Elite Sports Workout Sandbag Strength Training Equipment

Phenomenal sand bag!

This Elite Sandbag is absolutely awesome!! It is super durable and made for any outdoor workout! I purchased the 50-75lb bag size. If you correctly fill up all 3 inside bags that come with the Sandbag, you can easily get the sand bag up to 100lbs without squeezing it in! The zipper quality is great and tough! I love the design of this bag and how well designed it is. There are also multiple different handles around the bag for different exercises and grips.

I highly recommend this Elite Sandbag if you are looking for some sand bag related equipment or just some training equipment. It’s highly durable and a great price! I bought 2 50lb sandbags from Home Depot which came out to a total of $15 to fill up all 3 bags. Now I have an adjustable sand bag ranging from 28-100lbs depending on how I want to load the bag.

Great Fit for Strength Power and Conditioning

I chose the 25–50 lb Elite Sports sandbag so I could use it across a wide range of workouts, and it’s been a great fit for my training. As an MMA and Muay Thai athlete, I need equipment that’s durable, versatile, and able to handle high‑intensity sessions. This sandbag checks all the boxes. The handle placement makes transitions smooth, the material feels strong, and it holds up well during upper‑body work, core training, leg circuits, and conditioning sprints. It’s become a solid part of my strength and conditioning routine, and I’m impressed with how many movements I can get out of one piece of equipment. Highly recommend for fighters or anyone focused on functional performance.

Leaked sand within a month.

They work great in almost every way. My problem is: both bag, each within a month of use, had heavy sand leakage. Nothing appears to be wrong with the seams, some my only conclusion is that the sand is slowly sifting through the Velcro.

Also, the zipper detached itself at some point, but I was able to finesse it back together. This hasn’t been a reoccurring issue.

Aside from that, I like every other aspect of these bags. The size, shape, and handles make it easy to do a variety of exercises. Overall, I’m still glad I made the purchase. Might just have to try some pea-pebbles or something larger than the fine play sand.

High Quality!!!

Product is high quality and feels sturdy . As an armored combat fighter this really helps with my training !!

Great sandbag!

I absolutely love this sandbag! It’s easy to use, built really well, and gives you a great workout whether you’re healthy or working around an injury. It’s a simple way to stay strong and keep moving. Highly recommend! The money is worth it, material is great, and is easy to use!

Perfect for Functional Strength Training

Great product, durable design with quality material. I’ve been using this weighted sandbag as part of my wrestling workouts. It’s easy to adjust the weight, the handles give you a lot of different grip options, and it works great for carries, lunges, squats, presses, and core work. If you’re an athlete looking to build functional strength, I’d definitely recommend it.

Great sandbag.

Great product, many versatile exercises. Very well built.

Durability

Very high quality, enjoy the versatility and love using it in my daily workout , strong and durable

Great quality!!

This workout sand bag is great quality! Durable material with separate bags for inside to hold the sand. You can fill it to your desired weight and it’s easy to change the weight. There are multiple handles for a variety of workout options. I am very happy with this purchase!

Strong- reliable- Great quality

Impressed by the quality of the material. Good zipper, strong handles, strong fabric. Love the 3 sizes for my wife and I. After i finished adding sand to the 5-25, i thought woah! This alone is nice and heavy. The large one provides comfort for different exercises. Handles on every and to maximized use. Internal filler bags were also very strong. I have full confidence these will last.

Don’t ever drop this.

Product was great at first. Easy to fill with sand and can use for lots of exercises. After 4 months or so the seams on one end ripped apart. See photo below. Can’t find info to contact company. I don’t slam it into the ground, just the occasional drop from about 2 feet.

Better than expected

I have to say, the quality of this bag is better than expected. The material is thick and not cheap feeling. The stitching feels like it hold up nicely for years to come. It doesn't come with sand but has two heavy duty bags that you can fill up yourself. I just threw some dirt from my backyard, rocks and all, and I have yet to see any tearing in the material. I would say this workout bag is worth the money.

Perfect for my daughter’s BJJ conditioning!

Perfect for my daughter’s BJJ conditioning!

I bought this bag for my daughter to help her train for Jiu Jitsu, and it has been a game-changer. The quality is top-notch. The double Velcro closure makes it super durable—we haven’t had any issues with sand leaking, even during high-intensity drills. We also love the variety of handles; they allow her to work on different grips and movements that translate perfectly to the mats. Great quality all around!

Great equipment for recovery from an injury

I’m currently injured with a knee injury but am able to train and do light leg workouts to help strengthen my knee. This Sandbag from Elite has been very helpful with my rehabilitation, and keeping up with my workouts. I am grateful and pleased that products such as this exist to help me stay in shape and help with my Recovery. Thank you so I much for having amazing products. I highly recommend.

A great value for a high quality workout sandbag

Great addition to our Elite Sports Bulgarian sandbag which has been part of morning workouts for over a year. This workout sandbag comes with three internal filler bags to hold the sand, two large and one smaller filler bag, that you fill and then insert into the main external bag. They’re double Velcro’s so sand won’t leak. No directions as to why there are three filler bags and best practices but not a big deal. The sandbag itself is rugged made of ballistic nylon, the same material you find in tactical gear. There are multiple handles providing flexibility to complete a variety of workout exercises. The stitching is heavy duty so handles staying put shouldn’t be an issue. Overall very happy with it, well made and a pricing value over other makes.

Great Bag, Great Value, Even better customer service!!!!

I've added it to my training for jiujitsu! Highly recommend this bag!

Great piece of workout gear!!

The sandbags are very well constructed. Stitching is heavy duty. Handles are well placed in many different ways around the bag to facilitate many different kinds of workout activities. I have used other bags in the past and this ate easy to use. Inner bags are easy to fill and hook and loop hold sand in bags. Also easy to put in the heavy duty outer bag. Price point is great for the quality. Overall great addition to my home gym.

Really Good quality and for the price even better

I got the 25-50lb one as I like to workout at home. The bag is really nice and has good grips and the quality feels very high I love it. I recommend filling the 2 internal bags with play sand as it’s better suited for working out. Good way to store as your can remove the sand bags in and out to change the weight. I almost forgot to also comes with workout ideas that you can use

Legit

I acquired this sand bag for preparation for a tournament and so far has been great. The sand bag has 2x individual bags inside that you place sand in. If you need a lighter load you can always remove 1 of the bags which I like. If you are needing something for a more dynamic workout I would recommend this or the other style of sandbag.

Perfect Addition for My Gym Routine!

I recently ordered this sandbag to add some heavier resistance to my workouts, and it’s exactly what I was looking for! The quality is fantastic; it feels durable and well-constructed. I’m especially impressed with how well it contains the sand—no leaks or spills at all. I can't wait to start using it for various exercises. Highly recommend this sandbag for anyone looking to elevate their training!

50 lbs Workout Sandbag

Elite has quickly become one of my favorite brands to purchase all my BJJ, Muay Thai and training gear. The material is durable, lined to prevent leaking and made with tear resistant ballistic nylon.

When it comes to versatility, this gear stands out as a great addition to my workouts. Comes with 2 inner bags and fits snuggly into the duffel bag. Handles are well placed and grips are comfortable.

This is going to be a solid addition to my training arsenal. Great product to have at home, gym or while traveling.

Five Star Sandbag! Great Quality!!!

Great Quality!!! It comes with two extra bags to fill it with sand before putting it in the actual sandbag. The zipper is heavy quality too. You can do so many workouts with it. We got the 50 lbs sandbag. The material is very durable. Great material. It’s thick. I give it a five out of five! I’m very impressed! It’s a must have for any home gym. Great Product!

High high quality product

We ordered the 50 lb training sand bag for my son. The pictures looked like it would be a good product. It was very fast shipping, making it to our house in 2 days. We were very impressed with the bag, it is extremely durable and very well made with nice thick materials and heavey stitching. It should easily withstand years of use with no problems. My son loves it and uses it every workout.

The product quality is consistently outstanding !

This training bag is PERFECT . If you’re looking for a bag thats durable , portable , with good quality look no further . I previously purchased their adult punching bag and was so impressed I decided to try another product and it DID NOT DISAPPOINT. This will exceed your expectations . There are different sizes you can purchase but I was particularly looking for this smaller size that I can take with me if I needed to travel for work and fill up again . They also provided some exercises which is great especially for people who are beginning to work out . The straps are durable and easy to use , and the bag is extremely durable . Overall excellent value for your money .

Super quality material, can already tell it'll last.

I was super impressed as soon as I unboxed this product just based on the quality of the materials alone. This is exactly the type of bag I was looking for to take my workouts to the next level and I can already tell that this thing can take being thrown around without worrying about it degrading. Shipping was super quick, highly recommend anyone pick this up for your dynamic, circuit based workouts. I use this specifically for circuit style workouts geared towards grappling, but it's uses are endless.

Very Durable multipurpose gear!

This bag is great for squats, curls, rows ect! Very durable, and easy to store in a small home setting.

I was blown away at how much of effort it takes to toss around 75 lbs of sand honestly. Elite sports bag features interior sacks to fill to evenly distribute said sand which is great because when needed you can optimize weight needed. Very durable material and thick reinforced straps makes this bag by far a great purchase.

An A+ Sandbag

I really like this sandbag. Its easy to fill and easy to use. I use to have a Titan Fitness Workout Sandbag and absolutely hated it. The sandbags burst and made a huge mess. The vinyl material was cheap. The zipper broke. The handles were cheap rubber and plastic. I donated it to a gym and never thought about using sandbags for training again.

I decided to try it again because I started getting into circuit training again. I used pea gravel and rubber mulch and it's compact but heavy enough for my current fitness level. I regretted not getting the 75 lb bag but quickly realized 50 lbs was the perfect weight for me during my 1st superset circuit.

The bag is great. The material is strong. The bladder that holds the filling is strong and has the best Velcro I've ever felt. I love the handles. The way the whole bag is stitched doesn't make me worry about it ripping. It's an all around great bag. When I'm better conditioned I will get the heavier version as a companion to my 50 lber.

Sturdy and durable, this sandbag expands your workout possibilities!

I’ve wanted a sandbag ever since I started doing F3 workouts. I am currently doing strength training almost exclusively, but I figured the sandbag would give me the opportunity to add some variety on my non-lifting days.

I got the 75 pound bag, and it’s extremely durable and sturdy. It should easily withstand over-the-shoulder throws. I love the placement of the handles which allow for deadlifts, squats, Farmer’s carries, curls, etc.

If you’re looking for a piece of equipment that will allow some variety in your workouts and won’t force you to sacrifice strength for conditioning, then give this sandbag a shot!
