FEELWORLD CUT6 6 Inch Camera Field Monitor

The recording is unusable

If you are purchasing the monitor to record the screen, this is what mines looked like after trying multiple wires and usbs. So I'm returning it.

Perfect size for your run and gun needs

As someone who is always on the lookout for high-quality recording equipment, I was excited to get my hands on the Feelworld CUT6 6-inch Recording Monitor. First, the 6-inch size is perfect for portable use, as it's small enough to carry with you but large enough to provide an immersive viewing experience. One of the features that I appreciate most about this monitor is its ability to record footage directly onto a USB. This is a game-changer for anyone who wants to simplify their workflow and eliminate the need for external recorders. In terms of usability, the Feelworld CUT6 is incredibly intuitive and easy to navigate. Overall, I would highly recommend the Feelworld CUT6 6-inch Recording Monitor to anyone looking for a high-quality, portable monitor for recording video. It's an excellent choice for both amateur and professional filmmakers, and its range of features and intuitive design make it a joy to use.

Great 6" Touchscreen Field Recorder

This is the brand new Feelworld CUT6 6" Field Recorder! I'm liking this little thing. Really impressed with the touch screen UI. It's very intuitive and snappy!

The ability to record to a USB 2.0 drive is really nice! It can't do ProRes or RAW or anything that high end, but it does allow for a 1080p recording WITH any LUT you upload to the device applied, which is really helpful for sharing and/or client review on set.

The fan can get super loud though, which is not ideal for on-cam mics. But if you use a shotgun on a boom or a wireless lav or anything like that, it's no issue.

I'm hoping we can get some OFFICIAL accessories for this soon, though. As it's so new, there isn't anything out there yet in terms of cages or sun hoods, etc.

Recording Monitor for Quick Clips!

I'm stoked about this monitor's ability to record a copy of the footage with lut applied.

This will be huge for my workflow, and could have an enormous impact for anyone who wants to save quick clips for social media. Rather than having to transfer and edit anything, you can record in camera and also in monitor. With a usb adapter I can then transfer the monitor's clip, that already has my lut on it, to my phone and have posted in seconds. Awesome!

Additionally it does loop out hdmi, with the lut applied! Great for a secondary directors monitor or into a streaming setup.

Great little monitor with some sweet features!
