Not a terrible tool chest, but READ THE DIMENSIONS.

Not a terrible tool chest, but it is very small. I knew that when I bought it ( because I read the dimensions first!), but I can see why people were upset when it arrived. The build quality is average for the price point ($127.49 at the time). The drawer glides stick and the sheet metal is thin, but you get what you pay for. If you're looking for a durable, normal-sized tool chest, I would look elsewhere.

Very Dangerous Tool Box

I was notified that they would arrive between the 9th and 15th of October and they were delivered by Fedex with no damage to the box. I spent a minute opening the box and assembly was very straight forward. After pushing in the casters I placed the toolbox on the cart. I was wearing tennis shoes and walked behind the cart to grab the door when I heard a loud pop and the whole thing falling over with the toolbox corner catching my toe. There was no weight on the cart other than the toolbox. I can't imagine the damage this would have caused if I had loaded it full of tools. We have a 2 year old granddaughter that frequently is in the garage and something like this could cause severe harm. You can see the 2 small spot welds that hold the corner piece onto the cart. Most of the time a manufacturer would not allow the weight to be off center like this especially with the welding being so bad. Most carts would have a more centered and stronger point of contact for the casters. This cart and toolbox set has the potential to cause serious injury.

Drawer tracks bad.

Drawer tracks are cheap, will bend easily. D3bating return. Requested return on other two cabinets with drawers from same manufacturer without opening boxes. Packaging protected items from shipping damage well.

It's so cute n nicely made.

It's a nice little tool box. I love it. This would be perfect for some arts and crafts to. Great idea to fill it up with some main tools and give as a gift for first house buyers. If you're expecting a 1000 dollar tool box for a little bit over 100 bucks you're gonna be disappointed.

About the size of a large mini-fridge.

Holds my entire nail collection (extensive). Doesn’t take up too much space. If you’re looking for something craftsman adjacent, this is the mini cousin. It’s about half as wide and 60% as tall. She’s petite and polite and perfect. Sturdy!!

Great quality and plenty of storage

I’m really impressed with this tool cabinet! It feels very sturdy and well made, and the size is perfect for keeping all our tools and small items organized. The multiple drawers make it easy to separate everything, while the bottom cabinet gives plenty of extra storage for larger items.

I also really like the side tray and the wheels—it’s convenient to move around when needed. The drawers open smoothly, and I love the overall look and finish. It’s not only functional but also looks much nicer than I expected.

Overall, this is a great combination of quality, storage, and functionality. Very happy with this purchase and definitely recommend it!

Sturdy Tool Chest That Keeps Garage Work Smooth and Organized

This tool chest has made my garage setup much easier to manage. The drawers slide well, the top section is handy for quick‑access tools, and the wheels move smoothly even when fully loaded. It keeps everything sorted, reduces clutter, and feels dependable during daily projects. A practical, five‑star experience.

Love it!

I absolutely love this tool chest! The pink color is so cute and gorgeous! it adds such a fun pop of color to my workspace. The design is practical with plenty of drawers and storage space, and the rolling wheels make it easy to move around. It feels sturdy, looks great, and is both functional and stylish.

nice drawers

This rolling tool cabinet is nicely made with solid metal material. It is a bit smaller than I thought at first, but the drawers are great for keeping my fishing hooks, lures and small fishing tackle sorted neatly. I can easily organize all my small‑size fishing accessories inside. The wheels roll well and the whole cabinet stays steady. The quality is good and it works really well for my fishing gear storage. it is easy to set up

Easy to assemble and strong

The tool box was well packaged and arrived it perfect condition. Definitely find the book to see how to remove the inside pieces. It was easy to put together and feels strong. All of the drawer are lined. The box is sturdy but not heavy. I love the green color. Now to fill it up!

Disappointed! Little & lightweight Color Ugg!

I’m using it for makeup, face lotions etc right in a hallway across from bathroom. But I’m so disappointed in the color orange! It’s fluorescent orange! I hate the color. My house is all cowboy oranges and browns, so it’s gonna stand out like a sore thumb!

Beautiful and sturdy

Well made and very cute. The peg board inside the cabinet door is completely useless unless you want to keep the door open all the time, because if you hang anything on there, you won't be able to close the door.

Also, it's not really huge, but it's not small either.

Overall, it's definitely a purchase I'm going to keep, and use all the time.

You get what you pay for

It was cheap (not the cheapest but cheap) so I can’t really complain too much. It came fairly damaged. The box was fine so I’m assuming it was from the seller. I would start a refund or replacement but they always want the damaged item sent back like if they are going to resell it to someone else. And I don’t have time to re-package it and take it to a UPS store. So I’m just going to try to fix most of the dents and crinkles. It’s a tool box so I’m not expecting it to stay in great condition but if I start out in bad condition imagine what it’ll look like in a year lol. Oh and the drawer mechanisms are EXTREMELY cheap. They aren’t ball bearings so it just doesn’t feel good. I’m definitely going to lube up the casters and drawers and just use it until it falls apart. Long story short, it looks great and will do the job. Just don’t expect even harbor freight quality. I was hoping for at least a partial refund and I could buy a few tools to start adding to it. But they aren’t going to do it.

You get what you pay for

The product is a you get what you pay for kind of deal. It’s not too bad. It was not packed well and has a couple of dents and a piece was broken off. Nothing that affects the use but it’s not put together too well.

Tool chest is versatile, providing enough space for most common folks!

This tool chest is a fantastic starter toolbox in my garage! The detachable top box give you some options for how you want to use it. There's plenty of drawer space for my needs. The quality feels quite solid and likely can take a beating and last for a decade. The wheels were easy to install, and I do think I'll find the rolling aspect very useful the more I get into my Summer and Fall projects. I highly recommend for keeping all your tools organized!

Good first tool chest

This is an affordable and good first tool chest. This tool chest comes with a cart with wheels and a tool box that can sit on top of the cart. This tool chest has enough room to contain most of my hand tools and a few power tools. The drawers slide smoothly and the tool box locks the drawers when the lid is closed. Assembly was fairly quick and easy.

Fantastic

This item holds everything I need for my renovation projects. The best part is that it has wheels, so I can easily move it around instead of lugging it. It also has plenty of compartments for organized storage and even comes with a key to lock everything up—perfect for keeping things safe from wandering hands.

Good buy for the money

I really like it. Especially for the money and the size! It did have a dent on the top and some scratches but honestly that’s not a defect of the product that’s just mass production. Otherwise everything works well. I did have to use a rubber mallet to get the wheels in, but it was just a little bit of elbow power and boom all done.

Alternate Use: Jewelry Chest

I had been hunting for a spacious jewelry box for years, primarily focusing on the standing wooden ones. Nothing was catching my interest because (1) space still lacking for all of my jewelry and (2) they're not cheap. I decided to look into a tool chest because these seem quite large for what I need; and I liked the option of wheels.

This one is quite good for my current needs though I've had to still compromise inadequate space, which is primarily my own fault because I have a large hoard of jewelry. I can stack three trays in the deeper drawers and get 2 or 3 side by side. It has changed the organized space game.

I intend to find some wall art, paint, paper, etc to decorate the sides, personalizing it instead of having something look so generically utilitarian sitting in my bedroom.

Optional colors can suit your personality. Wheels have proven smooth when moving it, which honestly puts this way above a jewelry laden traditional standing chest.

The drawers do not open unless you open the top first. Don't like that but understand the purpose. I want a grab and go without all the theatrics of a puzzle box but it's not a decision maker.

It's a pain to put together in certain places because the drilled holes are quite small. I don't have the tools to enlarge those so the screws aren't completely flush. Even using an electric drill with bit did nothing. You will have to increase the size of some of those holes. When you put everything together, other pieces compensate for those pesky screws. It works. Just needs some fine tuning on its production so people can assemble it easily.

One mark off for those two reasons.

Overall, going for a portable tool chest like this one is the way to go for alternate storage needs like jewelry, make-up, craft supplies, etc. Costs as much as a standing jewelry chest but, this has much more space.

useful thing

this toolbox is very useful and have

Several layers that can be arrange to make it

Easier to sort things so that they will never be misplaced again

Gazoo

Not for me

This is way too short for a 6'2 guy like myself unless you put it on a table, but the main reason I am giving it less stars is because it is kind of flimsy, and makes sounds that my ears do not enjoy when opening and closing parts of it lol

Poor assembly instructions, but very functional tool chest

First, the instructions were practically non-existent and VERY difficult to follow. The parts in the main diagram were labeled differently than mentioned in the assembly steps, and so I ended up putting the entire tool chest together with just the main diagram and referring back to the individual steps for close-up details. Once you have the top-most chest ready for mounting, note that only specific holes need to be screwed in. At first, I thought that the holes did not line up and I was cursing left and right only to realize I made a mistake.

Once built, the drawers work well. The top-most chest drawers will only unlock/lock if the upper-most drawer is fully open. Is it fully secure? No. You can yank open the drawers with a reasonable amount of force, but it should keep the kids away with their prying eyes.

Overall, for the price, it is a good buy, but do not expect heavy-duty quality for commercial purposes. The chest is not too deep (13") and fits perfectly behind my garage door. It is 23.5" wide and 52" tall.
