not for everyone, very weak speakers

Very weak speakers. Very bassy speakers with a lot of distortion on louds. No MIDs. Used of HIFi Sony amp, then tested on DENON equipment-same trash quelity sound. Will be okey for garage. Do not expect more. Go with ELAC 6.5 for better sound.

Added remote speaker set to Juke Boz

I purchased these to add two remote speakers to my Crosley 1215A-WA Dull Size Juke Box because the built in Juke box speaker wasn't great for a $1600 Juke Box. Since I had the option to add 2 remote speakers these did the trick. I had to buy passive speakers and not the ones with a built in Amp. These were a perfect fit because going too large wouldn't match the minimal power of the Juke box. I'm giving them a 4 because the bass it not outstanding but you can't expect more out of bookshelf size speakers. The mid range and the high end are good for the price. They have very nice looking wood casing. They suited my needs nicely.

Clear-Sounding and Stylish Bookshelf Speakers for My Record Player

I needed bookshelf speakers for my record player, and these are fantastic! They deliver clear, high-quality sound that enhances every track. They also look great, perfectly complementing my room’s setup. Highly recommend for anyone seeking stylish and great-sounding speakers for their record player!

Great value!

Excellent speakers & an excellent value! I purchased them for our hard-wired Sonos system. I was a bit hesitant, because all our other speakers are very high quality, but they got great reviews, so I gave them a chance. I’m glad I did! They were very easy to connect, their style looks great in our mid-century modern den and the sound is clear, crisp and has a nice range. They work great for our smaller den- I’m not sure they would be adequate for a large room- but they are perfect for our needs.

Great performance

Audio response far exceeded my expectation for the price. As good as some of the larger and more expensive studio monitors I used in my days in broadcasting.

Disappointed

The red wire spring clip on seems spoilt

I can not clip on the speaker wire

Bought two pairs of these speakers and only this unit has an issue

Even a cursory inspection pre packing would have picked up this defect.

Am in the process of setting up the speakers and this is the first hurdle I faced.

Appropriate sound for price. Leaves some quality to be desired. Great look.

These speakers look better than they sound. I recommend pairing with a subwoofer. Although they seemed a bit bass heavy prior to using the subwoofer, it seemed to even everything out sound wise. Beware these are only 25 W per speaker. Although this doesn't matter THAT much, I'm using a 75W per channel receiver and I feel like if I turned them up too much they would be quite distorted. Been looking for a low wattage receiver or amp to pair with these to get their best sound, but they're hard to find with an A/B channel and subwoofer out. In retrospect, I feel I might could have found better speakers for a similar price, but these will do fine until I can afford some audiophile-grade speakers.

Great Sound, good looks

Been having these speakers for 2 weeks or so. I really like them. I paired them with a vintage Pioneer 20W amp and they work beautifully. Great sound, even in my good sized living room. They are very stylish and look great with or without the mesh cover. Highly recommended if you are looking for quality shelf speakers at a great price.
