NOT RELIABLE. I haven’t had this cd player for even a year and it just stopped working. It won’t read cd’s anymore and I barely use it as is because we stream music now more than anything. DO NOT buy this product. It is NOT worth the money. Adding 1 star because I can’t submit with 0.

I was super excited to use my new CD player since I have quite a few CDs and I wanted to take it around with me. However once I attempted to insert the batteries into the slot nothing turned on. I then realized that there was missing wires in my battery slot and that it wouldn’t work no matter what. Super sad that I can’t use it as a portable CD player but I guess I can still use it at home.

It’s easy to use . And it uses two AA Batteries . I got the Blue and it looks just like the picture . And the sound quality is really good and clear . I have zero complaints and would recommend this device to anyone . Definitely a great throwback device .

Bought my teenager. Love that it is rechargeable and I don’t have to spend on replacing batteries.

I got my cd player pretty excited because I’ve needed one due to the plethora of cds that I own. However, following the instructions my cd player (with batteries in) will not turn on or play the cd I’ve placed. I’ve put headphones in and everything yet the screen will only show 3 dots for a good 2 seconds then cut off. I’m unsure how to fix it. Will be asking for a refund and/or replacement.

I love it, very cute and works fine. Just a little disappointed it doesn’t play out loud. Only with headphones. It didn’t say that it didn’t play out loud and I guess it’s partially my fault for assuming but it’s a CD player it should play out loud. Works great with headphones though. Haven’t attempted bluetooth yet but not sure how it’ll work because there’s no speakers on it for it to play out loud.

It works amazing it’s so cute and portable the volume is a little bit hard to mess with but that’s understand i completely love it and managing skips and fast forwards works like a charm.

This was an exciting purchase at first, however I noticed the batteries get drained very quickly. I've barely had this for less than a week and the brand new batteries are already drained even though I have not used it enough. It's also very difficult to tell if and when it is charging at all with the USB cable because it does not indicate a light to show it's charging or not.. and I'm pretty sure it's not taking any charge. I left it "charging" overnight and it's still dead. I'm so disappointed in this purchase.

Would recommend I love it so much works great the noise level is amazing you can put it really high and low! control buttons are a bit difficult to tell what is what but if you read the instructions it makes sense it also comes with earbuds but so far 10/10 would buy again!

Works really well!! The control buttons work well and are legible, size is good for my backpack, Music plays really good and i tried to walk fast with it to see if it skipped and it didn’t!! So skip rate is low and i haven’t tried the bluetooth yet, good for gifting!!

This is works very well and it’s cheap and nice gives a very good vibe, and the size is perfect you can carry it around and the noise level is very high for the headphones and great it’s basically like noise cancellation.
The control buttons work well nothings wrong with them.
Overall 10/10!

The new cars don't have CD players so I purchased this one. I had absolutely no problem installing it and the sound is excellent. I would purchase it again.

I am very satisfied with the gueray CD. The sound is great, it helps me study and listen to music, you should choose this product and it will be very satisfied like me.
Now I'm relieved, because the battery life is good. I study and relax with it. It really is worth buying
Thanks......

I have to say, the Gueray portable cd player is quite the buy! It comes with everything you need! And it sounds awesome! My granddaughter and I connected some 'dancing light' speakers to it and it sounds & looks spectacular.
(Although the speakers aren't necessary....they are optional. There are some awesome portable speakers you can purchase separately on here.)
It also comes with a velvet bag for carrying & keeping all the accessories together. I ordered this for myself, but my granddaughter and grandson are both wanting one of their own! Lol As you can see, my granddaughter has already "personalized" this one for herself. It does look really nice! She carries it with her everywhere. Since she's claimed it, I guess I'll order another one for myself and grandson. Not a problem at all, this cd player is well worth the money. It operates flawlessly, easy to carry with you and it's very sleek looking! So...would I recommend it to others??? DEFINITELY! I'm fixing to purchase 2 more. It comes in white and black, so I'm getting my grandson the black one. For myself, another white one. Completely satisfied to give this 5 stars! ⛤ ⛤ ⛤ ⛤ ⛤ No doubt, anyone would be very pleased with this neat little jewel. But if you have kids, you might oughta grab a couple! 😉

I got this mainly to play audiobooks on CD from our library. I like the small size and how lightweight it is.
It comes with a charger, and it charges quickly. You can also use it while it’s charging.
It also comes with earbuds that also connect with a longer cord which has a clip on back to play, stop, etc . The sound is ok with the earbuds that come with it , but excellent through my speaker, which I prefer while at home. I tried my earbuds that I already own, and the sound is much clearer with them , but that might just be me. I have one type of earbuds I use all the time , since they fit best in my ears .
I’m also going to try it out in my car , just to see how the sound is in there.
I think this is a pretty handy gadget, especially if you enjoy audiobooks but can’t afford the costly monthly fees to purchase them. They’re free from your library, so once you purchase this , you can listen all you want !
It also comes with a drawstring pouch, so I guess you could stick it in your pocket and carry it while taking a walk.
Good price if you compare it to several others that have all the same things this one does.
*Addition - I had a couple questions about usage once I got it, contacted the company twice. Both times , they replied within about 8 hours and were very polite and helpful. Added plus for good service.
