Sturdy device good for transport. Couple downsides.

The construction is bent steel sheet metal and feels nice and solid. The connectors and knobs are good. I like the detented wheels that give tactile feedback. The power jack is secured with a screw connector, so this won’t get unplugged during a performance.

Two gripes: one: there is an audible hiss background even without having the gains too high. That’s probably ok for something in this range.

Second: phantom powered is either on or off for all four channels. You can use just one. So if you’re using mixed devices, you might be out of luck.

The manual is pretty good actually.

Excellent mixer for a good price!

This is a nice little mixer! This mixer has XLR and 1/4 inch inputs/outputs. It has 6 unique channels and stereo output. It has phantom power if you require it. This mixer is well made out of metal and feels durable and it's really easy to use. It has the necessary features of a mixer but it's compact too! This unit comes with the power supply. Each channel has it's own dedicated EQ with High, Mid, and Low EQ selectors. This is a great value for the money.

Great Mixer at this Price!

For being a budget mixer, this thing rocks.

I do a ton of testing of audio equipment and ended up needing a handful of different adapters to make everything work. This mixer has the wonderful XLR 1/4 combo jacks on 4 inputs, so its easy to switch between mic inputs and other inputs, with 5/6 input being RCA. Plus it has 4 main ouputs, 2 1/4 and 2 XLR which is fantastic, considering this replaced a unit that was nearly the same size but had 1/2 the features this did.

The sound quality is good, I don't have anything to say about it being better or worse than anything else I have ran, which is great.

The onboard FX are decent for karaoke. I typically will stick to one and only adjust the level or depth.

My only con with this, is I don't care for the knobs or how they "click" I would much prefer smooth knobs, but that is minor, as this feels more like a unit you could throw into a dive bar and it'd work for the next 20 years.

Overall this is a great robust mixer that I would expect to last a long time over others in this price range.

Pleasantly surprised at the quality!

I have just done a video review on here, and I can share a lot more thoughts on there in a few minutes than I can in writing. I will say this, it is a pretty feature rich mixer for it's size, it appears to be well made, I tested as many features as I could, and they all work for me. Phantom power works. Know what you are doing before you try to use that. I suggest the same for the PAD and HFP adjustments. I got no noticeable noise coming from the mixer, and had good sound through a variety of microphones tested on it. The instructions included in this are awful. That is not the end of the world because there is plentiful online instruction on how to use the features on this mixer, and I would encourage anyone who isn't knowledgable about these features to explore that way. The FX options were a little disappointing to me, but I don't generally use that feature anyway.

Really nice!

This all metal case will do 3 point XLX, or 1/2" connectors. Which is really nice. Compact & efficient.

There are ports for monitors and stereo out.

You can do headphones, there's phantom power for mic's that need a boost.

This is a really nice little unit if you need to be quick on the go, and have minimal needs.

4 inputs should handle a quick speaker setup, or two microphones, and two instruments.

The power for this is proprietary, as best I can tell. Make sure you don't lose the power cord!

Overall I can see a lot of uses for this. You could setup a small bag with this, some cords, power cords, microphones (cordless would be nice).

Having a lot of fun playing with various options!

Very good sounding mixer, no pan controls

This is a very good sounding mixing board for the price. It's sturdy and compact, accompanied by a pretty good manual. It comes with a power pack that plugs into any outlet. The board has quite a few inputs and outputs, including 4 mic/line XLR/quarter inch combo inputs, phono inputs, XLR stereo outs and quarter inch stereo and monitor outs. Various digital effects are included, most of them reverbs and delays. There are buttons for padding, high pass filtering, and phantom power. Also included are three EQs - low, mid and high -- for each channel. The one thing missing is a pan control, which for some people may be a deal breaker, as you cannot split two channels into two different tracks on a DAW. The dials are also not as tight feeling as on more expensive mixing boards. That being said, because of the good sound I think this is an excellent deal for someone on a budget.
