Great stuff for making cube farm white boards!

I come across a lot of junk and obsolete displays at work and hate to throw them out. A few years ago, I had the idea to convert them to desktop white boards. Most older displays have bezels (edge trim) that just pops off or is easily removed by pulling a couple screws. Covering the glass with this white board dry erase film and restoring the bezel converts them into cube sized desktop white boards. People seem to really like them; especially the older ones with heavy bases.

I have used a couple different brands of white board film, but HAMIGAR is nice and thick, the paper backing removes easily and cleanly and the protective film over the front surface helps keep it nick-free when installing it. It cleans well and even after dry erase ink is left on it for weeks, it wipes off cleanly, leaving the surface shadow free and a crisp white again. It is a thick material that trims nicely with scissors or a blade. If the material gets damaged, it pulls off cleanly and doesn't leave a residue.

Of all the brands I have bought to do the conversions over the years, this is the only one I seek out and buy exclusively now. Really good stuff.

Ripped paint off my wall

really struggled with putting this on my wall and getting the bubbles out. it also ripped off the wall paint and I'm renting so this is going to be bad. I honestly want a refund but I don't know how to go about it

Does not erase at all

I was very disappointed, dry erase markers do not erase at all from this, even from the marker included. After tons of scrubbing with a dry eraser, even a wet paper towel, It still will not come off the board. Do not buy this product., dry race markers will not come off

Works well! Perfect size

Perfect size for a standard classroom. My classroom only had magnetic chalkboards and I used this to give me some white board space. It would be easier if two people applied it. I was alone when I applied it and had a hard time making sure it was even and free of air bubbles.

Great stick on dry erase board!

Much easier to stick on and get it flat than I expected! Does leave traces of the marker a little bit but if you wipe it with water after using, it’ll come off completely. Perfect addition to our little playroom! It also it’s too sticky so it comes off easily to adjust or remove it!

Don’t return until you see this video

Thought it was defective because like some other reviewers noted, dry erase markers left a shadow after wiping. Then I read the Note on the directions indicating a thin clear film that needs to be removed before using. Duh! It was so thin I would never have noticed it without reading the directions. I suspect the other reviewers also missed that film.

Works as expected after the thin film was removed as the video shows. No smudging or residue shadows left behind! Other dry erase markers I tried works just as well as the one that is included with the purchase.

You get a lot more (twice the size) for the buck compared with other brands.

For my purpose, I need to cut it before installing and plan to update my review after that for completeness in case you need to cut it too. Hoping an exacto knife will do the trick.

So far I am very happy with the erasability after removing that protective film!

White board magic!

Actually totally obsessed with this product!! We added it to our learning board to show counting and letter writing

Not renters friendly

We had a 1.5’x3’ patch of this on our wall for about 8 months and needed to remove with before moving. The paint peeled right off with it. I tried peeling it slowly, moving it directly up, at an angle, you name it. Buyers beware.

Works as expected

About a couple of years ago, my home decorator had installed a writing surface just above my work table. It turns out that they had procured simply the wrong material.

I was determined to use this summer break to remedy the problem. I ordered a roll of Hamigar whiteboard sticker, cut them into rectangular sheets and pasted them above the defective material. The sticker works EXACTLY as I had originally desired. Well done, Hamigar!.

The ink can be literally wiped off the surface with fingers and it will leave no skid marks or ghost marks. The rear side sticker comes with an adhesive. You will have to peel off the the paper protection to expose the adhesive. The adhesive binds the sticker well with the writing surface. The writing side also comes with a think protective film. You will easily be able to peel that off too.

I am quite pleased with my decision.

I couldn't be any happier saving money! This was such a fantastic purchase. I wanted a large whiteboard for my wall to ditch the post it notes everywhere, but I really didn't want a large heavy board over my office desk. Then I stumbled across this on accident and was hesitant to purchase. well I’m thankful I did. Very easy install on the walls. it came out smoothly and beautifully on the first try. Did not disappoint.

Good material

Bought it for use at work; it covers where a blackboard was. Now the kids can just write on it. I find it really cool. It didn't cover the area exactly as I expected, but I'm still happy with it.

Easy install with thick black pen

I didn’t want to do anything fancy, does not not have the lattice lines on the back of peel off paper. Remember to remove the plastic film off writing area. Great for my remedial purposes of wanting to tell the household what’s in the hall cabinet without being summoned each time

A perfect solution!

I had this sheet up for over 2 months! It doesn't fall, it wasn't difficult to put up or take down and it's more cost effective buying whiteboards. I've introduced this on my job and it's perfect for brainstorming sessions. I will always use this product!

Great product but peeled my paint

While using the product, it was really great! Easy to install, definitely cleaner erasing than others I’ve used. I’m moving out of my rental next week and went to remove it and it absolutely peeled off the layers of paint. Definitely not happy and annoyed if I don’t get my deposit back because of this. Just thought I’d advise renters against it!

Perfect!

This saved me! I have tried so many methods to help my kids remember what they need to do in the mornings. Now I get to write a checklist every day and a friendly quote for them and they love checking each box.

Does it's job

I was looking for a whiteboard that I could put on my desk so that I could take little notes as I'm working. This was perfect. I cut out how much I needed, removed the adhesive and it works like a charm.

Absolutely no ghosting, even when leaving marker on the board for several days

The first photo is before any use, the second photo is after I left some genetics notes on it for a few days, then wiped it with just a regular tissue. Absolutely no ghosting with expo markers. I cut it in half and stacked it on top of itself to get a full-size whiteboard and it serves my purpose great!

Plenty of whiteboard for multiple uses!

I looked at a lot of whiteboard products and nothing was quite right until I found this. I had an old framed piece of art on flimsy cardboard that had been my grandma’s. I love the frame and wanted a way to make my work whiteboard attractive for my home office. When this item came I was able to stick it over the cardboard art and now it looks beautiful. I had plenty left so I also cut and stuck a large piece over a door in my house that has some damage from before I lived here. I did these two projects with this item and I still have a lot left! It dry erases well and I’m really happy with this purchase!

This product has been improved and I would now recommend it I have covered several boards its great if you can't buy large white boards but need the white board area to write. .

Great sticker to Convert Wall to Whiteboard.

Great sticker that can make Erasable White board. Quality is good and very easy to install. Adhesive is of good quality no issues in peeling off or sticking on the wall.

I was looking for Wall painting to make a writable or board, this catches my interest and tried it, seems to be perfect for my use case.

The board has more width than height and it will become rectangle by default not square, if we cut it down and paste one after the below it can become square size board. I would prefer more height than more width so that it makes easier to make the board area more. Guess the intention of this product to make multiple writeable area then 1 big size area, which makes sense.

It comes with 1 marker, I've to say its of good quality, usually the marker comes with product are not at all good or we can use them just once.

Back side of this, we can see some numbers which are useful to cut them easily and straight, I find it useful if not I would have cut it diagonally :)

Overall good quality and would recommend it.

It is not sticky as it should, I need to put tape around it to keep it stuck and still takes off.
