No more, “shut the door!” it will leave a continuous chime if the door is left open, hold the bottom right button down for a couple seconds up to five times. Play around with buttons until you know the chime and volume you want. Left side turns it on and off.

Lots of settings, time and tones
I set mine for 30 seconds on my freezer door. In the past freezer door didn't seal closed, i didn't know it and my food thawed out! No problems since I put this in.

Lots of configurations possible
The alarm goes off when the secondary part is too far from the main part. Can be installed in lots of different configurations.
Instructions were understandable but not 100% intuitive, keep the manual. Thankfully, did not require an app.
Adjustable volume and adjustable time before ringing were very nice features.

Not good for what it is supposed to do
The alarm and the sensor have to be perfectly aligned in order to work, and it’s hard to achieve this because the alarm is bigger that magnet, also there is very little room of separation between the alarm and the magnet. Now I have to find a way to use this thing so I don’t lose my money

Works great, would buy again
This alarm has saved us electricity by alerting that refrigerator door is not closed. The left door of our Samsung French door refrigerator has an additional sealing mechanism attached to it which requires additional force if attempting to close it with swinging it closed instead of pushing it closed. I don't know if all French door units are like this, but ours is. The sound intensity is adjustable but I keep it at mildly annoying so it can be heard in the next room since it delays for a minute before alerting. Had to move refrigerator farther away from wall an inch or two to allow opening one cabinet door above.

Incredibly easy setup and works just as I was hoping. The settings for delaying the alarm are just what we needed.

Add magnet for wide gaps
As others have said, it doesn't work for wide gaps. So I added a strong magnet to the side of the magnet bar to make it work. Note that the added magnet will only go in a certain spot due to North/South magnetic pole alignments. See picture for best location. Once I did this, it works well for the wide gap of the door seal on our refrigerator.

Does what it’s meant to do
The kid is always not closing the freezer properly. It is loud enough that we can hear it downstairs in the laundry room with the door closed. My only criticism of it is it should have a further distance between the magnet and the sensor just because it has to hang out over towards the door in order to not be too far away. I still recommend it for what it does. So 5 stars.

Stairway baby gate necessity
My big kids are constantly leaving the stairway baby gate ajar. This is a game changer! The other options I found did not have a repetitive alarm which is what makes this one ideal. It will continue to alert until closed.

Not side by side
So here's a door that doesn't open in it opens out. So that means it can't be side by side. Will that still work

Door alarm
Quick snd easy setup. You get a set of two, comes with batteries and glued backing. You only need to configure the device to chime at the appropriate interval after the door has been opened. I have to check the instruction manual to get that done. Pull the tab out of the battery area, tuen the device on and it is ready for use. Adjust alert timing before you install on the door of your choice. Has a reset button in the side - that’s what i am calling it anyway. Comes in handy if you live with alone or with other individuals. The alarm is not as loud as i anticipated it would have been, but affective in getting your attention if needed.

Several settings options, gets quite loud
We're still deciding the final placement of these, but I've done some testing around the house and during the initial set-up. Here are my thoughts:
* instructions are pretty clear, but you need to take your time and go through the various sound and delay settings a few times. Obviously you're performing set-up on a device without a screen, so It just takes a little longer. Definitely not a dealbreaker.
* it's a bonus that you have different options for not only the type of sound, but the volume of sound. I ended up going with the more traditional chirp sound at medium volume. But you can also choose a siren sound. At close distance, the loudest siren is very loud.
* it's nice that this comes with self adhesive strips, and that you don't need any hardware or tools for installation. Once you find the right spot to install these, it should take less than one minute to have them in place.
* Finally, the main feature I was looking for in a device like this was a simple on/off switch. This one can be quickly and easily turned on or off as needed with the sliding power switch on the side.. For our use case, it will be on at certain times, but off when we plan to be using the door frequently.
I think this is a fair price for a two-pack, and can recommend these.

Very nice door alarm!
I got these door alarms for added security and as an audible deterrent. They work great! You can change the decibels as well as the alarm frequency. There is a visual indicator as well. These are super easy to install using 3M style tape that is included. I'm very pleased with these door alarms!

Nice alarm- Very loud!
I ordered the Fridggi 3-in-1 door alarm set as added protection for my elderly mother, who lives alone. I installed one alarm on her front door and the other on her back door. It adds peace of mind with a distinctive sound each time either of those two doors is opened. I do like that it has 2 tones and 6 dB levels to choose from, so it can be set to be extremely loud in the event you are hearing impaired, or it can be set to a lower dB setting in the event you are not. In the event that you are watching TV or listening to music and you don't hear the alarm, the alarm does light up red and flash when the door is opened or left open.
They were quick and easy to install without any tools, placing the alarm on the edge of the door and the transmitter on the inside of the door frame. It was as easy as aligning the arrows on both the alarm and the transmitter and installing them with the two-sided tape. The adhesive on the two-sided tape seems strong enough that once they were placed firmly where I wanted them, they didn't seem to budge, not even a little.
I like this little alarm; it serves an important purpose as well as offering peace of mind. With that being said, I would have liked this alarm to offer more tones, as one tone has more of a doorbell-type ding-dong sound and the other more like a piercing fire alarm sound.
Although I ordered the Fridggi 3 in 1 door alarm as added security for my mother's doors, I would have liked to order additional alarms for her refrigerator/freezer door (which does tend to get left open from time to time), but I wouldn't want her running out of her home in the middle of the night in her nightgown thinking her fire alarm was going off when it was just the door to her freezer that was left open when she had her nightly bowl of ice cream.
All in all, a nice alarm that would be even nicer with more tone options.

No digital readout, so a bit confusing, but it works.
I really struggled with the written instructions until I scanned the QR code inside the little instruction booklet, and found the video. Between the booklet and the video, you can figure it out. A digital readout telling you what “mode” you are in, would have been helpful, but that would make it more complicated to manufacture, and thus, more expensive. It sticks on the door or window with two-sided puffy tape. There is no option to mount it more securely with screws. Frankly, if I was a burglar and set it off, I would just pull it off the door and step on it, or throw it outside, or turn it off, for that matter. This system will probably alert you to an open door or window, though. There are more secure choices, but for the price, this one will probably work. You do have the option to set a very loud alarm, or a very soft one. It is probably a good choice for someone who wants to be alerted if a toddler opens the door, or if the refrigerator is left open.

Reminds me to close the freezer!!!
Perfect for the application I needed. Not sure how often you or your kids leave a door open on your freezer or fridge, but this certainly will remind you to close it if you forget. Two alarms, 3 volume settings and 3 increments of time: 30, 60 and 90 seconds. It has made us jump a few times while getting stuff out of the freezer due to a quick 30 second alarm (maybe 60 seconds would be better). But it has a loud reminder that you better shut that door! Very helpful when the brain gets detracted! Yes, that happens way too often!!! LOL Thanks for reading! Cheers!!

Slight gap? Try this one. (Pic and video alarm.)
It's probably 1/2" difference from fully closed and the position that the alarm sounds. That's just what we needed. It doesn't have to be a huge gaping chasm to lose the cool air. The folks that did this one were thinking. Thanks very much.

One minor design improvement desired
The product works as advertised. I placed this on the front door of my parents house. They are older and have a large house with a new inhabitant: a puppy. (They live on a busy road, so if the dog got out through the front door, this would be a dangerous and stressful problem.)
The design-change I would like to see, is for the siren to emit CONSTANT sound after the delay is reached (the delay, in seconds, is adjustable.). And just to be clear, no buttons are pressed to reset the device. Just close the door.
The current design emits sound for a few seconds, but then goes silent for a while before emitting the siren sound again. This “sound-pause-sound” behavior, is not desired.
Edit: After one month, the unit continues to do its job--and has caught the door accidentally left ajar at least once. I'm uploading photos to this review to show what I believe will be the primary challenge for persons mounting this to a door: alignment. You'll have to get creative to make the buzzer unit align evenly with the magnet. I used a pair of medicine bottle lids, which did the trick--but then I realized hot glue was a no-go. After finding the right glue, the product hasn't fallen off in spite extreme weather changes (below freezing, then over 80F two days apart, humid, dry etc.)
The second unit I'm buying right now, will have to mount on the exterior-side of a large exterior door, because that door's interior molding is far too extreme to make use of the pill bottle lid trick. We'll see how this goes : ).

Perfect door alarm for door left open / door ajar
I had purchased a similar item (that about broke my eardrum) as I had trouble finding an alarm that would continuously sound when a door was left open. The FRIDGGI is perfect for dementia & Alzheimer's patients living with you. This alarm has volume control and settings that makes it a perfect alert for door left open / door ajar. I highly recommend it.

Works great and easy to use
Worked great, includes sticky back foam pad for easy installation. Set to 5 sec delay to remind our kids when they leave the sliding door open. 80 dB setting isn’t annoying but loud enough to certainly notice when by the door. Sensor distance is enough that you don’t need to perfectly line it up for it to work.

Exactly what I needed
My family has needed something like this for years. I'm so glade I found this.
I had to break up the magnet holder so that the magnet could fit where it needs to go but all in all it works pretty well. Only thing is that if the door closes but doesn't latch it won't ding but this is better then nothing.
I do wish it had a volume button though.
And the magnet should he revised so that people don't have to open it up to work with molding like my doors have.
The foam adhesive is also not great don't get me wrong it sticks well but any foam adhesive is hard to get off if we ever decide to remove it.

Works great
Works exactly like I’d hoped. I use it for a reminder to shut the door or to tell me the door isn’t fully shut to the basement so there are no accidents with my toddler. I have it set for 10 seconds. It’s loud enough to let me know. But it’s not ear piercing.
