This is the most impressive Bluetooth speaker I have ever had and that includes brands like Klipsch Sony LG anker soundcore and Jbl. The bass output is very surprising for its size the heft and weight of the speaker is likewise impressive it's extremely solidly built the volume is great for up close listening it is okay for music and videos but it's strongest use case would be for audio books it hits the right balance of Bass mids and treble to naturally reproduce voices if you like podcasts audiobooks or honestly anything with spoken word media this is the right speaker and since it's so compact and affordable I've ended up giving out around 10 or 15 of these as gifts they work great in a shirt pocket on a job site or in a small room while you're doing a little bit of work and you don't want to carry a bulky speaker to disturb people in other rooms or just sitting at home quietly listening to your favorite podcast or audiobook and the ipx67 makes it nice because you can also take it in the shower or bath I've been buying Bluetooth speakers since the release of the original JBL flip I think 2011 or 2012 and this is the first time I've decided to take the time to write a review if that should give you an idea of its quality the battery is finally starting to degrade and I purchased this unit February of 2022 and it's now August 2026 for a $20 speaker I feel like this is a great investment

I love this speaker! It's great for traveling! The sound is really good, even through the case, which is designed with holes for sound, and zips in tight. The rose gold looks awesome and the pink case is nice and versatile. It pairs easily and functions great. The only light I notice are the control/power button. The very basic instructions show something about a light function in the bottom reset button but I'm not seeing it. Turn it on, zip it into it's custom case, and clip it onto your hiking bag or belt loop to enjoy while you travel. I'm excited to take it to camp this week and give it a full trial run.

I always thought the Tone Traveler acoustic guitar conditioner was neat, vibrating your acoustic guitar with tones to "break it in", but it was silly expensive. This is the identical speaker they use and with a bracket I bought from the e-bay, I have the same thing for a tenth of the price. Fantastic and a bargain.

Great little speaker! Very well-made! About an inch and a half tall and as big around as an Oreo cookie. The sound is great, heavy duty not cheap plastic. I can’t think of anything negative to say about it!

I thought this EWA was going to be a waste of money & my time in having to return it because it sounded to good to be true. Guess what, I was presently brlown away by the shear loudness & bass of this little Bluetooth speaker. If you're looking for something small with big sounds & bass to play while you're washing your car, riding your bike, walking your dog, just in your backyard smoking one of your good cigars with a glass of bourbon with round ice cube then this is the best Bluetooth speaker you should be listening to your Playlist. No cords, great looking sleek design, good battery life and is easily connected to any Bluetooth device. It works right out of the box. Enjoy it, I'm sure enjoying mine, it's worth the price.

This little speaker is pretty impressive for the size. Do not expect a lot of bass from such a small speaker. It’s too small for that. Where it does get impressive is the max volume. It gets loud enough for a room with little distortion at max volume. There no tweeter so don’t expect impressive highs. The midrange is on point though. Ok enough for music, but the voice clarity is rather good for a speaker this small. Very portable! About as wide as a half dollar. Comes with a case and charger cord. Played music for 4 hrs straight and still had plenty battery to go. Bluetooth connected seamlessly. Overall, a decent little speaker.

Sound & Performance
For such a small Bluetooth speaker, the sound is surprisingly clear and loud enough to fill a bedroom or small outdoor space. Don’t expect deep bass, but vocals and podcasts come through really well. Setup is quick and simple, no fuss.
Durability
My first one lasted about a year before it gave out. I used it often in the shower (with splashes and wet hands, but never submerged) and it held up fine — no water damage issues. Over time, the battery got weaker and the power button eventually stopped working. Still, for the price I wasn’t shocked, and I bought it again.
Portability & Battery
Lightweight, compact, and easy to toss in a bag. The battery gives a few hours on a full charge — perfect for casual listening, travel, or a picnic. Just don’t expect it to last all day, especially as it gets older.
Value
This isn’t a “forever” speaker, but for the cost it’s hard to beat. It’s one of those budget-friendly gadgets that delivers enough convenience and sound quality that I didn’t hesitate to repurchase.
Overall: Great little speaker for casual use. Expect to replace it after a year or so, but at this price point, it’s still a solid buy.

Love this product. Bluetooth connectivity is great and super simple. Good sound and range seems good considering I live in a 3500 sq ft home and when connected it to my phone I walk around the whole house and it remains connected. I haven’t had it for two long so i can’t really speak to the durability of the speaker but so far it’s been working nicely.

I often travel for work and keep a Sony SRS-XB13 in my suitcase for streaming music /audio books while at the hotel in addition to using it for conference calls while on the road. The Sony is great! But, the footprint is just a little large in my suitcase. This little EWA a106 is tiny! It disappears inside a shoe for packing. Sound quality is acceptable with the use of the Wavelet EQ app for Android. My only complaint is that it does not connect for calls, even though it shows connected to accept calls in the BT settings. It will ring through and show connected to accept voice calls but the caller does. It transmitted to the speaker. I suspect this is a system flaw and the device is not capable of streaming calls, there is no mention of or appearance of a mic. The fix was to turn on "calls" in the settings menu and I'll just use my phones speaker for conference calls. 90% of the use will be audio streaming so I'm content with the tradeoff for a smaller platform.

I’m not someone who ever makes reviews but for this item it seemed like a must. I first bought one of these speakers three years ago. It held up great. It had been dropped numerous times, thrown in the pool, and never hesitated to turn back on. On top of it being nearly indestructible, the sound quality is actually really good! Dont take it outside and expect to have a party with it. But for day to day use, this is exactly what I was looking for.
Last week, my speaker finally gave out (the charging port had become recessed and I couldn’t get a full plug in anymore). So I decided to get another one. My one gripe about this speaker is that it was micro usb rechargeable and I had to carry an extra cord. When the new speaker came in the mail, it turns out that EWA caught up with the rest of the world and switched over to usb-c. My one gripe resolved!
All that to say, for the price, you won’t find a better speaker.

The 1st speaker sent to me was kaput, nada, not happening no matter what I did. I was super disappointed. But, I was immediately sent a replacement speaker. This thing produces amazing sound. I paired it with my iPod as I travel with it everywhere. (I don't always carry my phone so I'm not tempted to answer it and I can get in some R&R) I will definitely recommend this to a friend.

The speaker is decently loud at max volume from my phone - not too overpowering or where it will blow out the speaker. It was easy to set up and comes in a cute case.
Just took it out of the box so not sure how battery life or lifespan is. Got it as a speaker for my boyfriend’s shower. A great and affordable gift for music lovers!

I was looking to buy a new mini Bluetooth speaker for travel. This is definitely mini, but the sound is anything but! I'm picky about sound quality; this speaker has good audio quality for the size, and it has some weight to it. I did notice a little distortion on the highest volume with a bass heavy song, but one notch down and it's perfect audio. It has enough volume to fill up my 900 sq ft apartment and actually be able to hear the music in every room. Is it the same as having a speaker system? No. Is it great for outdoors and traveling? It's perfect for that! It sets up super easy, and I like that it has pass-through so I can play music while it charges. This speaker works well for what I need!

I am beyond impressed with this little speaker! I saw a coworker with a fun tiny speaker they had clipped on themselves playing tunes and it inspired me to find something similar!
Under $20, big sound, and it survived in a freezer of 5°-30° Fahrenheit! It’s got good weight to it like a sinker on a fishing rod. I have received many compliments on this tiny titan producing sound off of me.
I don’t leave as many reviews as I should but I had to share my delight with the world. If you want a speaker that can go with you anywhere- this is your speaker!!
Also, love the case so that you can slip it onto your bag or pant loop- and it snugs the speaker in there just right so it’s not wobbling around either!

I can't express how clear the sound is on this tiny bluetooth speaker. And the important thing is that the sound comes out of the top and essentially covers the area around it so you hear it from all around (vs a box speaker that only sends sound out of the front). I actually bought this model @ around $20, and it sounds better than a $40 box speaker I purchased from a known speaker brand.
The sound is balanced, this actually has a sub woofer type of speaker on the base of it. The treble is not tinny and the bass is not overwhelming where the vibration drowns out sound.
This is tiny, you could fit 4-5 of these in the palm of your hand.
Another cool feature, it has a little zip carry bag that has little speaker holes on one side so you can hear the sound and protect the speaker @ the same time.

So worth the price for the quality of sound you get!!!!
Haven't tested battery time yet, but range is awesome. I had this about 30 feet from my TV and had clear consistent sound.

I'm a musician (play electric bass) and I aleeady have several Bluetooth speakers around the house.
I have a fairly large, tubular one about 12" long that I typically take when I travel. It takes up more space than I'd like in my travel case. So .... when I saw this, I decided to try it.
The size makes you think it doesn't have that good of a sound, but I WAS HAPPILY SURPRISED! I ordered it, figuring that I'd probably not like it & return it.
I was wrong!
It was a passive reflex radiator in the base, so don't block the base - like putting it on a rug, blanket, etc - instead, sit it on a hard surface for better sound.
It's not quite as good as the one I travel with, but is very close! And - I think it is definitely worth the flash price of about $18. Given that I have so many others, I wouldn't have paid the regular price for it - but because of the price I paid & the fact that it's only a small fraction of the size of the other one, I'm keeping it & saving space in my travel bag.
I'm giving 4 stars simply because I'm so picky & want to hear my bass! But .... for most everyone, if you want to save space & still have good sound in a BT spkr that's OK to have around water, I think you'll be very satisfied, especially if you can catch it on sale. If you don't, the regular price is a fair ask.

The little speaker works, but what was supposed to be a brand new box had a burned/oxidated charger on it.
Not sure if its supposed to be this way, but the little speaker BURNS THE SKIN after it has been used for 15 minutes. It gets terribly hot, to the point I can't hold it in my hand without my hand getting burned.
I have had other mini speakers befoŕe and they were never like this.
I gave this as a birthday gift to my dad. I planned to return it but he said he didn't want to trouble anyone. He found it a new charger and refuses to let it go because iy was his birthday gift. Now I have to watch as he uses this little speaker while holding it in its little pouch being afraid that its going to turn into flames.

I got this tiny speaker for my ALPAKA sling bag... it fits inside... perfectly... I was kinda skeptical size wise and sound quality... I turned it on when I got it and said wow sounds nice I’m impressed. Then turned it off... this was almost a week ago. Got around to it now testing it out more and more... i am lost for words!!! Im just in shock... like i could literally use this mini speaker all day long and carry it around until the battery dies!!! It’s so f’ing clear that not even the bass distorts the vocals nor it vibrates on the surface when you turn it up like other annoying speakers do!!! The louder it gets the bass adjusts itself so that it doesn’t sound awful in the metal enclosed casing. I’m just soooo in shock and amazed how good this little thing sounds! It’s not the best speaker out there... but people... trust when I say this... I’m very hesitant when buying small speaker. A lot sound horrible and don’t go really loud. I work in a loud environment... and like to listen to music without headphones.... I can turn this thing up loud and still hear it really nice and clear... also, even at low volumes it sounds really nice as well in my ALPAKA sling bag... it’s so nice having that bag with the speaker and going out for a bike ride or even hanging out outside listening to music and smoke... 😏😏😏 thank you for this nice speaker!! Updated review December 6th: I have given the speaker a downgrade from five stars to three stars.
1. A second of the same brand and model evidenced problems obtaining and maintaining reasonable volume from the unsaid. Because one worked fine and the other did not I requested an even exchange. The exchange was therefore canceled but I was given financial compensation. Shortly there after the speaker in the video above began to have problems maintaining adequate volume. While in use the volume would suddenly drop or cut out altogether. Of course this is problematic. I am now switching brands to try a different product altogether. When the speaker works it sounds amazing. However given the inconsistency I recommend trying a different product.
Initial review November 16th right after purchase: I purchased this because I needed a small Bluetooth speaker that was simple to connect and operate. I recently purchased a new though lower level tablet with unbelievably low volume output. This small speaker does not disappoint. I wanted to put this review out right away in hopes that others would grab one while they are still in stock.
Here are some of the things that I liked literally right out of the box:
1) it arrived with enough charge to power on and to pair with my device
2) pairing was super easy. You basically turn the speaker on, go to your phones Bluetooth settings and you may have to hit scan though the tablet I'm using located this speaker right away
3) the volume is controlled through your device and not on the speaker
4) the speaker can be used while it is charging
5) the volume from the speaker wasn't just louder – it was better quality (then that of my device) even before I activated the extra base setting
6) the speaker comes with though can be used without the green protective case. The case can also be hooked to a belt or belt loop using the extra key ring loop that came in the box. Now I never carry things from my belt loops but I do take things when I travel so I will use the protective case for that. Also, the device can roll so if knocked over when not on a level surface (or if using it in the presence of children who might reach for it, somehow knock it over, and send it rolling across the table and onto a hard surface). The bright green color would make the case easier to spot but also more attractive to the preschool age set.
7) the speaker sounds great and it's actually attractive looking outside the case, however, using the speaker with the green case does amp up the Volume as well as the base
8) the price for which I obtained the speaker was fantastic . I am so glad that I believed the positive reviews and purchased two of them.
Battery life: I cannot yet speak to battery life because I made this review within 2 hours of receiving this speaker. I will update this review although you may assume if there is no update that the battery last as stated in the literature.
What I don't like: so far there's nothing that I don't like, but again, I will update this app should something that I don't like become apparent.
So now for the video: ignore my clumsiness because I am no videographer. But listen to the sound and make up your own mind. The sound with your device will probably sound better. I used the device with the worst volume of all the devices I own.

This speaker is powerful... Very powerful... I could still make out the media's conversation as a plane was flying overhead. The Low frequency is incredible for its size. I'm finding that I'm using it more and more for my portable devices. Sound quality is incredible for the size and will make a conversation piece once someone realizes were the sound is comming from. The case that comes with it is nice but I don't use it. The speaker looks too cool by itself.

Only 3W producing > 88db of sound (60db is normal conversation, above 80db is considered loud)

Very small and compact. Without the case, easily fits in your pocket.
Bottom bass radiator is the only sensitive place on the speaker (yeh, I dropped it (in its case), and it still worked).
Solid and heavy, will not move/slide and does not feel like a toy
Very loud for its size. None of my portable devices comes close to the volume (note 9, Galaxy tab, HD10)
Battery life is great. used it for full eight hours while at work
Cons:
does not allow for multiple devices. Have to unpair in order to pair with a different device
It may be my phone, but volume control did not work with my Note 9. Worked as advertised on everything else.
Wish list:
Wish there was a on-it's-side wall mount. To mount on wall
No joke, I wish it was even heavier. If you hold it down, the bass is more pronounced.
Wish these were sold in pairs (Not sure if they can be paired). Could seriously work as hidden/portable high def stereo audio for some applications.
Bottom: line:
You wont regret it for the price and size. Audio is the only weakness of the HD10 and this solves that issue with a vengeance. I will be buying more and trying to make my own wall mount. For the price, it's wont disappoint you.
