Wrong Order, Furious Customer, But The Item Works, Still Waiting For My Refund
In all honesty, this item itself works. For those who are wondering, yes. It's definitely great for gaming consoles. I needed extra storage for my Xbox One games, and no update is required. Just plug and play... However, I had ordered a 4TB, and instead they've sent me a 1TB. I know this because my console told me, reading it as a mere 1TB (680+ something Gigs to be exact. I was so excited when it arrived, I quickly opened it up before looking at the actual box it was in). That's unfortunate for me. So, yeah. I felt a certain way which should be totally understandable. I know I won't be able to get the whole refund back, meaning the tax portion of it, but at least I will receive most of it in due time. As for the seller: Unbelievable. SMH
Update: Still waiting for my refund for this order, which was clearly botched by the seller. What gives? It's been almost a month!
