Love this thing! Neck pain relief for sure. Has nice arm loop handles & an elastic belt clip to help secure proper placement. With the assistance of the belt locking you can even use hands free. It is a DEEP massage, even on the lower/lightest setting it’s still gonna get in there, so if you’re looking for just gentle rubbing look elsewhere, but if you want a get in there good to the bone type massage to get those knots out, get this! I’ve used on my neck which is what I think is the best, provides nice heat & get a deep massage. Power buttons are easy to press & reach even when on. Can switch through different modes of massage, heat & vibration levels. With the elastic belt I can hook behind my back when using for neck for hands free or place the belt around my waist in front to clip for lower back. It’s a powerful machine & the belt has good stretch ability making it usable for most people. Video shows me switching through massage modes. Love that it’s rechargeable & hands free if you choose. Would make a great gift or better yet a great gift for yourself!

Works wonders on a tight neck. Very relaxing.

I was excited to receive this neck massager. It is everything it promised. I immediately felt pain relief even though I tried it initially on the lower mode with less heat. The lower heat level is a green color and the higher heat level is red. The intensity was perfect (you have 3 modes) and it felt great on my neck. I've been having tightness for many weeks and couldn't believe how quickly I felt a difference. The quality is high level and although I thought taking it out of the box it felt heavy, this was not the case at all. It comes with enough charge for you to try it immediately. You get a USB cable and removeable sleeve. It also has arm straps that are very comfortable. If you are having tightness, give this a try, I strongly recommend.

CooCoCo Cordless Neck Massager

For the current sale price of $39.99, I think this is a good value. I love that it is cordless so I can use it without needing to be close to an outlet. It's usb-c rechargeable, which is convenient. It has 3 massage modes and 2 heat levels. The massage feels great! I like that it has a remote since you can't really see the buttons on the massager very well when you're actually using it.

Also I'm going to give them some bonus points for using a plus sized model on their packaging. This product is for people of all sizes, and I'm glad they are promoting more inclusivity in their packaging.

Love it

Easy to use, only like 4 buttons. Can change direction of rotation and intensity. Can turn off and on heat. You can reach so many areas with it comfortably- neck, shoulders, upper back, mid, lower back, thighs. My boyfriend was in heaven 😂

Perfect massager!

Oh my goodness! I woke up with a stiff neck, shoulder and felt like something was pinched between my shoulder blades (I must’ve slept awesome last night 🥴). I decided to finally try out my new my massager. I first used it on my neck/shoulder area and it felt amazing. I can actually turn my head without it hurting, awesome! Then I moved it down to between my shoulder blades. Holy moly!! This thing is awesome! Within a couple of minutes, I could feel it loosening up..I feel great now! I could definitely see giving this as an inexpensive, wonderful gift!

I have had a bad back all of my life. But I usually had someone to rub it for me. Now that I’m retired and all alone it’s very hard to get relief. This shiatsu back and neck massage is the best thing I’ve ever found to relieve that pain. Okay so I had to review my review and add some things to it. I just discovered the Shiatsu part of the neck massage, if you put your head just Right will pull your head up and straighten your neck. Now I have a very skinny long neck and I’m always looking for a way to relieve the stress. This does that with perfection, along with a back massage it is the most important thing I’ve done for myself healthwise in a long long time at period such a great product period

This massager is great, I'm 6ft tall and it reaches my neck with no problems. My wife 5ft 4in and she can adjust it so that it reaches her neck as well. It is very relaxing and has good pressure. It came well packaged and in brand new condition. I placed it on my recliner and it fits very well. I would definitely recommend I'm very happy with my purchase.

Solid shiatsu massager

We recently received this back massager and wanted to share our thought. We were positively impressed with nice build quality and how it feels on your back. This chair-type massager was perfectly packed in huge box which had another box (on photos) inside it. Inner box has nice handler on top and you can easily get massager out. Build quality is awesome and it is not light and a even little heavy. We plugged it into US outlet and turned it on. What we liked a lot was the remote. It has so many options to customize which is great, including lower and upper parts of body, vibration, modes, timers, etc. Device has heat function, vibration, few shiatsu rollers and you can even move rollers up and down using remote. Documentation is also attached where you learn how to operate but, out of the box, it was clear for us how to use it. We also liked zippers on messager so you can wash parts of it. Also, nice feature is glowing, yes glowing, shiatsu balls inside massager (you can see red glowing on photos). It looks hi-tech with glowing shiatu balls and blue and red leds on remote which works perfectly in the dark environment. Shiatsu massaging mode is strong and you back and head will get enought tension to get circulate your blood and massage muscles plus heating will help to relax and make process enjoyable. To summarize: we are happy with quality, features and price of this nice back massager and are looking forward to use it on daily basis.
