Used it for about a week, and noticed the fabric is torn! I’m not sure what could have caused this other than the stitching being defective.
***UPDATE*** I got in touch with the seller and they sent me a replacement, which was delivered quickly! I have not had any problems with the replacement heating pad. The material is soft, and it heats evenly!

The heating pad itself is great. I've used this pad before in the past. The issue I had was the delay in arriving and the condition of box when it did arrive. The box was ripped and taped up when it arrived. I'll have to give it a 2nd thought before buying it again in the future from this seller. This is the send time this has happened

Honestly, I put it in the highest setting and it’s not as hot as I expected or wanted it to be, I like it super hot because when it’s really hot it helps with my cramps. I mean it is pretty hot and does the job but I wish the heat would feel the same through my clothes rather than me having to lift up my shirt and put it against my bare skin to feel the heat better. It is nice and soft tho and it covers my body which I like. Overall I like it and it does its job.

I received this on July 28th. It’s been in the high 90’s outside so needless to say I have not used it often. However here it is August 8th and I’m sewing it back together. It is a nice heating pad and it’s thick so as not to fold up easily. Disappointed in that I have to sew it. That’s the reason for 3 stars

This heating pad is the perfect and most weren’t it. It’s been two years since I have had my heating pad the quality of the material. The order is all worth it. It’s been two years and I have not had a problem with it. I have not washed it and I carry it to work and I use it at home and my kids use it as well and I have used it for a couple surgeries I have had in my daughter receiving used it for when they’re on their Period and honestly needs a lifesaver. It has three settings, which is great..

Beautiful color. However, it barely gets warm on the highest setting, so I kind of feel like I wasted money here 😕
Update: I upgraded from two stars to four stars because I guess I had to break it in . On high setting I guess pretty hot after some time on the skin and it’s really comforting, especially if you have cramps or backache. The medium and low settings are just OK. Slightly better than expected.

The back side is a stiff synthetic material that is not playable to bend with your body, I'm sorry I chose this pad as the picture is misleading, it is only good for lying on top of like a cat bed.

This product is great...until it stops working. I've had this heating pad since 2021, and now it most often has the blinking warning light telling me something is wrong. This is not ideal during the night when one is trying to remediate pain. Previously this was a rare occurrence, but now it's the norm no matter what I do to fix it.

I bought this on Jan. 3, 2026, it’s now Jan. 25, 2026 and I noticed that the heat temp. light is flashing. I tried unplugging the cord from the socket as well as from the heating pad itself and it’s still flashing. I give it 2 stars because when it did work, it heated nicely enough, but I also noticed that in some spots, it wasn’t heated at all. Such a shame though because it hasn’t even been a full month that I’ve had it :/

Great product, and nice long cable. Marking down a star because even though the dimensions are in the description, this item is billed as XL and “appears” larger in the product photo. In reality it is smaller than my older one, that never had a size listed on it. Anyhow, I feel the product image combined with XL, misleads the customer into believing this product is larger than it really is.

Listing pictures made it seem much larger and more plush than reality. In fairness, it does match the listed dimensions. Only one side is soft and feels more like a towel than anything. The underside feels like a microfiber/flannel.

I like the options for this heating pad and the size for that matter. What I don’t like is how it has a big plastic button on the corner (where the cord is at) so it either hits you in the back or hit you in the head and I’m constantly having to adjust for it. I understand that you might not be able to get away from that but for some reason, I find it it always gets in the way.

My Yorkie took my heating pad over so I bought two of these. These are so warm, and have an auto shut off. I would highly recommend this heating pad. It’s easy to use. I trust the timer. It covers my whole stomach. Great value for the price. Love the color! Has low medium and high setting.

The size of this heating pad is really nice and the color is pretty. My only complaint is that I feel like the heat dies down after 30 mins or so and that’s on high heat. So I think overall it works well but only for a short period of time and then it doesn’t really feel like it’s doing anything.

I love the super soft material, how quickly it heats up, the convenient timer option for 30 to 120 minutes, the 6 different heat settings, and the 7ft cord is wonderful! I first bought the blue one last Christmas for a relative. They loved it and have gotten a lot of use out of it. I came back and bought the black & gray one for myself! This would be the perfect gift for the person who has everything. It is great quality heating pad that has been put together rather well and brings pain relief wherever you need it. It is so much better than the one I have had for years and replaced it with because it is much softer and flexible, durable & the color options are great.

Purchased this heating pad after my last one (different brand) gave out after only a few months. Once I opened it and tried it out I noticed it was quickly shutting off. Like within 5-10 mins. After two times of that happening it just wouldn't come back on at all. I've reached out to the company and am sending this one back and getting a replacement but if I run into the same issue I'll just get my money back. Extremely disappointed as this heating pad is almost $40 and I have chronic back pain and rely on the heat for relief.

It's a nice size and my favorite color, which is why I purchased it. Unfortunately, the heat output is practically nonexistent 😫
It heats fairly quickly (for the little bit of heat it puts out). I have a bad back and the heat aids outside of pain pills. Since I purchased this with my HSA/FSA card, I'm not even sure if I can send this back. For almost $30, and over 50,000 reviews, I thought I'd give this a try. This was a complete waste, and I won't be making a purchase from them again.

While this heating pad gets HOT, you don't have to worry about getting burned (the last heating pad I had- I got some serious second-degree burns and bad blisters). There are three heating levels. Please see the photos of the timer- it is pretty simple to use- low, medium, and high.
I didn't like that there is no timer on the heating pad- and it seems to turn off after an hour or two (I never have really kept track). But I use a heating pad most- at night- and the fact I don't know how long it takes to turn off- which means the lack of a timer isn't a bothersome feature with this pad. After almost a month- I don't think the feature is as important as I once thought.
What I loved was that the night this heating pad broke, I ordered this one and had it in under 12 hours. I like to have heating pad access 24/7- so when the one I had broke after about a month and a half- I picked one out that was cheap and that would come quickly. Because it seems, no matter how much I choose to pay for a heating pad- none of them last me long. Why not try a cheap one after the expensive one broke after a month and a half?
The one that lasted the longest was the only one I got for free- from my insurance (a few years ago). And it was the cheapest of the bunch. The most expensive one- gave me second-degree burns (with warnings I finally found out was in the fine print- the very very fine print they later pointed out to me) and broke after a month and a half. So I will see how this one lasts- so far so good.
The heating pad size is overly large- as you can see in my photos- I took three larger paperback books and set them on the pad and there was still room on it- width-wise. The cover of the heating pad is also nice- and very comfortable. I also included a photo of the controller.
I would encourage others, as I do with all heating pads after being burned- if you are using the beating pad on your bare neck or shoulders, even your back- don't fall asleep the first few times until you are sure your body can take the heat. You never know- the other pad wasn't even set to that high of a level (a five out of nine) when it burned me- it just got that hot. However, this heating pad has not done anything like that to me- I just always warn others now- just to be safe.
I have had this heating pad for a month in a few days. So far I have had no issues, other than the fact there is no timer and that has not bothered me as it stays on long enough for me to fall asleep. I would say this is a great heating pad that can come to you quickly (if you make the right selections). And for a rough user- this one is still in good shape. However, if and when I have issues I will update this review accordingly below (and with a loss of stars, if needed).
And if you're thinking of this item as a gift for anyone- I think you are an angel as I would love to be gifted heating pads as a present. Anything for a pain sufferer that can help- and heating pads do work (as a pain sufferer I know this to be true)!

Update on Review January 5, 2024- Being very upset about what happened with this product, I had to update my review and let others know about this heating pad.
After a little more than a month of use (started to use it on Now. 30) this heating pad no longer works. I am tired of spending money on these things and then- they quickly break. However this heating pad gets the award for breaking the fastest.
So, unless you want to pay to possibly use a heating pad for a few days after it most likely could have been returned (like I want to deal with that drama- returning it)- try another one. For the money this one wasn't too bad but for it to break after a month with it's lack of any features- I would try anything else (if I were someone else).

Hardly working at all. Turned up to high and it’s barely warm an hour later. It’s a good size and it’s soft, but I mean…. It’s a heating pad. It’s a fail if it doesn’t get hot. Disappointed, wouldn’t buy again.
Also just throwing in there that 2 hour auto shut off is very annoying. All my previous heating pads had a 6-8 hour window. When I’m cramping and want to sleep with this on my stomach, it’s cold every time I wake up because it’s off again. It is dangerous to leave it on all the time, but shutting off after 6 or 8 hours is average. Every 2 hours is just ridiculous

I purchased this heating pad because my cheap old heating pad from the store finally died. Right from the start I was impressed with the seller. I got an email right after purchase, thanking me and a link to the user manual. The product arrived prior to the promised due date and was well packaged. The things I really like about this heating pad are the temperature control. It has three settings and it doesn’t go from nothing to burning your skin. It warms up perfectly to offer pain relief but it doesn’t over do it. The cloth is soft and comfortable to lay on. It can be used directly on your skin without having to put anything between the two. The two hour auto shut off is great for my peace of mind. It gives plenty of time to get in some good heat before it turns off. This feature allows me to go to sleep using it, without worrying. It even came with a cylinder container. When I’m finished using it, it slides back into the cylinder and is easy to store. The seller sent a follow up email after I received the product to make sure I was satisfied. I was pleased all around with the seller, shipping and product. I would highly recommend this heating pad.

I have quite a few joint issues, i normally use a very old sunburst heating blanket or just hot water to recover. I decided to make the jump to some heating pads recently, bought a few. this is my favorite. Its really flexible and soft. It gets warm but not hot enough to burn you. You can please it directly on your skin and let it soothe away the aches and pains of working out or just normal life. I wish it got a little warmer because I love heat (insert lizard sitting on a sun log), but its the right temperature to actually do what you need. it took maybe 4 minutes to hit top temp. one of the major bonuses is that it feels great on your skin but you can also wash it (i haven't washed mine, but the directions say you can). It's really easy to use, just three power settings. I've only used mine on high, im not sure what you could really get out of the two lower temperatures.
I really like the fluffy material its made of, i have fur blankets and it sort of reminds me of one. I would deff buy a full size version of this if they ever make it a queen size blanket :)
