Must Have, Perfect for Full House Coverage

I have used these brand at all my houses for many years now and they continue to come out with very good new products. At my house I have 10 cameras on the older NVR system that still work perfectly, but now using these, I can reduce the amount of wiring and cameras to 6, to cover the same 10 spots. They is really nice. I love the dual camera lens on each camera. It allows me to get tow areas covered in one camera. Makes it very useful for tight places. Using the solar panels allows me to have one of the cameras on a tree in a remote location with no electricity to it. The touch screen display is a game changer, I can finally move and zoom in the cameras without the app and display all of the channels all perfectly. I also connect the screen to an external monitor to get a even better look at everything while I work at home. For a really professional set, the price is very good compared to the other big brands that don't get you all the cameras you may need, especially in solar. I haven't had any connection issues or control issues while running these all day and night 24/7. Good buy and set overall.

Complete coverage and great front/rear visibility

Installed this camera system to monitor both the front and rear of the vehicle. Wire management took a little time, but the coverage is excellent. The dual feed gives peace of mind, and night vision on both lenses picks up key details well. Loop recording works seamlessly with no dropped footage.

I like how the updates camera functionality work!

I usually don’t write reviews unless a product is really worth it, but I’m honestly so pleased with this camera that I had to share.

Most security cameras make you choose between two annoying options, either you have to drill holes and run ugly wires everywhere, or you have to constantly climb a ladder to take the batteries down and charge them. This camera completely solves both problems because it works both outdoors and indoors with zero hassle.

It has "two eyes" to watch everything at once. One stays still, one moves, each camera actually has two separate lenses built into it. The top eye stays completely still, keeping a permanent view on one specific spot so you never lose sight of the main area. Motion tracking, meanwhile the bottom eye acts like a guard. The second it detects someone moving, it will automatically spin, turn, and follow them around to record exactly what they are doing.

You can hide it high up in a tree!

No power wires needed, It runs entirely on a solar panel that comes right in the box, and it connects directly to your home WiFi. You don't have to run a single cord to it. Charges even in the shade, you don't need a massive, sunny open field for this to work. As you can see in the picture, even when it’s hidden deep inside a shady tree, the solar panel is smart enough to pick up ambient daylight through the leaves and keep the camera charged. You literally set it and forget it.

You can use it inside the house, too

Just plug it into the wall, If you ever decide you don’t need it in the yard anymore, you can bring it right inside.

Dual-purpose, as you can see in the second picture, you can mount it right to your ceiling or wall inside and plug it straight into a regular wall outlet.

The Bottom Line, It’s basically two cameras in one. It gives you the ultimate flexibility to guard a tree line completely off the grid, or watch your living room from a wall plug, without buying two different types of devices. Plus, the dual lenses mean you get total coverage with zero blind spots.

Good price for good equipment

This is actually my third Hiseeu security camera system, and one thing I really want to mention first is their customer service. They’ve always been very easy to reach, and whenever I’ve had a question or needed help, I was able to get support pretty quickly. That makes a big difference with security equipment.

The biggest reason I keep buying Hiseeu, though, is the value. For this price, you get a lot of features. The solar-powered cameras are very convenient because I don’t have to keep taking them down to recharge them. I also like the dual-lens setup and the auto-tracking feature since they give you a wider view and make it easier to keep track of movement around the house.

The 10-inch touchscreen is another nice feature. It’s easy to use, and you don’t always have to pull out your phone just to check the cameras. The picture quality is clear enough for everyday home security, both during the day and at night. The two-way audio is also handy when someone is delivering a package or when you need to talk to someone outside.

Another big plus for me is the built-in 500GB hard drive and the fact that there’s no monthly subscription fee. I really don’t like paying extra every month just to use basic security camera features, so this was definitely one of the reasons I chose this system.

Setup was pretty straightforward, and I also like that it supports both 2.4GHz and 5GHz WiFi. So far, the system has been working well and has been reliable. Since I’ve already had good experiences with two other Hiseeu systems, I felt comfortable buying from them again. Overall, I’m very happy with what you get for the price.

Has All the Hiseeu Features I Enjoy!

I've owned Hiseeu cameras for a few years now, and this is a nice addition to their Wi-Fi PTZ outdoor cameras! Being solar, it charges the onboard batteries, so you don't need a power source. It maintains all of the Hiseeu features I enjoy, with great nighttime infrared viewing and the ability to record to a separately purchased micro sd card. It is lightweight and mounts easily.

Had for a couple years and ordering more for another shop!

These cameras are very easy to set up and use. We especially like the solar-powered option because there’s no wiring to deal with, which made installation really simple.

The app is user-friendly and easy to navigate. Occasionally there’s a slight delay when loading the cameras, but most of the time they come up pretty quickly. The video and picture quality are both very good.

I also really like that you can get alerts when a person is detected or when there’s movement. The cameras record, and it’s easy to go back and play back previous footage.

Another big plus is that there are no monthly fees for the basic setup. There are upgraded options available, but I haven’t felt the need to upgrade.

Overall, I’m very impressed with the cameras and the system. I’ve been happy enough with them that I’m buying more for my other shop!

I Do Not Recommend This Security Camera System

⭐ **1 Star – I Do Not Recommend This Security Camera System**

I am extremely disappointed with the Hiseeu 4MP Solar Wireless Outdoor Security Camera system.

I purchased these cameras expecting to have a reliable security system using *local storage*, without being forced to pay an additional monthly subscription for cloud storage. Unfortunately, that has not been my experience.

The local storage device included with the system has a very limited wireless ranges. When I position the cameras farther away from the receiver, they lose signal and go out of range. The system needs a much stronger and longer range wireless frequency so the cameras can be installed at a greater distance from the receiver without disconnecting.

Because of this limitation, I was forced to purchase separate memory cards for each individual camera in order to record locally on the cameras themselves. This created additional unexpected expenses that I should not have had to pay after already purchasing the system.

When I search through the recordings by date and time, *some videos and events are simply missing*, even though I am recording to local memory. The system then suggests that if you want better or more complete recording coverage, you need to pay for their cloud storage services.

This is unacceptable. I already paid for the cameras, and I specifically chose local storage because *I do not want or need my private security recordings stored in a cloud service somewhere outside my control*.

A security camera has one primary job: *record important events reliably*. If recordings are missing when you actually need them, what is the point of having the system?

Customers should be clearly informed before purchasing about the limited wireless range, the possibility of cameras losing connection, the need to purchase separate memory cards, and whether important recording features or more complete recording coverage require an additional subscription. You should not discover these limitations after buying and installing the equipment.

Based on my experience, **I cannot recommend this Hiseeu camera system**. If you are looking for reliable local recording, stronger wireless coverage, and a system that does not push you toward a paid cloud subscription or require additional storage purchases, I strongly suggest looking at other options.

Most Amazing Solar Security Camera System

Just install all four dual lens cameras and solar panels. This was the easiest installation I have ever experienced. I have had security cameras for over 13 years and had to run electricity to them which limited me to certain locations. The Hiseeu solar cameras had allowed me to put them where they should be. These cameras are super clear, and the best thing is I can control them remotely threw the NVR or by the Eseecloud app. The motion tracking is awesome, and the night vision is very clear. I have connected the HDMI to a 32 in TV so I can see all 8 cameras at once for a better view. The battery life is excellent. I enjoy that you can zoom in to view close ups if needed. There are three options for recording to extend the hard drive storage of 500GB. I would recommend to anyone looking for a solar camera system.

Great Security System!

What a great security system! Very easy to mount on the soffits and not very hard to get the cameras up and running. Instructions were clear and quite helpful. Items were packaged with care. Everything works quite well. Impressed with how the cameras look at night. Very intimidating to a potential intruder but still allows for the deer, fox and other animals to come in the property and feed without scaring them off. Have only had the system operating for a little over a week, but very satisfied with the solar panel charging. We've had daily rain showers and only a small portion of sun each day. Still the cameras are working 24 hours around the clock. Customer service is beyond helpful. Responds quickly and gives sound advise each time. Recommend this security system!

VERY worth the money!!

I was a little concerned on getting these as it was a pretty big bill and the world with cameras just isn’t it.. However, we needed them with how the world is, getting more livestock, and going on vacations. We’ve had the cameras for couple weeks now. We had a couple nights, right after receiving, where two cameras would go off line and take forever to come back - since then we’ve had no problems and hope it stays that way.

Over all, we can’t say enough nice things!! Video quality at day and night is amazing! (First picture shows both, second is app) We love that my husband and I, can both watch anytime of day, plus the big display in our home. The solar panels on each camera makes it so we don’t ever have to worry about changing batteries or recharging! Set up was quick and easy, all the way around. They have already saved our chickens many times and that has repaid these cameras already!

The cameras: We love the two in one - letting us see our whole back yard with ONE!! Top part has to be manually moved while the bottom one you can move by app or on the display. There’s also setting to flip the picture so you can set up whichever way, set up what it alerts and when, yes light or no. Records sound, let you talk back and forth and not like a walkie talkie! Full conversations like in person. (Not having to hold down button to talk and cutting off other person) We have three cameras on opposite corners of our home and one down at our chicken coops - about 80 feet from where the display in put in our home and it still could go further as it still gets two bars!!

The night vision is absolutely amazing! Black and white or full color both look the same as mid day! Another favorite, the fact that it can be on serval devices as well! Makes everyone feel a lot safer knowing what that weird sound was in the night, what’s getting into our livestock, or who pulled in while we’re not home!

The display is perfect, we can put it literally wherever we’d like. It has the flip back (like a picture frame) and ways to put it on the wall to make you feel even more fancy. It comes with the cables to plug it directly into your WiFi box or have it wireless.

Very good security cameras all around!

I love these Hiseeu cameras, I have been using them for years. It was time to get a new set so I decided to go with Wireless. It was very easy to set up, the minute you power up the NVR and then the cameras they connect immediately. Connecting to the Eseecloud app was as easy as connecting to the NVR. The clarity of the picture is crystal clear, night vision, tracking, color and alarm a very very good. They are also very easy to adjust and seem to be very well made. The solar panels easily keep the batteries charged and the price was right. I would recommend these to anybody looking for a good security cameras.

Quality, not the best

Over all really easy set up, but for the price I paid I would expect a little more. The quality is poor and super delayed. I like em, but I don't love them.

Efficient out of box security set with NVR and screen

This solar powered 4-camera set with tablet type NVR and screen does fantastic out of the box work to monitor indoor and outdoor of my house. Setting the system is straight forward - create Hiseeu account , connect NVR hub to your Wi-Fi network and turn cameras on/ They will connect automatically to the system one-by-one. I have 2 outdoor cameras with solar power and 2 indoor with regular USB-C cables and adapters, they work 24-7 and seems cameras on solar power keep 100% of charge all day and night long. Night mode has black/white and color modes. I can monitor house on NVR device, on the phone through EseeCloud app and in parallel on computr - Windows 11 EseeCloud app. I also checked how the house visible from abroad sending login and password to my wife that is currently out of USA - it works, obviously chopping video due to internet speed. Checked Aliexpress to see what is there vs. Overall great system for a relatively small cost.

SIGNAL STRENGTH & HARDWARE QUALITY

DUAL-LENS FUNCTIONALITY & APP CONTROL

One of my favorite features is the split-screen view. The unit features one fixed lens paired with a second PTZ (Pan-Tilt-Zoom) lens that can be rotated in every direction. This dual-lens design effectively gives me twice the coverage and allows me to eliminate potential blind spots. The EseeCloud app is highly intuitive and gives me complete control over the system. I recently purchased this solar camera from hiseeu with the dual camera lens. I originally had a older model that I set up on my 2 properties. That was the 403 wired ptz models. Son I had a nvr system with it. But I needed get more coverage so I chose this 805 camera model that is solar powered amd cant capture 2 areas at once. I will set my pros and cons below.

Pros:

- excellent system. The solar power works very well. I charged the camera for 10 hours and its been great after plugging in the solar panel.

- very efficient. I have had the hiseeu cameras for 3 years now and they are so great and convenient. I love the system. And this addition is spot on . 2 cameras capture 2 areas off of one unit. Love the convenience.

- easy setup. Absolutely easy set up. I needed a firmware update for my older nvr but after the upgrade they connected. My older nvr is rebooting alot but it might be because this is a new camera and not meant for the system. But it doesnt mean it cannot be done. After the update atleadt the camera connects and is visible through the nvr and the app. Im sure id have no problem if I wasn't stubborn and forcing the connection to the older nvr. If I did a regular setup it should be no problem at all.

-cost. The cost is good. Absolutely reasonable and good cost for item.

- company help. The company works hard and fast to help you if you need it. That is excellent service imo.

Cons:

- at this point in time I do not see any cons. I will test its longevity but seeing that ita by hiseeu, I trust their craftsmanship woth prior experience.

If you're looking for a easy to install cctv thats reliable id say look no further. I have experience with their devices so I am a fan. And this is a great setup for solar powered cameras.

Staying Connected

I set up a guest network for the cameras and station as recommended by another review, it works great. The cameras stay connected and send notices to my phone and I can see the video. The station keeps losing the link to the cameras so I can't mount them outside. I was able to get a cord to each one so I should have 24/7 coverage.

Easy setup,clear pictures and video.

As has been the case with all Hiseeu products I own, setup in the Eseecloud app was very easy. Really like the mounting system on this model, made the install super easy. With separate video streams I can cover my whole backyard to see what my dogs are up to. Easy setup in my Hiseeu NVR also. Motion detection works good as it triggered with dogs in just the edge of the screen. Should come in handy to see what other kind of animals are roaming around at night.

Alien caught on image after installation. Great product!!!

I have blink and ring. Threw away all the Bilnk aft34 installing this system. RIng is next. With the NVR and micro SD the other system not even close. The solar removes the battery drama.

Easy to Use Camera system.

So far my experience has been great with this dual camera.

Setup was on the App is good and working beyond my expectations.

Won't survive the weather outdoor.

3stars for the mom, will review as we move long. but I have reasonable doubt about the durability of this product to resist the outdoor harsh weather ,rain,snow,wind and summer sun. it looks very weak and will collapse in matter of months. not well sealed and moisture will go in the screws are all regular metal, they will rust for sure.

these cameras need good protection or kept indoor hence the solar charging is useless. see preliminary photos. I think the brackets are toyyish and they will break easily. the whole country has harsh weather now.... usb connection is similar to the one on the phone,it is definitely a source for moisture to go in.

I ordered this camera because it comes with features I was looking for:

● weatherproof ● night vision ● motion sensor ● audio● pan, tilt, and zoom (PTZ) ● solar powered ● wireless ●

Upon arrival, I did an initial charge. Then, I set up the app and wifi connection. Next, I chose the location I wanted to mount the camera and ensured wifi range. Finally, installation was quick and easy - especially since it is wireless.

I chose to set mine up in a semi-protected location, as I'm not sure how waterproof the connection between the camera and solar panel is.

The app supports both multiple users and split screen viewing, so you and others you choose can monitor both cameras at the same time. One camera is fixed, always observing your primary target area. The other camera will pan and tilt to survey a wider range, and zoom in to scrutinize a subject. (PTZ) To me, the fixed camera quality is not quite as good as the other camera.

The PTZ feature can be operated manually via the app, and the camera responds in an appropriate amount of time, which is nice. In addition, the camera also has technology that differentiates between human motion and other types of motion. When human motion is detected, auto tracking is activated. The PTZ will auto-focus and track moving people.

The listing states the camera is 4mp. This is about "middle of the road" for the most common resolutions currently available in the market and generally considered better for a closer-ranged viewing area, like a small room or porch, to help ensure enough detail for recognition of targets. You can see how pixelated the leaves of the tree look as I zoom in on them.

The 2-way audio works well enough via the app. If you have operated "push to talk" devices previously, you'll quickly see the similarity. If you haven't and don't find it intuitive, refer to the guide and you should be able to figure it out.

You can set privacy zones, if you should choose, to protect certain areas from view, which can really come in handy if you have close neighbors and their window is in your monitored area.

You can also choose to set 24/7 continuous recording. Remember, this will use more power.

For recording, you can separately purchase a micro-SD card for storage (256gb max), cloud storage (subscription), or can be connected to a Hiseeu network video recorder (NVR).

This camera is supposed to be compatible with Alexa; however I have no way to test this feature. I also haven't tested the siren and flashing lights or the colored night vision, as I have just completed the install.

Overall, at this price point, this is a camera worth considering.

I would not recommend this camera!

UPDATED WEEKS LATER - 1 STAR ⭐ - Cameras fog up on cool mornings (SEE ATTACHED PHOTOS). Cameras do not allow videos or still photos to be saved on inserted Micro SD Cards, but instead continually attempt to sell you CLOUD STORAGE. I would not recommend this camera!

Reliable and clear pictures

Had this dual lens camera to install in my backyard, l absolutely love it! I am able to speak out of the camera and let the dog know I'm watching him. The dual lens gives me both a wide-angle view and a close-up for extra detail, Picture is crystal clear and you are able to zoom a very good distance and your view remains clear. So I can monitor my property with confidence. Also the night vision is much clearer than I expected. I love that it's solar powered, which means no wiring or constant charging, and the built-in battery holds up really well. Whenever I want to check, I can simply open my phone and check on the app. It isn't too hard to install however, you do need some basic tools in order to secure it.

A solar powered camera that works with my Hiseeu NVR

This camera was an incredible deal. At first, I was thinking that it was too good a deal to be real. I took a chance, and I am glad I did. This solar powered camera has both a fixed camera and a PTZ camera. When displayed on either the app or the NVR it is looks like two pictures stacked one on top of the other. The picture is good, but it is not a super high-resolution camera. The camera is advertised as 4 megapixels. I am not sure if that is 2MP per lens or 4MP per lens.

You use the app to move the PTZ camera around. The camera has the ability to use a micro-SD card for storage, cloud storage (subscription), or can be connected to a Hiseeu NVR for recording. The package includes the camera, a solar panel to charge the camera, and a USB cable so you can charge the camera before installing. Also included is the solar panel, a mount for the solar panel, and a mount for the camera.

After testing this camera, I decided to purchase three more for my security setup. Setup is pretty simple and follows similar setup procedures as most Wi-Fi cameras. The camera uses the EseeCloud app.

A set of instructions are also included in the box along with a support email address. I have contacted the manufacturer for support in the past, and they are very responsive.

I own more than one of the Hiseeu products, and I have been very impressed with how well they work and how little trouble I have had using them.
