It’s small and works great!

This practice pad is great. I like the size, it’s not big, downs take much space in my closet where I keep it when I’m not using it. It’s affordable and fun to use. I love the color and it works great for when I practice my drumming at home before I head to my drum classes. If you are looking for a small and effective drum pad, this one is for you. It’s also great for the little ones and for beginners in general.

not really worth it.

it wasn’t that great, the recoil is pretty bad and overall it didn’t sound right.

Weird powder coming off the pad and marks with each hits

There is weird powder coming off and marks with each hit. Looks ugly.

Fell apart without even trying it

It does its work when you use it but it fell apart by just sitting around (barely used the pad at all)

My son loves it

My son plays keyboard but likes to “piddle” with drums. This allows him to do so more quietly than actual drums. There is padding on the bottom and as you can see in the photo, it is about the size of a folder one which is in school. He uses it for entertainment purposes only but what does saying that it would be beneficial for any child/person interested in learning or practicing drums! Plus it saves parents from going crazy with loud “beating”!

It is not completely silent but definitely bearable. Definitely recommend.

Good Pad, Useless Sticks

This is really a pretty good practice pad. It isn't too hard, or too soft & the sound level is just about right for a rubber pad. To get the 12-inch dimension, they are measuring corner-to-corner, rather than across flats. My Real Feel practice pad is 12 inches across flats, so this pad is considerably smaller than I expected. Nevertheless, I can put it on my snare & it works fine, without jumping around, as a 6-inch pad might do.

The included 5A sticks are made from maple, and the pair I got were quite warped (see photo). They are also completely unfinished (no lacquer, just raw wood), which isn't a deal breaker, but some people might find they feel a little rough. Compared to a pair of Promark 5A maple sticks, these are a much lower density wood. They are way too light to do much of anything with them. (The sticks used in the video are Vater Power 5A, made from hickory).

I would recommend this pad, but get yourself a pair of decent sticks, because the included sticks add no value to this product.

The box was missing the drum pad. I only received the drum sticks

Drum sticks splintered after 2 weeks

Overall I think this product is nice but the drum sticks splintered after only 2 weeks of use. No one wants to get splinters while drumming. Now we have to get new sticks before being able to use the drum pad again.

Sticks are wonky

Pad seems fine for my beginner. The sticks are off, they are different weights and have a slight curve. See pics

It is made out of rubber on the top and foam on the bottom

Great for beginners it is made out of rubber tho but non the less this thing is GREAT

Stick broke within 4-5 uses

Only used it 4 or 5 times, for about 10 minutes at a time, max. I was practicing double stroke roll when it straight snapped in half. Hardly applied any pressure.

This drum pad has great durability and doesn’t produce a lot of noise for good practice. Purchased this as a beginner, it’s great.

Nice, Solid Drum Pad

Awesome beginner’s practice drum pad. Nice quality 5A wood drum sticks. The pad is solid and has good weight. It is meant to be used on the rubber side while the other felt side is for sound damping when placed on a hard surface. The pad is quiet and good for practice at home! It’s secondary function as a stress reliever makes it popular with the family!
