Great airflow

Amazing fan and great airflow

Great fan, easy install...

I've worked with many ceiling fans. From expensive to not so expensive, big to small and there are no perfect fans. This one is no exception, but this fan is VERY good. It is well packaged and arrived with only one very minor blemish (paint scratch) that is not noticeable on the finished product. Install involved a lot of steps (and I'm including the removal of the old fan), but only took about 45 to 60min (and again I've done many). So notes include:

- If your old fan uses White, Black, Ground (copper) and a RED wire - you won't need the RED wire. This means you could just cut and cap it (and wrap with electrical tape). But I recommend going a step further and disabling it all the way back at the wall switch. How you do that will vary, but newer fans today don't typically use this wire.

- If your wall switch does speed control and lights, I recommend you consider replacing these switches completely. This fan (and newer fans) have these controls built into the fan controller and remote. Instead consider a simple single pole, single throw light switch to act as a "master" power switch for the fan.

On this fan specifically:

- The fan does not include a dimmer for the LED. The LED is quite bright, and could "overpower" a smaller room.

Switching to a lower frequency light helps some (this is done by repeated presses on the light button).

- The fan makes use of a "safety cable" which allows you to also "hang" the fan during install while connecting power wires - Great Feature

- This fan also has a "natural wind" feature that appears to vary fan speed and is a nice feature

- The fan is very quiet and stable in it's operation. It also moves a good bit of air when operating

- Materials and finish quality is very good. The fan is lightweight which makes install easier.

- This fan should save a few $$ on power with it's DC motor.

So in summary, a couple of minors items, but overall this is a great fan at an amazing price!

Lightweight

I only have pictures of this one in the box as I basically handed it off to my contractor but he said the installation was easy. I bought this fan for a rental property and it'll be going in a smaller bedroom. I bought a ceiling fan for another rental and it didn't come with a remote, just an app, and I was trying to avoid that so I'm glad this one has more options. Because it's going in a rental property, I want things to be as simple as possible. I like knowing that I can just mount the remote to a wall for ease. The contractor didn't mention any noise, and literally everyone who saw the box thought there was no way a ceiling fan could be in it. I bought a concrete fruit bowl and that box was heavier than this. So it's a really lightweight fan that can just be tossed up on the wall essentially!

Quiet 46" fan with six speeds, full-feature remote, big-room airflow—light could be brighter

This is a nice fan for the price. It runs quietly and smoothly (no balance/vibration issues), and the six speeds give you a good range of airflow options. At 46 inches, it’s powerful enough for a larger room such as a master bedroom. The included remote is a nice full-feature remote, making it easy to adjust speeds, light settings, and set the timer.

The only caveat is the light — while the fan is strong enough for a larger room, the light output is fine for a smaller room. A little more brightness would make it better suited for bigger spaces where more lighting is needed.

Color wasn't accurate.

I liked it. Install was simple but then blades aren't brown as in photos. It's more of a sandy greyish brown.

Fan review

Fan works great. A couple of things to note: lowest speed is relatively fast (I'd say is the medium level on my other fans). Level 6 is real fast. Fan can only be used with remote. It wasn't super easy to install, but was easy enough. No wobbles. Light is daylight bright, but not overly powerful (I'd say like an old 75W bulb).

Nice fan with dim light

I have mixed feelings about this ceiling fan with integrated light. We purchased it to use in an upstairs bedroom that gets limited natural light. The old ceiling fan had a light kit that accepted two 60 watt incandescent bulbs and just was not bright enough for us.

Pros: The fan itself is nice looking and appears well made. It has reversible blades (we chose black) and it hangs close to the ceiling. It moves plenty of air at its lower speeds and is super quiet. The remote is easy to understand and includes a timer, which is a convenient feature. Our handyman said it wasn’t difficult to install.

Cons: The light is either a 20 or 24 watt LED (both are mentioned in the description) but it doesn’t illuminate the room any more than the previous fan/light combo. According to LED equivalent charts, 20 watt LED should be equal to 150 or more watts of incandescent light It is supposed to have three light temperatures - selected by turning light on, off, and then on again. I could only detect two of the three different light temperatures. Neither made the room bright enough.

As far as value, this fan would be a decent value if you catch it on sale (right now it is 30% off) and if the light doesn’t matter as much as the fan. At full price, it is a bit pricey. For us, we wanted both.a good fan and good light, and this just didn’t meet our expectations.

Simple, modern, minimalist fan

This ceiling fan materials feel a little on the cheaper side. Not high-end materials, but still a good deal for the price. It is a small compact fan that fits in my new spare bedroom. It has clean lines and is very light material which is good. I like the fact that you can flip the blades depending on if you want white or light wood color. This comes well packed in a small box. I thought the box was way too small for a fan, but after taking the fan out and confirming all the parts, it is a normal size fan. Just very compact.

It has a nice LED light as well, and a low-profile light too. I didn’t want a fan that hung too low. Flush mount was perfect. This is great for my spare bedroom that doesn’t have A/C so the fan helps to keep air moving in the room. Everything needed is included and has a good installation and operation manual. This fan would also work well up high because you can control it with a remote, which is great.

Simple, modern, minimalist fan. I like it. Very quiet. I recommend it.
