Ball too loose

I was excited for this product, but I was let down by the quality. It works but not very well. The ball is way too loose, just lifting your thumb off of it will make it move, so forget about middle mouse clicking on a link to open a new tab. Scrolling will make the cursor jump around.

It's good, with a couple mods.

It's a good multimedia device for when you don't need your keyboard: scrolling through various social media, reading books and various online games. I had already added weight to the base a long time ago but then I saw someone else had installed magnets in theirs. It's a brilliant idea that improves it so much further. Fortunately the magnets from inside a Dexcom sensor installer are perfect. I will say that they need to add a feature in the software to either let you change the DPI button settings or disable it entirely. I lightly glued the button for mine in place because I have no use for it, ever. As an FYI though, all of the screws in it are one of the odd security type so not the simplest of endeavors.

Great air mouse for walking desk

I don't review much, but had to on this mouse. It works outstanding for my walking desk. It allows me to reviews pages off the web at a 3mph walk. I setup with my logitech m525 mouse and it's set point software.

Both use different acceleration and speed. You have to turn off one mouse, set it up in the software. Then switch and do the other one. was a little tricky but works awesome! This mouse should have 5 stars. It isn't made to replace the standard mouse, it is made to add benefits to the whole system. I'm planning on using while doing lectures in class as well. Great mouse!

East enough to use…. BUT

I hope you know Japanese/mandarin/Chinese/Korean/ or whatever the hell everything is written in…. Not one word in English I. The box or in instructions….

Dpi settings are still crazy sensitive and too high on the lowest setting, so if you drink coffee do not purchase

Great idea for neck pain, right click has started to fail

I bought this mouse to ease neck pain associated with using a mouse all day. I liked it so much I bought a second one for my work computer. After about five months the main clicker has started to fail on both. I was hoping for a longer lifespan for the price.

Very convenient

My notebook computer has a large touchpad that interferes with typing. I have turned it off and have been using a wired accessory touchpad. While this works it is less than ideal. The wireless trackball seemed like a good solution and it is. I really like it. The only complaints

would be that if the ball was heavier I think it would improve precision and then there is the ridiculous cradle for holding the trackball device. It can actually be dangerous since it is totally insecure. The new one that I made from wood works great.

Hopefully you read Japanese

Because all of the packaging and instruction manual are in Japanese. No English version. My device did not work out of the box (not plug and play) so I am on a wild goose chase looking for English documentation online. Wish me luck…

I LOVE THIS MOUSE!!!

I loved it the moment I started using it!! It’s literally easier to use then a standard mouse because you have all control with your thumb, pointer and middle finger rather then your whole hand and arm. I’m not left handed but I can use this mouse left handed with no issues, it’s a game changer!

Update: the stand is complete garbage. I actually got used to the mouse dropping and exploding into pieces after the smallest bump while on the stand. To the mouse’s credit, it still works after all those falls. I use a small mason jar as the holder now and it hasn’t fallen yet.

Amazing but delivery sucked.

The products works well for someone who can’t move hand accurately. Feels good to move the mouse again with hand struck with paralysis. However, the delivery sucked. Had to wait in rain to get access to the item. Try opt for Ups, usps, or fedex delivery team.

Plug and play at its finest.

Bought this to replace a/upgrade from a similar model (pictured above), that broke and lost feature after I dropped it several times 💀.

Unboxed 5 minutes ago. Packaging looks new and unused. Text is in Chinese , however the manual provides instructions in English and link to download English manual (haven’t needed it yet).

As a nice surprise it includes a set of 2 AAA batteries and a desktop stand.

Dropped in the batteries, plugged in the dongle, flipped it on and it was working instantly (I use a Mac Mini running latest version of Monterey).

Pros:

-Volume and playback keys work great. Able to pause movies and raise and lower volume easily.

-Scroll wheel and track ball are very smooth (DPI button has 3 options that cover a wide spectrum, and is in convenient reach of my thumb next to the power switch).

- Mouse buttons are very quiet.

-Battery cover comes off smoothly and without difficulty. Hopefully two batteries means a long lasting charge.

-Very ergonomic design. I have extremely large hands and it fits very comfortably. Can easily access all features with one hand.

Cons:

-None for me so far! Will update when I find some.

Better than I expected for using my Mac from a distance. Would definitely buy from this company again.

Great Product

This is a nice alternative to mix up your routine. Using the same mouse 100% of the time can lead to repetitive stress injuries, so I keep 2 or 3 different mice on my desk to use throughout the day, and this one is my #2.

Bluetooth sees device but won't pair with it. Not functional.

I am completely disappointing with this product. After searching the terrible ELECOM website for the an owner's manual printed in English, and finding and downloading and installing drivers, I could not get the device to pair with my Windows 10 laptop. I made sure all drivers were updated, but nothing worked. In the Bluetooth pairing screen, the device is recognized, but when you attempt to pair it, a message that says "Try Connecting your device again" appears and the device won't pair. I tried to get it to pair with a new Microsoft Surface and got the same result. This is not a cheap trackball at $79.99 and I expected better. I'm sending it back.

They did not want the defective product back.
