Momma loves this!!
Oh what I’d give if my 3 year old could take the concepts from this book and apply them to her artwork! No, I don’t mean the amazing drawing skills of the author/illustrator. I mean the whole message of this book. As a parent, I’m so sick of hearing “MOM, I need a NEW piece of paper, the house you drew me isn’t quite square enough and this princess gown should be LONGER mom, LONGER!!!!” AHHHHHHHH. But this book walks you through illustrations that start as errors and turn into a magnificent picture turned into an even more fantastic overall message. There aren’t a lot of words to this book, but there are so many details to look at with each page that it isn’t one you flip through in 60 seconds. My entire family has approved it. I love it, and my kids (2 and almost 4) both have been grabbing it to read numerous times since getting it. Even Daddy says it’s a good book (and he’s hard to please if it isn’t Star Wars book). This is one picture book that even young grade schoolers would still enjoy flipping through. I am a happier person having discovered this gem, and it is one I’d gladly give as a gift to others down the road. Nice book, nice quality. Absolutely approve.
