I'm on my second replacement unit, which has also FAILED. Both units failed due to their plastics. The plastic gun they use that is inserted into your car is not even close to strong enough. The unit I have now, which they will not replace, is failed because the plastic backing of the unit on the wall just snapped off. The unit is 4 feet from the car, so it does not get stretched. VERY poor build quality for such a dangerous item. Very disappointed. However, there is a huge shortage of electricians, which I also explained. Really wish this company would suppport their products.

Shockingly Good Charger (Ha! No seriously, this charger is FANTASTIC!)
I wasn’t expecting to fall in love with a car charger, but here we are. This thing is fantastic. The build quality is so solid it feels like it could survive a small meteor strike, and installation was so easy that I kept waiting for something to go wrong but no problems at all. I wired the whole thing myself adding a 70 amp circuit to my breaker box. I didn’t fry a single thing, and nothing has caught fire. Definitely a personal triumph!
I installed this at a second home, and I actually like it better than my official Tesla charger. It just works. Every time. No fuss, no drama, no “please reconnect Wi-Fi” tantrums. Plus, it looks clean and sleek on the wall, like it was designed by someone who actually uses these things.
If you’re on the fence, hop off. This charger is the real deal. High quality, reliable, and far better than its price tag would make you think. Charge on, friends. ⚡🚗
