Im enjoying this guy quite a lot. I dont know why i havent gotten this guy before. Was easy to setup, handle recording well and live feed well. Took a few moments to setup but wasnt to complicated. Due note you have to recalibrate your defaulf camera angle if you up and move the camera to different locations. Oh also, it may bug some people, it has a default blue light on 24/7. Its a soft glow , nothing bright, but it just indicates that its on.
App is friendly, no subscriptions, no unwanted ads, i love the fact that i can have all my videos saved onto a Ssd card , view em from my phone via app and download em with no issue.
Came with mounting bracket and it made mounting it to a wall super easy. Screws included. Its as small as a cup but it quite powerful in quality and reaction speed. But it can be a bit senstive. Sudden change in light differences like shadows can trigger it but its a settings issue that needs to be tinkered with.
Ill def get more, but now i need more ssd cards now lol

Frustration with this unit
Updated:- Eufy CS team reached out to me and offered a fix. Appreciate their customer service and resolve to work with their customers.
Original:- I'm using Eufy security products for a while and bought this indoor Cam S350 on Black Friday sale due to its zoom and pan capabilities(I require it due to L shape of my basement). The box contains a cute looking S350 camera, USB A to C cable, power adapter, screws, mounting guide, and hardware. It has a LED in front, usb-C at the bottom, a sync button on back and the SD-Card location is below the camera lens which has a cover. The camera zoom is nice and it switches from a wide angle to a telescopic lens smoothly. It's been a week now I'm using this camera and unfortunately it has disappointed me unlike other products from Eufy.
While it supports WiFi6, the connection itself is unstable resulting in drop frames/lags. Also, when viewing recorded videos from the sd-card, it takes a while to load them. When watching a video in 4X or more speed, it displays a choppy video. If this were not enough, the camera makes a strange noise when it pans and it also stutters, creating a jerky motion in videos. I had higher expectation from this camera, but it falls short. I will be returning it.

Let me start by saying I have 2 Pan Cams, Doorbell Camera, & 2 home Bases old & New. I actually use to love this company & its products. I’ve had their products since 2020. Starting with the Door bell which actually Works well, so far the best I’ve seen only thing about it I don’t like is they took away the holiday & Halloween rings! It’s the indoor cameras They have me at its wits end. I use my cameras for security & health issues with myself & my children, they run 24/7 365. They worked perfectly until they didn’t! Video posted they started making noise & screeching on not one but both of my PanCams. I didn’t buy them at the same time, I got them a year apart. Now they’re 3 & 2 years old & out of warranty! The noise started 8 month ago on 1 then the other 2 months later. This severely hinders the surveillance part as it’s so loud that we can’t hear any audible audio. No conversations or hear our children move at night when sleep. Plus the fact that we have to turn down the volume on any device streaming the feed. I don’t think I’ll be upgrading or trusting this company again. It’s unsafe & now I have to find & buy new cameras!!

I recently bought the Eufy Indoor Cam S350 for my mum, who lives with me. She’s bedridden, and while I have a personal nurse and caregiver helping take care of her, I sometimes worry when I’m at work and want to check on her. After some research, I decided to give this camera a try, and I’m so glad I did.
I got it late last night and couldn’t wait to test it, so I set it up in the kids’ living room to see how it worked. Setting it up was incredibly easy—it only took a few minutes, and the instructions were straightforward. Even late at night when I was tired, everything worked seamlessly.
The video quality is amazing, with clear and crisp footage that makes me feel like I’m right there. The night vision is equally impressive, capturing every detail even in low light. The pan-and-tilt feature is smooth and gives me full coverage of the room, which will be perfect when I move it to my mum’s room.
The app is another highlight. It’s user-friendly and incredibly responsive. Whether I’m checking live footage, reviewing past recordings, or adjusting the settings, it’s all so intuitive. This gives me real peace of mind, knowing I can keep an eye on my mum anytime, no matter where I am.
Overall, this camera is everything I was hoping for and more. It’s reliable, easy to set up, and gives me exactly what I need to stay connected to my mum when I’m not home. If you’re considering a security camera, especially for keeping an eye on loved ones, I highly recommend the Eufy Indoor Cam S350.

Works Like It Should 👍 BUT Easily Hacked
UPDATE: Used this camera for a couple of weeks and I started to hear voices. It was faint. Then it became prominent. Clearly someone was watching me as I hear them specifically talking about me. 2 factor is on as well as other security measures. I also notice my pan n tilt S320 became compromised.
I immediately disconnected this camera and deleted it. I looked up info on indoor wifi cameras being hacked and it seems to be an easy thing to do especially this camera. When companies want your data through their app they are more vulnerable and put you at risk. They need stronger security measures. Great camera but what's the point if others can spy on you with it.
This camera works consistently like it should always giving a full recording and tracking smoothly. This also has continuous recording which is a huge plus never stopping during an event timed out losing footage. 👏 The picture quality is good. Clear sharp and with good white balancing. Nothing is over saturated or soft and opaque not even in night vision mode.
I'm curious if they would make an outdoor version of this with plug in power. That would be interesting. I have the other pan n tilt solar powered one but this performs better. Maybe because it's indoors and everything is closer range.
Audio is about as normal as all the rest. It performs well hook up and mounting is easy and quick. It works great and love the continuous recording option. Got this on sale and it's at a much better price point when on sale. It's worth buying at the sales price. At the regular price they could have included a 64g SDcard or something. You're going to need an SDcard as this does not come with one so don't forget to get one. 🫡

Bought 2 cameras and they came in different design boxes. Unfortunately, there isn’t any year after the copyright on these boxes to know what which one is the old one manufactured versus a new one.

Oh man where to start lol this camera is amazing. I bought it for my cats to see what they’re doing and with the AI tracking I can really see since it follows them around. Sound quality is good recording is good picture quality is 4k like come on. Easy to set up and connects easily. Just do it like Sheila buff says 😂

It has great picture quality easy to set up. It’s dynamic and that it like follows wherever it sees motion no subscription fees and it’s just a good little camera. Much better than ring or nest. It has really good connectivity. We’ve never had issues with it having to buffer for us to be able to see what it’s saying overall super stable really impressed.

Update: I requested an exchange and it works way better BUT THE SPEAKER is still not great. I left a video of what it sounds like. 99.00 is high for speakers and defects.
I love this company for there cam quality but this one has a defect. I know not all products are going to be perfect So I will change my ratings once I get my exchange for the camera For a more better experience I also had issues with the card insert and not turning properly

Useless when you need it - during the night
What I like... the picture quality day or night. Great pan, tilt, and zoom. Overall a great camera... EXCEPT!
What I really don't like... the motion detection is useless when it is dark in the room. It will not detect any activity and it will not send any notifications! (The attached picture is from the outside camera, but the issue is the same for both. An event, should be shown as an orange line at the time line)
I need a system that will notify me when there is any motion. Truth be told, it does during the day. But when I need it the most which is during the night... I guess it also goes to sleep.
Eufy has a pretty responsive tech support and they have been trying for several weeks to fix it. They sent me all kinds of firmware updates... nothing! The camera gets tired from the days hard work and goes to sleep during the night. 🤣
Until this MAJOR flaw is fixed... I can't recommend it. Please Do not rely on this camera for your security.
BTW... the same applies for the outside camera, so I gave a similar review
I will update when there is any meaningful improvement.

Great specs on paper, but sometimes unresponsive after six months
The camera keeps saying "Unable to play live video" after using it for ~ 6 months. Reboot or reset does not fix. It becomes a useless brick. Can anyone help?

UPDATE: Be sure to update the firmware.
UPDATE: So after a lot of troubleshooting, I was able to get the camera on my network and update the firmware. It was quite difficult because the camera/app aren't really compatible with mesh networks. In my case, my phone kept trying to access the 5Ghz band while the camera was locking in on the 2.4Ghz band. And it refused to play nice with my guest network. So once I got it online, and confirmed every device was on the same band, it updated the firmware and it's been smooth sailing ever since. I wish there was some kind of heads up about mesh network issues during onboarding, but it worked out in the end. Great camera now that it's got a stable firmware!

Original: I bought the S350 to replace a very unreliable HomeKit camera and this one doesn’t seem to be much better. It frequently disconnects from the WiFi network despite my network being a very high end mesh network.
I will say that when it works, it’s amazing. The tracking is very fast and accurate, the video quality is great and I love the optical zoom. But none of that is of value if the camera doesn’t work. I frequently have to unplug it so it will reconnect. Pretty sure I will be sending it back.

My favorite home camera with impressive picture quality
Pro: great picture quality, dual lens/optical zoom, pan/tilt, local storage (potential RTSP support for NAS?)
Con: price is on the higher side, had some SD card formatting issue early on, and base could use more weight.
I have 4 pet doves at home and have been trying to find a good camera to monitor their room.
The eufy S350 is more than double the price of the other ones I have tried, but the picture quality is also noticeably better, and I'm not talking about just resolution. S350 does support up to 4K, but even at 1080P vs 1080P, the clarity, color, and everything is better. This is likely due to better lens and sensors in these compared to some other cameras. Again, S350 is pricier but it does have an extra lens that will give you optical zoom and noticeably better image quality. This is perhaps where S350 stand out the most to me.
The pan/tilt works pretty well so far, but since the camera is a little top heavy due to the pan/tilt and dual lens, the base could use more weight for additional stability. Haven't had the camera tip over yet but it doesn't feel super stable.
Had some problem with local storage early on, the camera asked me to check/format the SD card 2-3 times in the first few days, but that haven't seen that problem after that. I used a brand new Samsung Pro Endurance card so it shouldn't be a card problem. Loading from local storage is a little slow due to the decryption process.
On top of local/on device SD card storage, the manual also stated that the S350 is compatible with eufy's HomeBase 3 which can enhance some functionality and storage, and also support RTSP protocol if you have a NAS system. Haven't had a chance to try that yet.
The AI tracking system/motion detection seems to work well on larger size animal and human, but since my pets are quite small (doves), it will only capture them once in a while when they are in the exact right spot. I wish it could track smaller size animals better but that's not easy to do.
The talk from camera function (not sure if I should call that microphone or something else) in the app also works well. You press the button once to enable talk, and press it again to disable it. Some other brands implement it as you have to keep on pressing the button while you talk and that's not exactly easy to use due to app/camera/network latency sometimes.
All things considered, this is probably one of the few home/pet cameras that truly distinguished itself from the crowd with the dual lens/pan/tilt design and picture quality.
Overall, great camera and worth the price I paid, especially if you care more about picture quality, and may even function better if you pair it with NAS or Homebase.
Look forward to potentially trying some other solar/floodlight cameras from eufy in the future.

Innovative and Afforable
I had the opportunity to participate in the beta testing of this product, and I must say it exceeded my expectations. Its sleek design, the UI intuitive, and its performance are solid. The video clarity is also excellent, which makes it very useful for my garage deliveries. Eufy showed great responsiveness to feedback and made necessary improvements. I highly recommend this solution to anyone needing a reliable indoor PTZ camera. Its engineering and customer focus are outstanding.

Eufy again released and shipped the camera without updating HomeBase….. so not able to connect to HomeBase3. 5 Days after installation, Eufy finally pushed the update .... now the camera can use the onboard HDD in HomeBase3. After completely reinstalling the camera, and connecting to Homebase... camera lags response, and all actions are delayed by at least 2 seconds. It was completely unusable after joining HomeBase... (I use SSD in HomeBase so storage performance is not an issue) result: I'm back to using local microSD
The new camera design made IR too wide, and now it is not usable if the camera is mounted in the corner of the ceiling. They recommend installing it at least 1 foot away from the wall...... ridiculous. The old pan and tilt camera was working perfectly in that spot.

Good Camera - Could Be Better
Good looking little PTZ camera. But, not quite what’s expected for the price.
Second: a lot, and I mean a ton of people are going to be seriously irritated when they see that the dual cameras actually don’t broaden/widen the view or encompass a much larger viewing area, but simply show the same areas with one zoomed in. So it definitely feels like a gimmick and definitely leads you to believe that the two cameras are to serve as a broader view of a room, scene, etc. This is very misleading in their documentation. i’m not real sure why someone in the consumer world would want to have a close-up view and a regular view of the same object at the same time. If you think this is something that you could definitely benefit from, like, possibly in a kids room, pet, etc. This is the camera for you and I would highly recommend it.
I do think that the price is a little steep for this camera, at this time.
