This will absolutely not work and should come with a 9v DC charger
This was terrible! I was excited to receive this but to no avail this product needs a very specific volt DC input that should be sent along with the item! Don’t get this of you don’t already have a 9v DC CHARGER. I had anything but and could not get it to to work! It would not turn on no matter which one I used! I am very disappointed to say the least.

Great little looper
Just what I was looking for. Beginner at guitar but wanted to add loops of a rhythm as I try to learn new solos. Definitely recommend this pedal

Didn’t work
I was excited to find such a highly rated little looper for such an adorable price… Until I got it and found out I got a defective unit. Many other comments like this and many other websites with customers voicing the same concern. They obviously don’t actually do any CQ before shipping products.
If you’re lucky you’ll get a good one and be happy like so many other people here. If you’re like me and the many others that got a defective unit, you’ll return it and go with one of those others in the same price range with better reviews. If you chance it, maybe knock on some wood for good luck.
EDIT: During the return process, Donner reached out to me and wanted to make it right. They sent me a replacement unit and this one passed CQ and works perfectly. Thanks for making it right Donner, and thanks for the great customer service! As far as the unit goes, it works as advertised. You get an affordable looper pedal, which for me was perfect to reignite the music playing and writing again.

Great quality
My granddad wanted one for her birthday and she loves it. I’m an old 60’s rocker and wish I had one I’m the day.

Super easy to use, small, has enough bank space for someone just learning to use Looper pedals or someone on a budget. Very please with this pedal. Looks cool too!

90 mins of overdubs!!!
My good friend came over a few weeks ago with the mini ditto looper and I had some fun with it. He boasted about it's features and I felt like there had to be a better option for less than he paid ($115?). I came across this pedal and I was blown away that there was an LCD screen! This immediately went into the cart while I did my research on other brands and nothing quite compared. Nothing offered what this pedal offers when it comes to the cost because there are 3 separate memory banks that each hold 30 mins of overdubs. I threw this into my effects loop after my mods and within minutes I had an entire song and there was no disruption in the signal and no cracking. I am absolutely in love with this pedal and I believe it's a fair price. I also picked up their reverb pedal to throw in there.

Great Little Looper!
Have been using this for about a month and a half and it has worked flawlessly! The 3 track 30 minute loop times are what sold me on this but as an added bonus the screen, although small, is really nice for tracking the loop time, etc. Well built with a very smooth foot switch and being a mini pedal, it saves space on the board. Very easy to use.

Lower Priced Looper with Memory Banks
Loopers are helpful devices to create an accompaniment track or for just plain old practice. This Donner looper has employed an LCD screen that shows you the time and progress of your loop. It also has three (3) memory banks to save loops. This comes in a small package as do many of the FX pedal offerings these days. This pedal functions quite the same as most loopers such as hit the footswitch one to start the record process, hit once again to play, hit twice and hold to clear. If you have recorded a loop and then wish to record additional parts hit the footswitch once in the play mode and you can dub additional parts. I believe the manual states 30 minutes of record time but I think that must be approximately 10 minutes per memory bank, all totaling 30 minutes. As with most loopers in this price range the functions are similar however the difficulty comes when your loops are not in time, particularly if you are trying to get other players to play along with your loops. Timing your loops takes practice, the progress screen on this Donner looper is helpful but not fool proof. In a practice room setting the looper can be a lot of fun and helpful to work out what one might play over a particular line or chord sequence you have created. I would not necessarily recommend this in a professional situation unless you have prepared your loops ahead of time and will be playing along to the prepared loops. Timing can be critical using loopers however for simply recording and trying out ideas I think this is an affordable and fun unit. In my upcoming video demo I will attempt to demonstrate. With the influx of inexpensive FX units of all kinds a musician can sample devices and sounds without spending too much of their hard earned money. All that said this unit works well and is a winner in my book.
In my demonstration video it is difficult to see what is happening on the LCD screen as I change from one mode to the other, for that I apologize. There are many other good videos that may illustrate how the LCD screen corresponds to the footswitch being changed. The manual explains these functions as well.

Solves the flaws that other one-button loopers have!
I recently bought and reviewed the Donner Tiny Looper Guitar Effect and really liked it. I already have a Ditto looper, so I gave my Donner away to one of son's friends. It seemed even easier to use than the Ditto or the other Donner, so I gave it a try and it didn't disappoint. It is a single button looper ;ole the other ones, but it solves a number of usability in creative ways: first it will let you store 3 completely separate loops of 30 minutes each. So you could literally use to store a bunch of sound tracks!
- With other loopers it's hard to know when the loop starts and ends, here the visual indicator around the display shows you exactly how far along in the loop you are, and even shows the time in seconds!
- unlimited undo and redo is cool!
- smartly, they use the same clicking patterns as the popular Ditto, so if you already have memorized all the fancy clicking, you won't have to relearn it
- but you don;t have to remember anyway: other loopers rely on LED colors/blinks to remember what mode you are in (dub? play?...) This looper just tells you on the screen!
This is a great product! and in a mini pedal format (I only buy those nowadays)
I'm attaching a quick demo video, don;t mid the playing, it's hard to play, think about the recording "script" and recording at the same time.

Clean repeats and 3 saved loops!
Thoroughly impressed with this unit. This is my first Donner pedal and I would be interested in buying more after this experience. This is a simple looper but has 3 save slots so you can recall loops if needed. I like the size of this on my board (it's even smaller than my tc electronic polytine 2 mini!) and the loop is flawless. I have it immediately after my reverb and I am able to save a 10 second (or whatever) loop of a pad reverb and it will play it and loop it with Nooooo glitch/hiccup. I basically use it as a Freeze with 3 presets.
High quality build and the screen is very easy to see and read when playing standing up in a well lit room.
Everything about this pedal is intuitive and works like you would expect a looper to with a few pleasant add ins.

Easy, intuitive looping? I didn’t think it was a thing, either — until now.
TL;DR — Fun and easy; solid UI; no issues with sound quality. Very strong contender if you’re in the market for a brass tacks looper.
I’d like to think I’m smarter than the average bear, but there’s no better way for me to feel lost than to hand me a looping pedal. Ever since a studio guitarist friend blew me away years ago with the possibilities of a Line 6 JM4, I’ve been looking for something that could unlock new song ideas while not requiring me to take a class at the local JC.
Enter the Donner Triple Looper. It delivers on its promise: three slots into which you can easily overdub to your hearts content.
Select a slot, click the footswitch and you’re recording. Click when you’ve finished your phrase. Click again to dub. Rinse and repeat as desired. (Please note, however, that the slots remain independent. That is, you could have 3 recordings in each of the slots, but you can’t dub, bounce or otherwise move the content from Slot 1 into Slot 3, for example. I really wasn’t expecting to, but with a name like the Triple Looper, some may think that might be in the cards. It’s not.)
Deleting a dub and clearing a slot are accomplished via footswitch “click and hold” operations. Easy peasy. (Sidenote: The action of the footswitch is outstanding: not too stiff, not too loose.)
There’s also a playback volume knob, offering another layer of sculpting possibilities.
Perhaps most importantly, I didn’t hear any discernible clicks or pops when the loop began to repeat. I currently own another looper than cost twice the current price of the Triple Looper, and it pops audibly when engaging the footswitch to record a dub. Indeed, the only time I heard any pop at all is when I “cleared” a slot (which is the same thing as deleting all recorded material from a slot). It was slight, and that was when distortion pedals were engaged. When they were off, I didn’t hear the pop. I also didn’t hear any pops when starting playback, dubbing or stopping playback. As such, I’d give it the thumbs up to use in a live setting.
The user interface is great. The display is not too bright or dim, and it includes a segmented “ring” that lets you know where you are in the course of loop playback. Something of a “visual metronome,” I imagine it’s handy for practicing.
With a metal enclosure, the build quality of the unit seems solid. I only own one other Donner unit (the Yellow Fall, which every guitar player on a budget is contractually obligated to own), but Donner seems interested in creating durable pedals. The Triple Looper is, interestingly, lighter than Yellow Fall. Not sure why I find that surprising.
Finally, I want to point out that the included instructions are easy to follow and actually make sense. I feel like it’s worth mentioning, as I’ve received some electronics items from Chinese manufacturers/distributors that included “instructions” that were laughably indecipherable. Not the case here.
Check out the video for a quick demo to show the unit in action. (Careful listeners will hear a “new mail” notification in the background. Total amateur hour.)

Small and powerful!
I was looking for a looper and this one not only fit my board but also my budget. I would love a memory man but this is much more my speed. It’s a solid pedal, the switches and volume defiantly scream quality. I do like the display it’s clear and easy to understand. I love the size, it allows me to save space and get even more out of my pedal board! The sound quality is excellent and the adjustable level volume is huge! I also like that it stores the loops even after it’s turned off. Definitely going to look into more donner pedals!

Easy to use- Saves 3 loops- Solid construction
This is an easy to use, nicely constructed, looper pedal from Donner. It was packaged in a perfectly sized box with a foam packing strip to protect against damage. It comes with an owners manual but you won't need it. Just plug it in, and start playing. It's a solid piece of metal, not plastic, so it will take a good stomping.
It has 3 basic functions - record, dub, and play. I is really simple to use. Another feature is the timer- you know how long the loop is. It goes up to 30 minutes per loop and you can save 3 loops. That should be sufficient for most practice sessions.
I've attached 3 photos - one of the box it came in, one that shows the pedal next to a standard size pedal, and one by itself.
Bottom line- this is a solid pedal at a bargain price.
