Different from photos

The unit I received is different from product photos. The backside doesn’t have magnet attachment, only swivel mount. It has usb c connection instead of usb mini. Either way it functions as intended. My only gripe about the camera is the App features. It is not polished and user friendly as Ring. Keeping it since most of my indoor hardware is Feit (Costco). Going forward, I will be switching outdoor security devices to Ring format.

Not the same camera

I bought this camera due to the way it looked in the picture and thought that it would better than the first one I bought.

I did not get the camera in the picture which I got the original one that I have now.

So I feel like I was a scammed because the picture vs what I received is not the same.

Otherwise the camera is working fine for what I need but not the one I thought I was getting.

Worked until it didn’t.

Bought a total of three. Had 1 for a year and other 2 for 4 months. All three suddenly started going offline permanently. Wi-Fi connection good. What’s odd is they are still motion sensitive. They will still capture video, and notify me. And I can view the captured footage. But can’t access the live feeds. Says off line The motion sensitively is ok. Have to set to the highest sensitivity. Solar power is terrific. The first one I installed kept 100% power through out the cold winter. No issues with water penetration. Will

Likely replace all three with a different brand.

These cameras are awesome, WHEN they work, but they never do. They lose connection too often, not worth more than $1.

Charger port broke within 2 months

Defective, charger port broke within two months and now I can’t return or replace it. Disappointed as I thought this would be a great camera based on the reviews and price. Not worth it to me. I’m not sure how to fix it. I will have to look for another security camera for sure.

USB wall charger plug is missing

Package arrived 15 minutes ago, but the USB wall charger plug was missing. Apparently somebody had taken it out and it appears that this product was used. I have purchased this product before, so I am aware the the plug is missing.

Absolute JUNK!

Photo says it all, since you'll see it about 70% of the time.

Product is inconsistent.

Cameras are CONSTANTLY offline.

Just an overpriced trail cam.

Overall satisfaction? 1 Star. Buyer beware. Customer support? Useless as well. They go out of their way to make sure you get passed onto the next rep and then you're starting over again.

I'm finding something better and hucking these in the trash after I pull the SD Card.

Feit should just stick to light bulbs. They suck with more advanced tech.

Battery won’t charge at all

I left the camera charging over night thinking it just needed to charge so it could turn on. Now I realize that it’s not charging at all since it won’t turn on at all

The feit electric camera great you do have trun it on and keep it on plugged in for it too Charger I'm working on getting soler panel right now I have it unplug too test it out sometimes you have too Mess with the app too get the Color too come on all and all its great the real test comes in when it go's outside as far battery life 2 days and still 100%

Bad weather proofing

Moisture can get in and fog the camera if the charger cover isn’t completely pushed in.

The camera misses so many events because it’s asleep and only records partial events once finally awake and recording.

The camera is easily stolen because the lack of secure mounting hardware.

The built in battery needs charged every week. No solar options.
