this at this price.

Extremely cheap material - quality is also horrific

This is the 2nd headset I purchased thinking the 1st may have just been a dud but the same exact thing happened with this one. The mouth piece breaks extremely easily just by trying to adjust the height of the microphone. The quality of the technology is also terrible. Mid-call the head set will just stop working (battery is fully charged and no notifications say ‘battery low’). The person on other end can still hear you but completely silent on your end. Tech support is completely useless and just asks if you have it fully charged, on and connected (yes obviously). Save your money and buy a different product that actually works and doesn’t break at the slightest movement

Buyer Beware - Fire Hazard

I bought 2 of these in May of 2023 and by mid-September 2023, they had BOTH melted while charging. The 2nd one I found smoking, hissing, and popping on the table. When I unplugged it, I got burned by molten plastic.

I was using different charging wires (1st was provided, 2nd by Milwaukee) and 2 different chargers - 1 by Samsung and another was a built-in USB charger in a 120v outlet. Both headsets had charged and worked fine for months, although near the end they were temperamental to get started charging - I had to wiggle the wire a little.

As expected, these failures occurred after the return & support windows had closed.

Earpiece gone

Not very durable. Earpiece fell off somewhere while wearing it. I was wondering why it wasn't fitting right.

Works as it should.

I've been through the gamet with all these Bluetooth earpieces. I have tried Plantronics Voyager (3x) and Jabra Talk 65 (2x) all seemed to have lasted about the same about of time somewhere between 9-14 months. This units connectivity and call clarity all seen relatively the same as those units. I'm happy with this one and it didn't cost nearly as much as the fore mentioned brands. The only negative is that the charging port is NOT USB-C, I can live with that slight inconvenience, as I have many of those older cables laying around. I rate ****1/2 stars.

Worked great while it lasted

Used this headset daily for work for two months with no complaints. This morning the hinge that allows you to switch/use on either the right or left ear broke which in turn broke the internal wiring leading to failure of the headset.

This didn’t hold up.

I wanted to love this but the ear part kept popping off after a few months of owning this product. I kept snapping it back on for several months and then it just wouldn’t stay on at all anymore.

For bigger ears

This is for people with really big ears. Smaller ears it's hard to fit behind the ear and it hurts. Didn't even get to use it cause just putting it my ear started to hurt.

Great headset especially for the price I was surprised

Product fits good I can hear people on the other line and they can hear me clear perfect little headset and not expensive

My wife uses this headset on her E-Bike to talk to me on my E-Bike

My wife and I use Bluetooth Headsets connected to our iPhones so we can talk to each other while riding our e-Bikes. This works pretty well most of the time. When we are going fast and there is a lot of wind noise it doesn't work that well. The noise cancelling just doesn't seem to cut the wind noise out. If we are going slower and when there isn't a lot of wind they work great. We can talk to each other and let the trailing bike know when we are going to turn or stop. We love being able to communicate when we ride together.

Very poor quality product

I bought the bluetooth headset and it is very bad. I tried to connect it several times with my android cell phone and I couldn't. I wasted 2 hours trying.

Great value!

I love the features, especially that I can wear it in the shower in the mornings while on my first conference call each day! That feature alone has helped me streamline my day and help me kill two birds with one stone.

So far so good with MacBookPro and iPhone

Likes- compact size- see picture for a scale next to 3x3 product registration card

Likes-price compared to similar featured items from other big name vendors

Dislikes- Case is cheap and gimpy, hard to open

Dislikes-Registration page for extended product warranty and specail deal offer (see photo)- page doesn't appear to work correctly- put in support email to try to clarify what is happenening and may update this review if I hear back

Tip: Read instructions fully when pairing 2nd Apple product "Pair and Connect with second device" At first I could not get headset to recognize my macbook Pro after I had first paired it to my iPhone. Even after turning off iPhone BT is still wasn't showing up on Macbook until holding down multifunction button for 5 seconds then it appeared on MacBook.

I bought for my husband and he used it to teach at the university. It’s the second one we buy since he lost the first one. He absolutely LOVES it.

Great device for a cheap price..

These headsets are amazing! I am a truck driver so multitasking while driving is a no go. I can listen to music and don't have to touch the phone to switch to talk. It has voice command. This device is better than Platonic s headset. Strongly recommended.

Great Quality

I bought this for my work phone and it works great! I love the slim, sleek design so it's not a bulky headset. My clients can hear me clearly and the quality of hearing for my is great!

AmaZing customer service

I am so impressed with the customer service..... I rely on the bluetooth headset for my business. And oneday after few months of it working great, I had issues with the headset (This happens, nothings perfect). Within an hour CNBtek responded and after explaining the issue, they immediately sent me a new Conambo Bluetooth Headset. Very, very HAPPY with this company. Now work can continue with little delay. Thank You!

Strong ear hook, long battery life

This is a very good and comfortable headset. Overall, the sound quality is good, and the microphone does a good job in eliminating the fan noise of the laptop, which in my case was the main reason for purchasing it. The difference between this set and what I was using before was noticeable, and I am pleased with the results and the clarity of the microphone.

I can't access the phonebook by voice command.

Essentially, this headset is far superior to any of the Plantronic headsets I've used over the year. But, I'm a little puzzled over not being able to use the "Push the mite button for 3 sec" to voice dial my contacts. It's not working for me. If you'll look at the 2 screenshots (one of the Plantronics Voyager, the other this new K10). The new one doesn't ask for Phonebook access. Why is that? Please help.

Better then the plantronics headset

The is my second conambo Bluetooth in two 2 years. I use it a lot, so I bought it again. Easy to use, and like it a lot. Great sound quality, and use on many Bluetooth devices as well

Hurts ear. Broke.

I wear a bt headset for long periods of time and this one hurts my ear. I've never had a headset hurt my ear before, but for as many good reviews and as cheap as it is, I'll probably keep it as a backup.

Update 2/20/22

After a year of occasional use (maybe around 6 months of total use), it broke. I removed it from my ear and it fell apart. The earpiece stayed in my ear.

Charging port has worn out and won't charge anymore. Yes, I've tried multiple cords.
