I love this product because the video is crystal clear. The customer service is super helpful and her name is Sophia. She gave me extra 3 year warranty and free 64 mgb sd card. It’s I highly recommended

The 2 Ctronics cameras I ordered/received have exceeded my expectations, which were initially already high after reading earlier reviews from overseas. Both cameras seem to have excellent construction, features, capabilities to monitor events in yard and ease of setup/use, though the instruction booklet for setup could be better. The only issue I experienced was one camera did not initially recognize the loaded SD (TF) card I provided. In online communication with Candy of Ctronics, I was able to get the card functioning and the affected camera is now working flawlessly, thanks to her knowledge and communication skills to talk me through the issue without talking below or above my comprehension. Thank you, Candy!
