It's very handy and good quality.

The LCD is super bright and UI is very easy to understand. Also, the touch screen is very smooth and responsive, it's just like a phone screen.

I never think about a laser measuring tool can be like this, this tool is very innovative. It makes the measuring a little more fun and easier.

The leveling tool is also very useful, I think this thing can also be carried out for camping. It will be very handy if you need to find a better leveled place or make your table or car more flat.

The quality is solid, good material and build quality made this tool like a high tech gear. I have no doubt you will look even more professional with it.

Fun gadget

This is a fun and handy gadget to have around the house. While it doesn't replace a tape measure, it does work well for getting rough dimensions. The wheel adds an additional layer of versatility beyond the typical laser-only measuring tool. You can still do rooms and long distances with the laser, but the wheel allows you to measure cabinets, tables, counters, etc. The wheel displays a red cross hair showing where your measurement is beginning which should make length measurement more accurate than trying to find the center of the wheel on an edge.

I think my favorite feature is the level which can be used like a traditional bubble level but also as a planar level. There's an auxiliary display on the side of the device when using in level mode that lets you see your status from two sides of the device.

The touch screen works well and the device responds quickly to inputs. The is a little lag when getting the laser measurement started, but not a deal breaker by any means. Charging is via usb-c by a covered port.

If I could improve anything about it I think I'd prefer it to be more rugged for construction/making. The screen has zero protection from scratches and it looks more fragile than it should for something targeted for these environments. Secondly it would have been nice if some of the sides were magnetic. I can see using this to adjust saw blade angles or wanting to use it with hands free, and some magnets would have been nice. Overall it's handy gadget and I can see it being useful in trades for estimators.

Excellent Multi-Function Laser Measuring Tool

I am a big fan of Fanttik products. My first Fanttik purchase was their mini bike pump, which I love and carry with me on every bike ride. Ever since then I have been a loyal Fanttik customer.

This A11 Ultra 3-in-1 laser measuring tool is another winner. It combines a laser distance measurer, a wheel roller, and a 3-axis digital level all in one compact device. The IPS touch screen is bright and easy to read, and the side LCD gives you quick info at a glance.

I have been using it around the house and garage for the past week on various DIY projects. The laser measures accurately up to the full 197 feet, the wheel roller works great for curved or uneven surfaces, and the digital level is surprisingly precise. Everything feels well built and the rechargeable battery lasts a long time between charges.

The only small thing is the touch screen can pick up fingerprints quickly, but that is minor.

Overall, this is a fantastic tool. The quality, features, and ease of use are excellent. If you like well-made gadgets that combine multiple functions, this one is worth it. Another great product from Fanttik. Highly recommended.

Impressive design and features but accuracy needs further testing

I picked this up primarily for home use, but especially for my wife who does a lot of woodworking and DIY projects. The idea was to have a single tool that could handle multiple functions instead of juggling a tape measure, level, and other devices.

Right out of the box, this makes a strong impression. The packaging is excellent and everything arrived in perfect condition. The unit itself looks sleek and well built, and it feels like a quality tool in hand. It's heavier than your typical levels, but the heft isn't a challenge, it merely reflects the solid construction. It came partially charged, and I was able to start using it immediately without any setup issues.

From a usability standpoint, it is very intuitive. Navigating through the different modes is straightforward, and the touchscreen is responsive. It includes a lot of useful features like distance measurement, area calculation, a digital level, and a built in calculator. For general home projects, it really does feel like an all in one solution.

That said, I did run into one concern that I think is important to mention. When measuring a distance using the continuous measurement mode, I got a reading of about 4.22 feet. When I checked that same distance with a standard tape measure, the numbers did not match, and the difference was noticeable.

I am not ready to call this a deal breaker yet, since it could have been user error or a one time inconsistency. I plan to test it more to see if the issue repeats. For now, I am rating it four stars because everything else about the tool has been very solid, especially the leveling and general usability.

If further testing shows the distance measurements are consistently accurate, I would have no problem updating this to five stars. On the other hand, if the discrepancy continues, that would be a significant issue since it calls into question the reliability of the tool’s core function.

Overall, this is a very promising and well designed device, but I would recommend double checking measurements until you are confident in its accuracy.

A Total Game Changer for Home Decor and DIY!

This measuring tool is a complete game changer. I recently had a project involving hanging several pictures and wall sconces, and this tool made the entire process feel effortless. Usually, getting everything lined up perfectly involves a lot of guesswork and multiple trips to the toolbox, but this device streamlined everything. I honestly felt like a professional picture hanger with how precise and easy it was to get every piece positioned exactly where it needed to be.

The digital level and IPS touch screen make it incredibly user friendly, providing clear and instant feedback. I especially appreciated the wheel roller feature for measuring irregular surfaces, which is something a standard tape measure just can't handle well. The side LCD is a thoughtful addition, allowing you to see your measurements from different angles without having to reposition the tool constantly. It’s rare to find a gadget that is both hightech and genuinely practical for everyday home DIY tasks.

For anyone who takes on indoor projects, this is a musthave! It’s rechargeable, compact, and replaces several bulky tools with one sleek, highly accurate device. Whether you are hanging art, installing lighting, or just measuring out a room for new furniture, this takes all the stress out of the job. It has earned a permanent spot in my home improvement kit, and I highly recommend it for its quality and ease of use!

Could use an easy mode.

This laser measuring tool allows you to take measurements from a few different orientations. You can either use the laser by itself to measure distance (or area or volume, though so far those are beyond me), or the built in wheel on the bottom corner.

From what I can tell, the laser seems to be reasonably accurate for distances that are at least a foot away. Any closer than that usually results in an error message, particularly if you're aiming for any kind of reflective surface, like polished metal. Personally, I wouldn't rely on it if I needed a really precise measurement, but it is useful for quick estimations.

I like the wheel tool a little better for precision. It has a laser grid that you align at your starting point, and seems to be quite accurate as long as you commit to following an edge or line. It's ideal for those smaller distances where the laser might be less precise by itself, though not really practical (or comfortable) for distances more than a couple of feet.

This is a pretty sturdy handheld unit, a little narrower and thicker than most smart phones and about the same weight. The touch screen is bright, sensitive, and easy to read. It's also equipped with a level and a calculator, and is USB-C rechargeable. The last recorded measurements automatically save and are time stamped, so you may not need pen and paper for every session. I've done a few dozen measurements by now, and the battery is still close to fully charged.

Overall, I like this tool and find it useful. For the most part I've found the menus are easy to navigate and the measurements are relatively accurate and easy to collect and understand (again, volume and area are a bit more complicated for me). I would never have paid full price for it, however: The user experience is still very dependent on skill and I think for 139.99 there should probably be an easy mode. As it is, I don't think it provides much more value than a regular tape measure for my use case, though it can definitely be more fun to use.

A lot of tech packed into a small package.

This Fanttik A11 Ultra measuring tool is pretty unique and has some real stand out features that make it an excellent value for money and a joy to use. The built in laser measuring tool works great for gauging distance like a virtual tape measure. The build in roller wheel is something I hadn't seen before on similar products and it offers you another way to measure across complex curves. This also serves as a digital level/bubble level. The big bright screen shows you all of your information and makes this super easy to use. Love that it includes a calculator, built in clock for time stamps, as well as memory storage for being able to recall measurements. Super cool device. Absolutely love it.

Techccessory

Confusing designs and innacurate laser measurement.

So you might be wondering why this is only getting 3 stars. It's mainly because it's not accurate and that's the main issue. I measured something as far as 2 feet and the laser read it as 1.33ft which was completely inaccurate. I looked through the settings and I couldn't find a way to calibrate it so hopefully there is a way to do it but I'm not sure.

I do like the build quality of this unit though. It's brushed alluminum and a bit heavy. Chips, scratches, and chunks will definitely show. In terms of usage, this thing is quite ocmplicated to use and you definitely have to read the manual. The controls and icons are all a little confusing and there's a button in the center that just serves as the back button. I think overall the design is very confusing and the wheel doesn't make a whole lot of sense either. It's quite expensive and I really feel that this should be a $40-$50 product. It's definitely not over $100 that's for sure.

You can control the screen brightness for using it outdoors but it doesn't get too bright. There are quite a few functions but all a bit confusing to navigate to. I wished that it was just more simple and didn't have too much fuss.

Most Intuitive Digital Measuring Tool I've Tried/Lots of Useful Features

I didn't think I'd like this so much, but this pocketsize laser measuring tool combines a lot of useful features. The touchscreen responds well and is bright and colorful. The laser sights help make sure I'm getting the intended measurements, and I really like the associated angle readings to make sure my measurements aren't askew and adding extra distance. The settings/modes are clearly identified and very intuitive, guiding through the measurement process like showing when taking the width, depth, and height measurements to get a volume. There are lots of unit options, although as another reviewer mentioned, no fractions for carpentry. The recorded memory is excellent too, listing what type of measurement was take and saving me from having to take as many notes. The USB-C rechargeable battery is much better than my work laser tool that quits when I most need it, and there is a sliding cover for the USB port to protect it.

I like how the different functions use the colorful screen to help make it clear which mode and step I'm on. The level function has a display on the side and the main screen, changing the display optimally for the orientation to allow determining how level a surface or an edge. The color screen comes in handy with that too, showing a green circle when my edge is level rather than the degree/visual indicator of how far off.

The tool comes with a pouch, instructions and quick directions. I initially thought the instructions were poor, but the tool is intuitive enough that these are fine. I tried taking a video of the main features, but only had time for some of them. The tool is a bit pricy, but it combines a lot of useful tools and fits nicely in my shirt or jacket pocket.

High-Tech Versatility with a Few Practical Limitations

The Fanttik A11 Ultra packs a lot of tech into a compact frame, offering everything from 197ft laser distances to a wheel roller for curves and a 3-axis digital level. While it's a sleek, rechargeable multi-tool that handles basic room measurements and volume calculations well, it does have some drawbacks considering the price point. The lack of fraction displays—showing only decimals—can be a hurdle for precise woodworking, and while the IPS touch screen is a nice touch, it feels more like a luxury than a necessity for everyday DIY tasks. It’s an adequate, high-tech find for general indoor projects, but it might be a bit over-engineered for those who prefer simpler, more traditional tools.

Compact multi-tool with laser level precision

This is a laser measuring tool with a couple of related functions all packaged together that make it convenient when doing some DIY / handy work. The ones that are most useful for me are:

- distance measures (i.e. floor to ceiling height)

- area / volume measurements (i.e. how big is this room)

- wheel measure for non-straight line distance measurements (i.e. measure curved tables)

- digital level (its convenient just having it there in the moment though I still prefer using my torpedo)

There are also other features like scale, calculator, etc that I don't have much personal use for.

A quick protip: when doing a laser distance measure you can click on the measuring icon to determin if you are measuring from the base of the tool, the middle mount point of the tool, or the top of the tool. So to measure ceiling height you set it on the ground and configure to measure from the base of the tool.

Things I liked:

- Easy to use, large touch screen makes navigating the options and seeing the results a breeze.

- Compact tool that does multiple things - can fit in your jeans pocket.

- Laser precision for distance measures (I checked against my measuring tape too)

- Digital precision when using level (rather than checking a bubble, it'll tell you its off by 0.5 degrees!)

Only downside is its not a cheap product, but if you can afford it, its been a quality product.

Great Multifunction Product

I ordered this 3-in-1 Laser Measuring Tool to replace some other tools I had. I think its really good. A little confusing for me to use at first but I'm pretty pleased so far. I used it the day I got it because I was excited to see what I could do. I was very pleased it came with a charged battery. That was very nice. It does charge via USB-C. Another plus since I have so many bricks laying around the house. However it doesn't come with a wire. Not a problem for me but just FYI.

The laser was also bright and easy to find as you can see in my picture. I have red wood cabinets. It has many features including a feature for storage. The measurements I took when I was playing with it were stored and then it was very easy to delete the internal storage and clear the different measurements I took.

Basic functions are pretty easy to use but this item offers more complex features like the Hall‑sensing wheel and working to get the volume of items, working with curved items and the balancer were a little harder for me to work with. I'm so pleased with this product that I'm fine taking the time to learn those extras.

Big Bonus was the LARGE FONT size. I need this sinced I where reading glasses. The LCD size was great, clear and easy to read. The screen response is excellent & the display is very crisp and clear. It also fits in my hand nicely. It's not bulky and makes using it very easy.

As far as price. I think it's on the high end of the ones on the market but for the features and the excellent quality, I think it's worth it. Especially if you can use all of these features in one tool. The save feature itself is a definite price booster. How many times have I lost the piece of paper with that measurment!

The Little Measuring Tool That Could... and Actually Does!

Full disclosure: I got this sample for free to test. However, let me be clear, I wasn’t about to handle it with kid gloves or pull any punches.

When I first saw the A11 Ultra, I thought, “cool, cool, cool,” and kept my expectations generally modest. Afterall, I've had generally good experiences with Fanttik's stuff in the past, but I’ve also been burned by other laser measuring gadgets. Then I saw the price tag of $140, did a double take, and my expectations instantly skyrocketed into the stratosphere!

I’m mostly pretty old school with my measuring tools, and my last attempt with a competing laser tool was so mediocre I feel it frankly deserves a formal apology. So the big question: is the Fanttik A11 Ultra actually worth my weight in Gold‑Pressed Latinum?

Short answer: yes. Loudly and enthusiastically yes!

This thing is packed with genuinely useful features, and I won't regurgitate the entire feature list because Fanttik's marketing folks already did that for us. (How kind of them, right?!) Instead, here’s what matters to me.

The good:

-Bright, crisp screens, and yes, there are two of them! They are touch screens and are actually very responsive. No slowdowns!

-The wheel makes curved measurements almost laughably easy

-Accuracy right out of the box

-You can add an offset if you need to tune it back into spec

-Three measurement reference points (front, center, or rear), with on‑screen reminders so you always know which end your numbers are coming from

-Can calculate room size, volume, and even acts like a calculator when needed

-Saves your measurement history for reference

-Angle measurements for days

-Tripod mount on the back for extra stability and precision

The bad:

-It’s solid and well built, but not truly rugged. It'd be more at home with a well-stocked DIYer than full‑on construction site level abuse.

-The second screen on the side feels underutilized. I've actually only found one test that makes any use of it, so this feels like a wasted opportunity.

-The price hurts at first glance, but once you use it, the value is obvious.

-Refuses to wash the pile of dishes in my sink no matter how motivational my tone is. :p

Would I initially have bought this on my own if it hadn’t been provided? Honestly, no.

However, after using it I absolutely would spend my own money on it without hesitation. Seriously, it's that good.

TL;DR: If you regularly need to measure pretty much anything and the price won't make your wallet cry, this offers a fantastic value & utility!

Excellent multi-function measuring tool!

Me and the wife have been looking to purchase new furniture. The issue we are having is finding the right size/dimension that would properly fit in our living room. Measuring tapes can become unwieldly up to a certain length. Got this tool specifically to get real dimensions. This tool is amazing and have all the things you need to get the proper size/depth/and measurements. I haven't fully explored this tool, but it has laser measurement, a balancer, and can even easily measure curved objects/furniture. I also noticed it even has a calculator. Taking measurements is easy and allows you to save your entries. The touchscreen is nice, bright, and responsive. And the menu is quite easy to navigate, but there is a lot of things you can play with in the settings (ie setting reference, unit type, etc). This is powered via USB-C and battery seems to last awhile (it arrived with ~80%-85% full), and I haven't yet have to charge it.

What I like: Has everything you need and then some just to take measurements or even level things out. Quite complex but still easy to use.

What I didn't like: Nothing really to complain about. Didn't come with a USB-C wire, but I have a bunch of those.

Overall, I would highly recommend this item.
