Cover Art is not as pictured.

The cover art is not the picture shown. I’m more bothered by it because I settled on the hardcover because I liked it more than this paperback version. Only upon opening now do I see that it’s just the same cover art I wanted to avoid. I mean no disrespect but I didn’t like it.

NOT what was advertised!!

I love to hold a book while I read but I thought it was the other publication!!

Not too happy with the condition of this book

We were excited to receive this book today to begin using for our homeschool language arts program, but I wasn’t too happy with the condition in which it was received. The back corner of the book was bent and several pages along with it. The spine is broken and I hope it doesn’t effect the binding of the pages as we read the book. The book was bubble wrapped and the bending of the back cover probably happened during transit, but the damage done to the spine happened prior to shipping, I’m assuming.

Arrived on time! Great read!

I bought it for my daughter for her Language Arts class. We love the Newbery books and this one is going to be another fun and adventurous read.

Just the first paragraph was enough to captivate her attention and love of reading. Package arrived on time with a gift note just for her.

Missing pages

Missing first 8 pages, book starts from Chapter 3.
