WELL

RELIEF MY PAIN WHEN STANDING ALL DAY

Gregor714

Still my most comfortable insert after 3 months

These fit my shoe perfectly without any trimming (size 12) and like most inserts that are anything more than gel, they felt a little funny at first. But after breaking them in for a few days they felt great. I'm on my feet for 7 to 8 hours a day and these have held up well. Unlike some of the other inserts I have or have tried, after 3 months of daily use, these show no signs of wear. I've had to throw out some cheaper inserts in less time. I wasn't sure if more expensive inserts would actually last longer or work better, but these have done both.

Nice arch support

These insoles have excellent arch support and although it takes a little getting used to them, when you wear them for a while you feet feel good and don't get as tired. Definitely a cheaper alternative to orthotics and seem to work just as well.

Worth the money

I took a pair of very uncomfortable sneakers and put these inserts in them and now I can wear them all day long. They are so comfortable, but not in a memory foam kind of way. More like a superior support and airflow. They fit perfectly! My heel is cradle in my shoe. Worth the purchase.

The best support I have ever experienced

I've been wearing these supports for about 5 days and I am more than pleasantly pleased with the outcome. I've tried almost every over the counter support I could find and nothing has really eased the pain I was experiencing with my back. At first they take a bit of getting used to, but after a day or two, I was walking straight and feeling reduced pain. These are quite comfortable and the size I chose fit perfectly in my shoes.

I can say for sure that they have limited the shock I was experiencing from walking as well as cushioning my feet for an extended period of time. From my point of view they are well worth the price especially since I have spent literally hundreds of dollars searching for a solution. I have to say that I feel these will be in for some additional walking exercise. A time goes on, and if anything changes I will update my review. But for now I will give them a 5 star rating.

Helps Arch Support and Heel Stabilization

These are good insoles although only marginally better than what came with my shoes. The biggest benefit is the arch support. I have flat feet and I could feel the arch support which was helpful. There's a deep heel cup that helps stabilize. Otherwise, I didn't notice much different.

I wear a size 9 shoe and the insoles are sized to fit 9 to 10.5 so I needed to trim mine. I didn't like needing to do this because if I made a mistake trimming I've just ruined my insoles. I would have preferred them to be sized to fit. But, trimming went well, no issues. I used the insole that came out of the shoe to trace a line of the insole, as indicated on the graphic on the back of the package. After I got done, I noticed a line molded in to the bottom that appears to be the shape of a smaller size. I don't see this anything in the instructions mentioning this molded line, so I'm not sure it was for trimming. It would be helpful to have lines for sizes 10, 9.5 and 9 to help assure that the trim is accurate.

For day to day use, I don't think there's much benefit using these insoles unless you have a job that you're on your feet all day long, do a lot of walking or standing.

Good Light Duty Orthotic

These are good, flexible orthotics. They have a very deep heel cup and nicely contoured arch. I find the top material to be a little slippery. I also feel that they could have had a little bit more cushioning and been made of more durable materials for the price. Still, they work very well for their intended purposes, which is walking, weight, lifting, standing, and light activities.

Seems to help, but they take getting use to.

I've only had these for about 4 days, but with each day I wear them my feet seem to feel better. I replaced a set of cheap Dr. Scholl's inserts I had purchased at the local discount store. I discovered these while shopping at a running shoe store that had computer scanners which measured me up to this insole. These definitely are not cheap, but I do seem to provide good support. My feet typically hurt after standing for long periods of time, but today I stood on my feet a good bit and my feet never hurt like they did with the Dr Scholl's inserts. I know that every foot is different and everyone will have different experiences, but this seems to be a good quality insole and recommended. I also have attached a short video and several pictures showing them in my 511 work shoes. My only complaint is I wish they had a little bit of cushioning on the top because there is no cushioning with these insoles and if I put something with cushion on top of these I doubt my foot would fit in my shoe. This is the reason I deducted one star.
