Great product and customer service
My experience with Hiseeu has been very good. These were purchased to use at our daughter's home. The product is easy to use, can use Ethernet or WiFi connection, installation with the app is quick and easy. Response to human detection and tracking is great. Picture quality (can switch from SD to HD) is quite acceptable. After several years of being subjected to Missouri weather the camera the one's we have installed at our home have done well. One of the biggest reasons we use Hiseeu is the quick and personable customer service. 5 stars just for that alone. Great cameras, great company.

Longevity in a harsh environment
Our condominium complex purchased five cameras from Hiseeu in 2021. We installed in a very harsh environment on the beach of the Gulf of Mexico. So far only one has failed, and all the cameras survived two hurricanes in 2024, including 100 MPH winds. (They didn't work when the power went out, but then came right back up when restored). We just purchased an upgraded camera to replace the one that failed. Incredibly easy to install and the app works great with multiple cameras. Great quality, and a great price!

Great wireless cameras
I had an issue with the camera. I contacted the Seller and they sent me a replacement camera. The camera was easy to connect to my wireless NVR and the Eseecloud App. The camera has great color and the PTZ works great.
