This mic is a huge improvement over its predecessor.
The sound quality has become fuller and warmer.
Like its predecessor, connecting to your output devices is not a problem as usual.
It's much bigger and heavier than before, which tells me that it'll last a lot longer during recording.
As before, it's easy to use and adjust with the knobs for your headphone and volume gain
The material it's made out of can tell me that it can withstand any hits, which can be used as a primary mic for a long time.

This microphone is aweosme. It is so much easier than a wireless lav, and the USBC option makes it a great choice for anyone. The sound quality is excellent, especially for capturing the richness in people's voice. It's nice and heavy so it stays in place and feels solid. I think it's an incredible value, given how well it works and how nice it sounds. Above all, it is easy to use!
You can also monitor audio while using it, which I love. And I was so impressed with how well it isolates the audio directly in front of it, so no noise from the rooms around me got picked up during a long recording session.

its easy to setup & has its own built in cable management and the sound quality is 10/10 for me and on top of all that it has a aesthetic look and functions how it’s supposed too. I’d say you’re getting exactly what you’re paying for and it’s 100% worth the value.

I’ve been testing the FIFINE TANK6 for a few weeks now, and it has quickly become one of my favorite go-to XLR dynamic microphones — especially at this price point. The build feels sturdy and rugged, with a solid metal construction that doesn’t feel cheap. The cardioid pattern isolates my voice really well, cutting out room noise and background hiss even in an untreated space.
The low-cut filter and presence boost switch are super helpful for dialing in my tone without having to comb through EQ in software. When plugged into my interface, the TANK6 produces a rich, full voice that sounds more expensive than it is. This is the best signing Mic of all the fine fine Mic I own. Warm and professional sounding. Most companies you have to spend a lot more money to get both XLR and USB-C input. I found both to work exactly as expected, especially when I’m plugging it into your phone and record recording. This microphone elevates your audio game. And it could hundred percent be used in a podcast situation.

Out of the box, the build quality impressed me. This is one of the heaviest mics I've ever handled, all metal construction that feels extremely durable and premium, only the knobs and button are plastic. It's clear that a lot of attention went into making this feel and look professional.
The feature set is excellent for the price: you get both XLR and USB-C connectivity, built-in gain and headphone controls, and a mute button. I've tested both connection types, and while the USB-C setup works fine for convenience, the XLR connection delivers noticeably richer, quieter, and cleaner sound. The Fifine AmpliTank TANK6 is one of the best mics I’ve used. I’m not a sound engineer; I just want to plug something in and have it work, and this does exactly that. Using the USB connection, it picked up my deep voice perfectly right out of the box. The build feels solid and has a nice weight to it. I also like that it doesn’t use a foam windscreen that ends up dented over time. The only thing missing is some companion software like the more expensive brands have, but those cost three to five times as much. If I’d found this first, I never would’ve bought my other “big name” mic. I’d buy this again without hesitation it is a great sound and value.

My college-age son was so sad when his favorite microphone finally went kaput, but his sadness didn't last long once he got this Fifine Tank 6 as a replacement. He is very happy with the how well the Tank 6 performs, as well as its construction, and rates it as excellent. He feels like a real podcast professional when he uses it, even though he is using it more as a multi-purpose microphone for streaming, gaming, and the occasional podcast that he guests on for a friend every now and then. The Tank 6 has all the bells and whistles you'd expect from a professional microphone, and he tells me everyone noticed right away how clear and crisp his voice sounds now compared to his old mic, which he thought was great. Apparently, he just didn't know what he was missing by using an outdated mic (though it was highly rated when he got it). Anyway, he is thrilled with the noticeable improvement the Tank 6 has given him.
My son says the Tank 6 was easy to set up-- basically plug-and-play since it offers USB capability, yet he can also use the XLR capability if he wants or needs to get fancier. He is still playing around with the various settings to find what works best in different situations, but he is quite impressed so far with the clarity, crispness, tone and ease of use. He is also impressed with its sound using both USB and XLR. He didn't expect the simple USB function to sound so good. He also loves the noiseless mute.
On top of the terrific features and functions, the Fifine Tank6 is all metal, so it is aptly named. It has a substantial weight and feel and from all appearances is built to last. It is heavy, so my son says be sure to secure it in a strong stand, and make sure you don't accidentally drop it on your toe (don't ask how he learned about this last tip, LOL).

I ordered this because I've never really cared for USB mics. This one caught my attention since it also offers XLR, giving me the option of running through a proper preamp.
I tested it with one of my blackface DBX channel strips. The sound came through clean, broad, and surprisingly detailed for this class of microphone.
It's not like one of my Neumanns, of course, but I don't expect it to be. However, every mic has characteristics that can be useful.
I consider microphones as sonic paintbrushes. Each microphone shines its own purpose and coloring of sound.
This microphone holds its own as a useful brush in the studio palette. The tonal range is wide enough to handle both voice and instruments with ease.
The controls are practical. Having gain, mute, and headphone monitoring right on the body saves a lot of fumbling for podcasting. Controls built into mics are frowned upon, but this mic fits a purpose and fits it well.
The USB side surprised me most. It works smoothly and would be a real asset for podcasting or travel work where simplicity matters.
For me, this microphone has earned a place in the mic closet. It's flexible, functional, and capable of more than I expected.

Really nice dynamic mic for great sound quality and performance. I really like the sound that this mic produces. Very clean vocals and a lot of customization options for crisp sound. I'm impressed with this mic because I had never heard of this brand before.
This mic is very well built and heavy duty. I like the versatility being able to connect via XLR or USB-C, both sound amazing.
Does not come with any software out of the box, but you can use just about any sound mixing/recording software out there.
This is a good value at this price for a high quality microphone that can compete with the name brands.

You will be delighted at the incredibly high-quality of this microphone! Not only is it a top-notch microphone in terms of sound quality but you will find that it is highly compatible with other tools you're using. It plugs right into a mixer if you have it or you can simply use a USB connection to connect it to your computer if your setup doesn't include a mixer.
It's wonderful that this kind of a high-quality professional microphone is so plug-and-play. When I hooked it up to my Mac system, it immediately connected appropriately and was ready to use with no special configuration. More importantly, you can hear the wonderful highs and lows on this microphone in a way that you would normally expect from one that costs two or three times as much.
The dials are easy to use and effective and the microphone comes with a holder that is compatible with most microphone equipment out there you can't go wrong with this fantastic product. Very highly recommended!
