its OK. not as good as expected.

box was previously opened! although i ordered as brand new. the remote control plastic packet was opened previously as well. other things seemed to be newish. Sound quality is ok, not as good as Edifier M60 that i bought last year.

Missing thundering basd

Nice music reproduction but lacks thundering bass I got from my old Bose system that recently failed after 23 years. Overall happy with the system and sounds great at high volume.

A compact setup with all you need for a good listening experience.

This Edifier S355DB system includes two bookshelf speakers, a wireless subwoofer, a small manual, a remote control, and all the cables you need to set it up. I chose to connect it to my turntable via Bluetooth, and it couldn't have been easier.

The master speaker has 3 controls on the side: bass, treble, and a push button for volume/source. On the back of the speaker, there are several inputs for connecting other components: Toslink optical, RCA, HDMI eARC, and USB-C. The front of the speaker has a small screen at the bottom where you can read the input type and cycle through volume and tone adjustments. The master speaker has a power cord and a long proprietary cable to connect to the other speaker; the subwoofer just needs to be plugged in because it's already paired with the system.

Once plugged in and connected to the turntable, I easily sat down to listen.

Given that these are bookshelf speakers, I wasn't expecting a big sound, but to my surprise, this system sounds great; it can reach a high volume enough to fill the room, and the subwoofer produces the low-end frequencies that the speakers cannot reach. The speakers are nice for casual listening to records, and I'm sure they'll perform equally well on a computer desktop.

One thing to note is that you can control almost everything with the remote control and switch between preset listening modes. The only reason you would need to use the Edifier Connect app is to use the equalizer.

REPLACED my 120inch Screen SYSTEM

The aesthetics alone are unique and sleek. The system is well designed, durable, and has weight to it. The wireless connection has the ability to connect via Bluetooth or wired for those that prefer a strong connection. The Set up was easy from the beginning until the end. The sound quality is impressive and everything is easy to customize.

The treble highs and lows are crisp and clean. The bass can easily please anyone looking to go from vibrating the floor to simply enjoying the music. This system has surpassed my expectations and easily replaced our family room mini theatre set up. I am happy with the speakers, especially for the value. I HIGHLY recommend.
