Lenses scratch way too easily.

A wet paper towel will scratch these lenses. You can not even clean the naturally occurring moisture.

Good luck… won’t stay clear long

I have never in my life seen a lens so easily scratched just by wiping it clean. It deserves one star but …

I’ve never seen anything like it 🤷‍♂️

Not for everyone

This may not be for everyone. The fitting is not so great where the goggle is shaped too curved where it leaves opening in the center exposed to debris. Also, frontal side area is not comfortable due to the shape being too curved like a bow.

My comfortable snow goggles’ curves are much more less and fits perfectly unlike this product.

eye protection

i use these off and on as a Do it yourself person and so far they are comfortable, visibility is greattt...no fogging since ive used them and the colour its neither here or there for me but as expected the usual bright yellow signature for dewalt stuff..so far so good

No replacement lens

This goggle is vented, so it doesn't keep out everything. That helps keep the fogging down to a minimum. If you are sweating heavily, it will fog. They all will, so the idea that glasses won't fog is stretching the truth. I like them because I wear glasses for close up work. They are comfortable. What I don't like is the LIE that they have a "Replaceable Polycarbonate Lens." DeWalt has no replacement lens and their website doesn't have a phone number to call and their chatbot wants to know your life history so they can pester you. This issue makes me not want to buy any DeWalt product.

Great fit, but not durable and doesn’t last

These don’t last. They scratch easily and seemingly from not even being “scratched” by anything. I’ve had two pair and they fit great and feel secure, they do fog up depending on weather. I only used them to cut the grass and occasionally they would fog up and after sitting in the garage near my toolbox they would just develop random scratch or peeling from the goggles.

At first I thought my first pair was defective so I bought another pair and the same thing happened to those after a season of just cutting the grass in southern heat.

They felt sturdy but when those scratches or scuffs appear without warning after several months you can’t see and the goggles are unusable.

Get something else.

Good adjustable safety glasses

Adjustable safety glasses that fit great over my eyeglasses! Only took a star off because unfortunately some dust does get in them and condensation forms on the lenses at times

excellent eye protection

I liked them, they do protect your eyes, but they kind of fog up from time to time if you're stuck in a place for a while.

OUTFRIKINSTANDIN!!

Finally a worthy heavy duty set of goggles suited for wearing over (smaller framed) glasses in the extreme winds in MT. It’s been a rough and costly year buying 12 various types of safety goggles for doing construction and use around the farm without losing them (literally) in the wind because they slip and or are blown off. The Dewalt DPG82 Goggles secure not only your eyes from flying debris but also hold on to those prescriptions glasses allowing you to function better (aka seeing CLEARLY and all). The adjustable elastic head band fits most head sizes. The rubber face gasket is almost unnoticeable and almost feels like their floating on your cheekbones. Nor does it impede or make wearing prescription glasses under the goggles uncomfortable.

Perfect fit with Glasses Underneath!

Perfect fit with my big old lady prescription glasses underneath. These are great. I was worried that I wouldn't be able to waer my spectacles with these. But I can. Great quality too.

Anti-Fog My Foot

These are quite comfortable to wear without hurting the bridge if your nose or other areas of your face. BUT, the anti-fog feature lasted all of two wears and then didn’t work. Check the pic.

Really nice work glasses definitely DeWalt quality

Very nice work glasses, especially if you're using power tools or working in dusty areas areas.

Good coverage around eyes

Good coverage around the eyes if you dont wear glasses. Best for protecting eyes from sawdusts, etc. Value fits the product.

A little bulky in looks, but protection is what matters. Easy to use, and move around. Product can be disassembled, the elastic band and the front clear glass comes off if you ever need to clean it.

Unfortunately, if you have big glasses, the safety glass won’t fully cover below your eyes. Slight opening around your nose bridge if you have big glasses like mine.

Overall, happy with the purchase though.

Flatter nose bridge? Wider, flatter face? Asian/Pacific Islander like me? NOT FOR YOU.

Pros:

1: solid construction, well-made

Easily could have been a 5 star rating, buuuuut......not for everyone.

Cons:

1: Read headline

If you're like most asians, I would recommend typing in the search bar for "asian-fit" styles. Unfortunately for me, these didn't fit well at all: too narrow, large gap between bridge of nose and goggles, TIGHT pinch at temples. Solid construction though, would seriously consider buying if the company made to fit Asia/wider/flatter faces *looks at DEWALT*

Shabby Chic Mama

Perfect fit for my French Bulldog

I originally got these safety goggles for my oldest daughter to ride her e-bike safely down the highway in the hills where we live. We have a lot of gravel that kicks up from being stuck in tires and I didn’t want her eyes to go unprotected. However, out Frenchie insisted on going riding with her. So I had to pick up a second set of safety goggles for his eyes also. He might look a little uncomfortable but he will chase her down and hop right in her backpack to go with. The goggles fit great especially with humans and bug eye little fur babies without fogging up. I would highly recommend these for what we are using them for.

Does not Go Over Glasses

Clear and does the job. It does not fit over eyeglasses. I got this to work on a home project. I wanted to replace some paving sand with polymeric sand. I have a large-ish area of bricks that were laid in my front yard about 70 years ago when my house was built. Using a pressure washer to blow out sand from in between old bricks was a messier job than I had first thought, and I soon realized I needed eye protection, so bought these for the job. Nice to have and while these work to keep sand out of my eyes, it did not keep it out of my ears and nose and mouth.

com-forta-ble

these things are great, the most comfortable anything ive ever worn on my face, ive had no problem with fogging and seals around your eyes offering maximum protection and feels more like a gentle hug. i bought these for eye protection during use of my air guns and slingshots and for the price of $12.00, you cant beat that with a base ball bat, and they are "Dewalt".....enough said.

Tiago Oliveira

Do not but if you are wearing a mask

It does get foggy and it’s not scratch free.

Pro grade fo sho

These goggles are far and above suitable for any project. I have other Dewalt safety glasses for things outdoors and things less serious, but these are my new go-to for anything I need extra protection for. Not super stylish, but extremely practical and they do not fog up.

Good buy

Affordable dry eye solution

I have autoimmune disease that causes severe dry eyes so I’m using these in a non-conventional way. These are my cheaper alternative to moisture chamber glasses. I tried on the smallest version of Ziena and still had gaps around. I could deal with the bottom having a gap but the top meant dust and air would still easily get around my eyes. I just couldn’t stomach $200+ with no guarantee they would work.

Somehow I came across these DeWalt safety goggles being praised for keeping sawdust and all kinds of construction stuff out of workers’ eyes. Some complained that they take them off and there’s moisture in them. Bought a pair for like $15 and hallelujah. It isn’t perfect but it helps. Especially if you put them on right after eye drops and/or heat compress.

They aren’t cute. I don’t really care if people stare if I put them on to take walks. The alternative is my eyes feel like they’re getting slashed from the wind (I had lasik in 2019 so wind is uncomfortable on top of dryness). I work at home most of the time and wear them around the house. Highly recommend for anyone to try as a cheap purchase to combat dryness. There are some face types they may not seal well with so if you want to try them I recommend looking at review photos to see if they would work based on your nose and cheek shape. Also worth noting they don’t leave long term marks on me which I worried about. They seal well without having to be skin tight.

Pretty good surface. Smudges and scratches aren’t noticeable. Don’t feel like I’m having to spray cleaner on them constantly to remove smudges. Good peripheral view. Decent sun protection while walking. They aren’t comfortable but they also aren’t uncomfortable. You definitely feel them, but I can wear them for several hours and not notice them too much.

Fog free lenses

It is made well!

The strap and the protective lens are of great quality compared to other brands out there at this price point, and the lens do not fog up.

I use these around my shop and for snow blowing - lots of anti-fog spray and they work OK in winter

Lightweight eye safety, easy to use. Not for use in cold weather because the fog up very quickly. Simple adjustment for tension, protection from flying debris. Good for woodworking, mowing etc. but as I mentioned, not cold weather.

I bought the clear and the smoked lens models for use indoors and outdoors. These goggles work fine for my purposes. They are both a bit nicked up from getting tossed about my wood shop and they scuff up easily - the lenses are soft and they are not terribly comfortable for long periods of time. Without anti-fog spray, they can fog quickly in cold weather. They can also be hot on warm days - I use regular safety glasses on hot days.

I'm not doing a great job of selling these goggles, but my goal here is to provide a fair, unbiased review for folks who want cheap, short use, full eye protection.

But these full goggles paired with high quality open safety glasses with side shields are a great duo for wood working/demolition/overhead work. Hope that helps.

Protects against fumes.

I bought this for my plumbing and carpentry class... it works great for that

However now I use it to do my nails because those fumes from nail glue and other liquids BURN YOUR EYES this protects your eyes against FUMES.

The Anti-Fog works great and they fit well

Great goggles; like them a lot! I've used these for the last month and they work great.

Pros:

The Anti-Fog has been great. Especially when used with a respirator.

Snug fit

Adjustable straps

Strong polycarbonate lens

Room for glasses underneath

Cons:

They fit my face very well, but I can see how they probably wouldn't fit everyone

When I wear a respirator, the goggles come down a little too far on my nose and touch the respirator.

Overall very pleased with the goggles. Keeps the dust and fog out very well when doing woodworking in my shop.
