Works as described!

This 4 in 1 lower back massager is great. The heat and the red light is an extra bonus that I love. I also love the lumbar adjusting constantly. It really releases pressure in your lower back. I’ve used this the last few nights and I’ve noticed a difference in my lower back when I wake up in the morning. Definitely recommend. It’s small enough also to store and doesn’t take up a lot of room!

The back massager helped me a lot with my lower back pains since I have a strong pain in my lower back that cannot be easily controlled. But with this massager I have felt much better because I can put it in bed while I watch TV, I can carry it in my car while I drive or I can put it in my chair when I am at my desk. It is spectacular for these pains, it is easy to carry anywhere and to recharge. It has several levels and is economical for its result.

Quality, Versatile Functions & Great Warranty

Very well made. You can tell the quality as soon as you open the box. What I really appreciate is that each function has its own button, so you can control everything separately and conveniently. There’s red light therapy, vibration with multiple modes, air lifting with multiple modes, and heat with multiple settings. You’re not stuck with one button controlling everything, as with many similar devices where you can’t choose the function, mode, or level independently.

The one-year manufacturer warranty is another big plus! My previous similar device, a generic knockoff, stopped working within just a few months when the charging port broke. Unfortunately, I hadn’t purchased any insurance or coverage for it.

Overall, I’m very pleased with my new device and feel much better about the quality and warranty this time around.

Great for Lower Back Pain

I mainly got this for my lower back and it’s actually really comfortable. The pressure feels just right, and using it for 10–15 minutes helps a lot when my back feels sore. It’s also easy to use and doesn’t take up much space. I’ve been using it almost every day.

Perfect for my back pain

This massager is a life saver for me. I always have had back pains. It’s on and off. Few days, I have it all day and few days I do it at all. This massage pillow works really well! There are 4 different “modes” and my favorite is definitely the vibration mode but all are great. For someone who has frequent back pain, it is definitely a nice product to relieve the tension in my back muscles. I highly recommend if you’re looking for a good lower back massager!

Llevo dos días con esto y me ha resultado mucho. Para ser una persona con padecimiento constante de dolores cervical y lumbal, esto me ayuda a relajarme. Tiene opciones de masaje en diferentes direcciones, luces que hacen que el dispositivo se caliente ligeramente para masajear el área. Es mediano (no tan pequeño ni tan grande) , ideal para ponerlo en la zona lumbal (al menos es donde más a mi mediano funciona) . Lo recomiendo

Primera noche con el y me gustó . Se calienta ligeramente , nada que moleste mucho. Personalmente lo uso cuando tengo mis dolores menstruales porque el dolor es tan grande que se me extiende en toda la columna . Ayer en la noche lo usé y fue como me pude dormir . Tiene diferentes modos de masaje en 3 direcciones y puedes usarla tanto en la parte baja de la espalda como si tienes problemas cervicales ya que es pequeña y no pesa nada.

Perfect for lower back pain

Is convenient to take with you in the car or use in your office chair. I have a lot of lower back pain and the massage combined with the heat does help. I still need to try it laying down like in the picture. It comes with a decent cable to charge it I am using a different one.

Best among similar products

There are actually a bunch of similar products on the internet, and I actually did buy many of them because I often feel back pain and lumbar pain. Some of them are just for supporting purposes. There's no feature inside. Some of them do come with an electronic massager; however, they are pretty awful. One of them I used to use was OK, but they put airbag traction and heating together into one function, which I hate. I like this one because this is the most comprehensive lumbar support pillow. It has red light, massage and airbag heating all together, but also they can be adjusted separately using four different buttons. That is actually quite good, so I can use it with my preference for them. I like the airbag traction but don't like heating, so I can do that with my configuration. In general, I think this is the best of a similar product at this moment.

Great product support!

I contacted the company directly who responded the same day, asked for a picture of the problem and I was told they would send a replacement. They had recently corrected the problem with the infrared lights. I received the new one in 3 days and it’s been working well. The heat, massage, vibration and inflation are very relaxing!
