Drum is amazing

I bought this snare drum as a gift for my mother, and she absolutely loves it. The quality really surprised me in the best way. It has a solid, sturdy build, and the sound is crisp and clean, just like a standard snare drum you’d find in a full kit. She said it feels very comfortable to play and responds well no matter what style she’s practicing. Everything came well-packaged and easy to set up, which I appreciated. Overall, it’s a great value for the price and perfect for beginners or experienced players. Highly recommend!

Case is junk

The drum/stand is great, no complaints. The case started to tear after a month and after 3 months, the zipper is now ripping away from the case.

Update: 4 months in, the stand case pulled away from the drum case and formed holes in the bottom. We have been carrying it separately but mow 6 months in, it has completed ripped and is unusable

Update: 7 months in and the main drum case is now unusable. The zipper gave out and it came home duct taped shut. Off to purchase another case now.

Head broke day 1 with regular use!

Unfortunately, the head broke the first day my son had the drum. He swears he was using it normally, with no excessive pressure or anything like that.

I wasn't able to contact Eastrock to get a replacement head. Both options seemed wasteful, so I passed. All we need is a replacement part.

I'm ordering a new head now from a different manufacturer for $22.99.

Other than the flimsy head, my son is happy with the drum.

Starter snare

The snare itself seems good as a starter snare to learn on. However the snare wires are different lengths and therefore you cannot tighten them enough to get a nice snare sound- so rattley! I’m hoping we can replace the wires since it is past the return window otherwise we have nothing but a tom and that is not why we bought it.

Hard to adjust

This snare is beautiful! It's great for my 11 year old who just started to learn. I cant figure out how to adjust the height on it, so that is making it a bit difficult because it's sitting too low.
