Perfect earbuds for dad!

Best earbuds for construction work. I got these for my dad and he loves them. He wears them for when he does his contracting job or when doing work at home. Great fit and weight. Very comfortable and look nice. The value for money is on the more expensive end but it is worth it.

Glitching

For music it’s clear and amazing but after being on a phone call for about 5 minutes the left side the has the mic on it will make a weird glitching noise and turn off by itself, in that case I still can hear the other side but they can’t hear me so I have to turn it completely off and put it back in the charging case

Durable case

Was riding and listening to music with the case in my pocket one morning. It fell out and got ran over. I put it back together (looks bad now lol) but it still works just fine.

As far as the sound goes, they're perfect for work. I can hear everything else just fine. They're pretty comfortable too.

IPHONE AUDIO SETTINGS!!

I never write reviews but decided I needed to in this case to help others with issues I had in the beginning!

First of all.. I own a Handyman business and ALL my tools are DeWalt so I was very upset when I purchased these for the price tag and could hardly hear anything when connected to my iPhone, so upset I was ready to return and find a different pair. I bought these as I usually work in customers homes with them there and was tired of removing ear buds when talking to them or them trying to get my attention when I have them in and getting startled when they have to yell or tap me on my shoulder. I wanted a way to listen to music and still be aware of my surroundings when I’m working and not having to remove anything out my ears every time to talk to my clients. When I first tried them I was not happy as I could hardly hear anything even with no surrounding noises so I was sure I wouldn’t hear anything while working. I watched videos and read reviews of people loving them and I couldn’t understand how anyone could love these with the poor sound quality I was experiencing so I quit using them but wanted them to work so bad. I remember reading reviews of people saying there wasn’t a app for them to adjust settings so I figured they were what they were. Then i started thinking if there were other settings I may be missing from my iPhone and started looking into it. Point is.. IF YOU ARE CONNECTING TO AN IPHONE, MAKE SURE TO CHECK YOUR HEADPHONE SOUND SETTING AND MAKE SURE TO TURN OFF REDUCE LOUD NOISES IN SOUNDS AND HAPTICS AND REDUCE LOUD AUDIO IN HEADPHONE SAFETY. once this was done I was able to experience the audio quality these were made for. Now they are not gonna give you audio like in ear earbuds of course but they do sound great and I am able to hear while still having surrounding noises and being aware of anyone trying to get my attention which is the point of these in the first place. I will not be returning as they did meet my initial expectations I was hoping for. I am very happy with these and will 100% recommend. Good job dewalt!!

Work appropriate

You're gonna miss a lot of details in music and podcasts, they do best with women's voices. The best part is it doesn't block out your work area which means you'll be aware of the truck backing into you.

They aren't super loud and don't go directly over my ear canal, so it's kind of background noise, I tried them on 3 occasions today and they pair right up, I'd consider it aggressive pairing as they overpowered my other device. They're spendy like all purpose built tech.

Gotta say I really like the DeWalt logo, it just seems appropriate to wear on jobs. Will see how they hold up durability wise👍 you're still going to want earbuds, they're not as safe and generally looks bad.

Almost forgot I wear glasses and they're still comfy. Light weight too for the crazy supposed 11 hour battery life.

Great headphones!

So far, so good! My work involves a significant amount of walking outdoors daily. With that said, these open ear headphones are great for all peripheral sounds while listening to music, and most importantly safety!

Music for my runs and cycling

I wanted earbuds that allows me to hear my surroundings. I realize the sound is not a great as ones that go directly into your ears, but these sound quite good.

I’ve tried the bone conduction ones in ther past but I can’t stand the vibration to my skull, it’s annoying. This coming from a reputable brand and I know their customer service is great if I have questions or issues. I’ve been using these on my runs and it also connects to my peloton treadmill! and they work well with my glasses.

The only complaint would be that it would be better if it’s a bit louder.
