Assembly does NOT fit together - DO NOT BUY
Looks like the quality is pretty good, but the actual GFCI receptacle does NOT fit into the in-use cover (see photos). Aside from returning this item, I imagine the only solution would be to grind away plastic on the housing to widen the hole, which would void any warranty.
This is a poorly designed and executed product. I should have paid an extra $4 for the complete, assembled outdoor outlet and cover available from the home depot.

GFCI waterproof and safe
This Gfci just works and we installed it as an outdoor dedicated circuit We have two solar panels feeding into a APSystems inverter which feeds about 600 watts of power into our house with no install. The Gfci does not trip and the waterproof cover keeps the interior dry This package has everything you need in the box. please look at pics

STAYS DRY INSIDE
LOTS OF ROOM TO MOVE THE WIRES AROUND. TO OPEN AND CLOSE SEEMS A LITTLE FRAGIL. I TAKING A ORANGE PAINT MARKER TO REMIND ME WHERES THE OPEN LATCH AT. DONT USE IT VERY OFTEN SO I HAVE TO GET ON MY KNEES TO LOCATE IT. WILL SEE IN THE COLD WEATHER. I WILL UPDATE SOON.
