Lots of Issues to Solve... Stay Away

When I first got this webcam, I was excited. The packaging was nicely put together, and the instructions are written in clear English.

However, its performance is very disappointing.

I had to tweak the camera settings a lot to get a decent picture for the video. The camera froze my OBS Studio several times and I had to restart the app. Even after a lot of tweaking, I'm not completely satisfied with the end result. The video still looks off and grainy. I feel that a regular user who expects a plug-and-play camera that just works out of the box will be greatly disappointed.

The camera has a set Zoom that I couldn't find how to change. Also, it has a fish-eye look that distorts straight lines on the edges.

The audio is not very good. Sounds really low-fi. For some reason I can't explain, it also has an annoying constant clicking noise in the background. None of the other cameras that I've used in this system have this clicking sound.

It feels like this camera wasn't ready for production. I would say it's in alpha or early beta stage. Needs more testing to sort out a lot of bugs and hardware issues.

Sadly, I can't recommend this camera. At this price point, there are much better options out there.
