I have been using this same headset daily since March 2021 (over 3 years) as a virtual producer / project manager and love it. Very comfortable since it doesn't sit in my head, just lightly wraps around my ear. The audio (mic and speaker) are excellent, very professional. I can't say enough about the customer service. In 2023, after a few years of daily use the clip that holds the headset to the over-ear piece broke and customer service immediately sent me another at no charge. Last week the shirt clip for the wire broke and once again customer service immediately shipped out another one at no charge. All that is great but it's the quality and durability of the headset that will make me a repeat customer (if ever needed). I highly recommend this product.

LIghtweight, good sound (in ear and mic)
So I wore this yesterday for an hour or so and then today for about 5 hours on non stop calls/video conferencing. I'm about to get up for the day and no worse for the wear on my ear.
I've been using an over the head holder so was worried about this... but it works... theres no real heavy pressure on the backside of the ear where it is balanced, just enough to know its there and steady.
Comes with a few ear pieces, the one preinstalled fit me just fine... 5''10" average build male.
Sounds quality listening and also mic (I did a few test calls/recordings) is great... noise cancelling seems to work, though didn't bring in a screaming child to really test it.
Other reviews mention and I can see a potential weak point... the plastic swivel connection where the actual headset connects to the over the ear "holder" - so after 2 days its totally fine, but I wonder about that long term, especially if this is being moved around in a carry bag, etc.
I'm coming from a bluetooth headset to this, so the wire is a little "old school,", but i will say its nice to not have that "battery fear" I always had on my bluetooth headset, where I'd keep an eye on the clock and my meeting schedule and be sure to build in a charge mid day. That being said, I wish this had USB C vs. the USB A connection.
It was plug an play for my Windows 10 laptop... and Skype for Business and Webex picked it up immediately, no fussing around there.
Final item: the clip - when I first saw it, I ignored it - its actually the KEY to making the whole thing comfortable.... keeps the wire from pulling if you accidentally get up or move back and keeps the headset properly positioned...

Very good headset
Discover D713U is very Comfortables, it sits well in your ear, you have 3 sizes of ear tips and once you find the one that fits you better the headset does what it does, it might be a little bit heavy, so I don't know how it would work for a female of someone with small ears.
Sound Quality is excellent and volume can be very loud, which is a great thing, you can easily operate by 50% in a normal office noise.
Plug and play, literally working after 20 seconds.
Quality is great, it does not feel weak, I can tell it could last for years to come.
my only upside would be the fact that the cable is thick and it could be a little bit longer, but it might be a good thing if your computer is not seating further than your monitor.
Overall I would definitely make this one my daily wired headphone
