I gave it a two stars because it’s of its functionality. It doesn’t connect to the computer via Bluetooth automatically when the computer shuts down I’ll go to sleep.. I have to first turn on the computer out of it sleep, and then reconnect it. It doesn’t stay connected.. as far as its appearance goes I like it. It looks nice but that’s not what’s important to me functionality is what is important..

Much smaller than it seems
I reeeeeally wanted to like this, but it was simply too small for my hands. I have normal-sized adult hands, I think - they fit a standard computer keyboard very well and span about eight inches from thumb to pinky outstretched. Unfortunately this mouse is much too small and was unusable. I returned it for a Logitech MX Master 3S.

5 Second Sleep?
The shape of this mouse is good. The 5 second sleep feature is maddening. I tried all day to make the driver work on the Mac. I finally decided to try the download on a PC, the error is the same. I suspect that the driver is a fake. Taking your hand off the mouse for 5 seconds as a default time for sleep is insane. At least it wasn't 5 minutes and I didn't catch this so frequently. I'm returning this. The scroll wheel is also irritating on my sensitive skin.

Love the overall design
I like to use a vertical mouse from time to time to avoid wrist pain. I did have an issue with wrist pain from using a normal mouse, my first vertical mouse fixed that.
My primary issue with vertical mice is they feel to small for me. My hand drags across the desk when using one. I originally liked the shelf that can be attached to the bottom. This keeps my hand from dragging across the desk which I like. The problem now is my hand is just to big. I’m 6 feet 5 inches and probably normal for my size for reference. With the piece on the bottom I either need to push my fingers together so I can use the buttons like I normally would or rest one finger across the top and use my middle fingers. For me it’s works best without the plate. I do like that it angles back in at the bottom for that plate which works perfectly for my pinky so it’s a little more like holding a ball now vs my had open and pinky dragging on the desk.
I really like the display. Very useful for knowing how much charge you have and the dpi setting.
The dpi can be adjusted adjusted in software up 7200 dpi. You can have 4 different settings you can quickly change between. The leds are also adjustable in software and of course you can set macros. It also comes with a solid panel to replace the one your palm rests on so you won’t see the led light at all if you want.
I feel like the price is good, I know how much charge it has and I can easily swap it between the 3 computers I use it with.

LOVE IT!
Pricey yes...but I love it. The detachable wrist rest makes a world of difference, I never remove it. Very natural fit in my hand. The battery life is amazing...it's been months since I last charged it (but I'm no gamer or anything).
I can quickly toggle between 2 different laptops with the press of the Bluetooth button.

Should've gotten the warranty.
I've had this mouse for about a year and I use it every day for work (video editing). It's a great mouse for people with carpel tunnel, but daily use has really worn it down. I wish I had gotten the warranty to get it fixed or replaced.
It took several weeks of using it to get to the level of comfortable movement that I had on a regular mouse, but the ergonomic shape makes it so much more comfortable for my hand and wrist. The problem is how well it stands over time, which is not very well. For $70 I expected it to last for a few years, not one.
Don't get the white version - regular usage turned it orange. I have clean hands and I don't spray tan, so there is no reason this should be turning orange.
The scroll wheel is also on the verge of death. The horizontal scroll wheel works great! (Especially for video editing) However, over a year it has seen a lot of use and the vertical scroll wheel has become really glitchy and barely works.
I would like to replace it because I like the efficiency of use (and it also works with Mac) however, I wish I had gotten the warranty so that I could replace it without paying for a new one. So if you plan on buying it, do it, but make sure you get the warranty.

Comfortable just not great
Mouse helped with my hand pain and I love the bottom piece so your hand don't rub on mouse pad, theres no way to connect it to the app. It just don't stay charged long, it stopped working within less than a year. It's not worth the money, now im shopping for a new mouse.

Side button disaster
I love the touch and the hand rest on it, but I have lost work because I keep accidentally tapping the side buttons up against my keyboard. Bad design, looking for an alternative.

SO FAR-NOT TOO GOOD
The mouse arrived earlier than I expected, The box was in perfect condition, The mouse packaging was impressive and the contents were all accounted for and the new mouse was very different. I have a box filled with old mice that no longer worked, didn't fill my needs or were just useless. Was this new mouse from outer space going to meet the same fate? Time will tell (if I keep it that is). Up to this point things were going good until I attempted to download the mouse driver using the link specified in the user guide(lol) The link was no longer active and it attempted to get me to go everywhere else but not where the driver download was. After several attempts I gave up and went to Google and found a few entries that looked promising. The first was in German and no option for English. The second was better but navigation was non-existent. The third one took me to the right page and within a couple of minutes I found the driver.(YAY). I connected the mouse to my pc and installed the driver. The driver opened a configuration screen with all kind of options. My confidence began to increase as I thought I was almost done. "Wishful thinking" the mouse was nervous and jerky and difficult to control. I do a lot of copy/paste in my work so I need to configure the buttons for that task. "Forward & Back" doesn't do it for me.
As I attempted to change the default function to the copy/paste the drop down menu kept closing before I was able to make my selection. This went on for what seemed like forever with my trying every possible key/mouse combination I knew of and ended in complete failure and frustration. I went to get some aspirin for you know what and came back two minutes later and found that the driver had crashed and the program needed to close. I closed the program, rebooted the computer and tried again. This time I never got around to configuring my buttons because the driver crashed AGAIN! and AGAIN and AGAIN. I shut everything down, closed the lights and went to bed. "Tomorrow is another day I thought" While that was true, it was the same S*it all over again. The mouse never worked long enough to really try it out but for the little time I did use it I found the mini-trackball didn't work and the positions of the buttons would not erase the years of using conventional mice and the lack of grips made it feel like I was going to drop it and chase it around my desk. I didn't get to try any of the connection features but I can say that putting them on the bottom of the mouse is probably one of the craziest ideas I've seen. I could barely hold the mouse and turn it off without dropping it, how would I ever change the connections?
Last thing I say is the mouse is a navigation tool that's what it should do right. Lights and fancy features are more of a distraction than a benefit. Fancy packaging and unneeded features don't add to the functionality of this mouse. One would think the link to the driver download would be accurate and the driver would easily install and be simple to configure. The fact that the driver kept crashing is a mystery to me and maybe somebody will figure that out and let us know. I just realized I forgot to mention that the driver couldn't even recognize the mouse which was attached with the USB cable. This mouse is not for the typical user who has little or no knowledge of the new technology. Definitely NOT PLUG & PLAY!!!
Two days later and STILL NOT SO GOOD.
BUYER BEWARE!

This is a great ergonomic mouse
My old ergo mouse was having trouble with the scroll wheel after 5 years so I shopped around and found this one. It's a bit more expensive than the last one but it's well made. I like the OLED display that shows me everything I need to know, DPI, Mode, Battery level. I charged it up for the first time last night. It was down to about 30% that's after a full month's of daily use. Mon thru Thurs it's on for 3 hrs/day. Fri thru Sun it's on for 14 hrs/day. It goes to sleep when not being used so that conserves power. There is a software you can download for free to tweak setting on the mouse. It won't connect with the mouse on Bluetooth. So I switched it to the 2.4G dongle and that works. You also get a nice soft USB-C cable with it. There is also a storage bag, a non perforated cover for the back and a wrist rest. I don't like using a wrist rest. The accessories attach magnetically. You get the usual button functions that that most mice come with plus you get this little ball for your thumb that scroll horizontally on spread sheets. Anyway, this is a great mouse. I highly recommend it.

Objective 2 year review
I got mine when they launched it on kickstarter about 2 years ago.
I wear a Large sized exam glove and this mouse fits in my hand perfectly. My index and middle finger just slightly overhang the top of the left and right buttons. I don't use the magnetic attachments for extra support, I couldn't get used to them and I felt it added too much drag for gaming.
To preface my comment, I do have to admit that I carried this mouse on numerous trips overseas in my side backpack pocket and it's taken a beating for sure. It's been knocked around, it's fallen off my desk, it's been thrown across an airport lobby when my bag fell off my suitcase. It's survived for 2 years without a visible scratch. It's built like a tank.
With that said, I am now experiencing some issues internally where the OLED is patchy and starting to dim and die. Connectivity is starting to drop more often and I can no longer change modes reliably when turned over and plugged in. Not sure if it's internal damage from one of the many falls or if it's just failing components.
The support is hit or miss. Kickstarter comms were awesome and I got answers right away but recently, I've sent 2 emails about issues with my mouse and never got a response. It's worked perfectly for 2 years but it's at the end of it's life. Overall, it's performance was fantasitc and it helped a ton with my carpel tunnel. I used it for gaming and the switches were great. If you play genshin, you know how much you click to skip all the dialog! So with that said, after warranty support - non existent with Delux -- however, if it's out of warranty, you need to get a new mouse anyways so maybe that's a moot point. Maybe take that as an indicator of the level of support you'll get if you have problems within the warranty period.
The software that came with the mouse is terrible. I never used it and I could never get it to work properly with scaled fonts as I have a 5K monitor. The UI is so tiny it's like configuring a mouse on a postage stamp. Out of the box, though, it works like a mouse so maybe you don't even have to use it at all.. I haven't found a real need to make the effort to use it.
The #1 issue I have (and it's minor) is the placement of the back and forward buttons on the side of the mouse. The location is great and convenient but the issue is that if you have keyboard or wrist wrest that is tall enough to hit them, you WILL hit them and potentially navigate away from whatever your'e looking at. I have a Keychron K4 and the case is just high enough that if I move my mouse a little too enthusiastically and clip the side of my keyboard, you'll accidentally click the button. :(
Another issue is the rubberized coating on the mouse. The thumb area will wear through to the bare plastic. It's a high friction area and I would have liked to see a more highly textured area to keep my thumb in place (there are ridges there, though, that feel comfortable).
Would I buy another one? Yes and no. There are higher quality/premium vertical mice out there to compete (at higher price points) but my hands have grown accustomed to the shape and feel of this beautiful mouse over the past 2 years. I'm considering a MX Vertical but do I want to retrain my hands and posture and get a potentially better brand/usability or will I miss the hex back plate and familiar ergonomics on the delux.. I need to do some soul searching before I retire this mouse to the spare parts bin. I've got a few hairs leaning in favor of the Delux, fwiw.

Stopped working less than 2 months into using it
It takes getting used to, but it worked very well for the (not even) 2 months that I had it. Battery life wasn't exactly the best, but the part that makes it not worth buying AT ALL is the fact that it won't turn on, even when it's plugged in.
It just stopped working all of a sudden. I've tried turning it off/on, placing the charging cable in different ports, trying different charging cables, and pushing all the buttons on it. No dice. Seems like I bought an expensive, ineffective paper-weight.

Way too heavy
First of, the mouse came in all in pieces and appeared used. The ergonomics are fine, kind of similar to some leading brands, however, it is twice if not three times heavier than the leading brands. I suppose it is because of a rechargeable battery, which seems to hold charge for about two weeks. I would suggest trying out different brands and comparing the weight and how it moves with your hand.

Ergonomic purchase
Update: im back from 2022 and no. Idk how long it’s supposed to last but over time ive had connection issues. Even when it’s plugged up it wont show in the screen. It will says its at 100% and 2 seconds later its on 0% I can’t use it unplugged. Have been having issues for a while. Find another one.
I needed to alleviate my wrist pain and this is the type of mouse I felt I needed to try. It’s pretty cool, light weight. The lights time out when it’s covered by your hand or hasn’t been in use for a few minutes. It’s rechargeable. I’ve used it for about 4 day’s opened it up on 94% battery and still really good. Worth the money. This is definitely the first ergo mouse I’ve bought and was hesitant on price but I’m ok with it.
