Great System, you can’t go wrong!

This is a great camera system! After our bullet camera system failed, we were looking for a better camera system with clear video that would leave no question about the identity of anyone entering our property or coming to our door. These cameras provide clear 5-megapixel pictures with all the features you could want. Color Night Vision, Vehicle or person tracking, and more! The setup and connectivity, cable length, and notifications were all just what we wanted. These cameras are affordable, and Hiseeu has Great Customer Service!

Great camera system and very competitive pricing!

I have a 7-camera Hiseeu system with a video server installed at our house, and I use Guard Station 3.0 to monitor everything. The system has been very reliable, easy to use, and provides excellent video coverage both during the day and at night. Setup and operation have been straightforward, and the remote monitoring features give us great peace of mind when we are away from home.

The video quality is clear, the system runs smoothly, and Guard Station 3.0 makes it very convenient to view all cameras in one place. Overall, I am extremely satisfied with this solution and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a dependable home security system.

very clear videos

These camera have really clear pictures day or night vision. We have never had security cameras before and they were easy to install and the entire system is easy to figure out. I really like the feature that you can set perimeter boundaries and when the boundary is crossed , you get a alert. I would recommend this system to anyone looking for a easy good quality security system.

I was a bit skeptical at first with a brand I haven't heard of before. I took a chance and purchased this system. Am happy I did. The cameras systems was easily installed.The camera quality is great. night vision works well.

Connectivity has always been stable since I have it below my home router The phone app works great. Customer service has been top notch if I ever needed any help. It was my first purchase for a security system. For me, it was a huge investment which would create peace of mind for my Mom who is elderly and lives alone. I did a lot of research and end up choose Hiseeu product. I was not disappointed. I did have a minor technical issue that was resolve extremely quickly by simply contacting the email give on the product. I am an extremely Happy customer and highly recommend this product for those of you looking for 24/7 security and peace of mind. Ps. The quality of the video is amazing! Great Product

Bought this CCTV home security. Love the fact it has colored night vision that is very clear, day time is just as good. I got the one with 1tb drive plenty of storage. Customer service is excellent as well.

I purchased this system in November of 2025. I was skeptical about the price of this system. It’s been four months since I purchased this, my skepticism is gone, replaced with being impressed.

I installed 18tb of storage, with 12 cameras going, I have 6 months of storage. The night vision is impressive, almost like daylight. The recordings mark if they detect people, vehicles and motion, all very cool. PTZ cameras are my best choice, so far. The phone APP is very easy to use, easy to access playback video. The support was outstanding, getting feedback most times within one day.

I live by Detroit Metro airport, I included a deer shot, very uncommon around here, nice to see it.

For the price, along with their support, I would buy these again.

Impressive Security Camera System

I absolutely love my PTZ Hiseeu 4K PoE Security Camera System—the video quality is incredibly sharp, the PTZ controls are smooth, and it gives me real peace of mind knowing my home is well-protected. When one of their cameras failed, Hiseeu’s customer service was outstanding, and they replaced it quickly and hassle-free, which truly shows that they stand behind their product and care about their customers.

Great wired cams don’t ever buy wireless

Would be a 4.5 but u can only set schedule for alarm light and not alarm light and alarm sound so during the day the light won’t turn on because it’s disarmed but the sound will still go off I called and there is no way to schedule both. Very good picture even tho my tv is only 1080P the app works great very low lag and fast loading

GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!

The camera system was easy to install (4-30-2025). There was one camera that was going offline occasionally, but after a few tests with tech support, they determined that the camera was faulty and sent me a replacement within days. The Tech support level is top quality and very expedient. For the price point, you get a lot of features, and the app hasn't disappointed me either. I can PTZ from anywhere, and it doesn't drop (yes I have high speed cable internet), and there is no lag on control from the app. Night vision is great too. Can use IFR and light to illuminate. Follows people moderately but if someone is running fast, it will lag a little.

Complete and impressive security camera package

This is a complete and impressive security camera package. Straight out of the box, setup was incredibly easy—just plug in the system and connect the cameras. They powered on immediately with audible confirmation, and even before full initialization, the video feed was live on my screen.

Installation was equally smooth. Mounting them under the eaves of my house was straightforward, and the cameras remained plug-and-play throughout. I could instantly access and control them via the mobile app, adjusting their view remotely with ease.

The video quality is excellent—great color and resolution. While working in the yard, I noticed the cameras tracking my movement, which was clearly marked with a green box on both live and playback footage. My truck was outlined in a blue box, indicating object recognition. Very impressed with the motion tracking and smart detection features.

The Pictures I added were Screen shots from my phone, not the PC. Which, as you can see are great Quality.

Best product and Customer service!

Wow! Customer service was so amazing, I don't know where to start.

I had an issue with my NVR a little after a year when I emailed Hiseeu. Summer contacted me for several days (at 11 pm her time - both days) to make sure my problem was resolved. Her dedication to solving my problem was beyond anything I could have expected.

From my experience with the product (which I love) and the customer service, I will be a customer for life.

Update: I wanted to mention how great these PTZ cameras are. Not only are they super clear, the PTZ feature allows you to mount these in cameras in unique spots. Here are 2 pics. One is under chimney. The other is under gutter. I can aim these anywhere. Great!

Amazing home security system

This system is amazing. We ordered the 6 camera set. The installation was easy. All the needed wiring was included with lengths of ethernet cord that were all long enough to reach every spot we wanted to install cameras. 1 of the cameras had an issue updating firmware, so we contacted their support and they replaced it promptly. Support was great and responded to me quickly. We go the replacement in a few days. We recommend this product to anyone that wants a great home security system and wants an easy installation. They look great, the color is very accurate, and the security features are wonderful.

Great quality cameras

Customer service has been amazing quick response through email or chat. We had just gotten a new set up for our internet, some of the issues were on out end and nothing to due with the cameras. With that being said Hiseeu was great at trouble shooting. When trouble shooting through the chat option detail instructions were then sent in detail this was great to print and have for future reference. I currently have 2 cameras up 4 more to go. The picture quality is great and range of coverage is wonderful. I am excited to have wired cameras. The book provided with cameras also gave great details on all setting. Very pleased with the purchase.

Impressed!

My mother was looking for a camera system for her house that would display it on some sort of TV. I also didnt want to have an electrician come out to rum power to the soffits of the house. Found this camera system that actually has its own monitor that can not on a dresser, and it runs off of POE which means the network cable that it comes with, also supplies power through that from the monitor.

Setup was easy and to my surprise, the unit came with a mouse so that we can manage the cameras from the monitor. With the 360 pan tilt, night vision, and audio recording, my mother has been happy. The monitor has two additional ports which means we can expand to 8 in the future. Customer service is also excellent.

Definitely recommended this setup.

Impressive Active Security Camera System

I was looking to replace an older security camera system, and was interested in this multi camera wired system. The cameras recognize people and vehicles, and follow them while in the set camera range.

This system was simple to install, easy to set up each camera and captures amazingly clear and crisp video clips. Setting up and connecting the app is easy, great way to have access to the huge hard drive space this system contains.

While going through some of the available adjustments of the screen that you see, I managed to turn the video upside down for one of the cameras, on the app. I wasn’t able to correct it myself, a short email off to support and I received back a detailed response with pictures of what I need to do to correct it.

Daylight is good test at night before installing

Tested a few cameras at once during day before installing was happy with it , after installing and several plain sight walks past all 6 cameras usually only 4 would automatically follow me even tho I tried each usually the middle ones didn't witch made me feel like I couldn't trick them but after night time trying the same I learned they none of them could be trusted to really secure me , night color vision definitely was the best of the 3 but not impressed at all the infrared did automatically follow the best but just a black and white blur constantly these pics are from night color late night walking smoking in front of each camera this one camera does have the most light around it but you can see straight thru me like a ghost and the rest look like I'm a Olympic runner point blank not satisfied , mainly with night video quality but even the daytime video (4k) lacks 2 of those ks compared to my other stationary cameras

Great product, stellar support.

This was one of the best purchasing experiences I have had, Upon ordering the product, it arrived in 48 hours. Setup was easy, and the varied lengths of cable were helpful in not having excess on the shorter runs. I did run into a problem where one of the cameras image was mirrored. I contacted support and I actually spoke to a representative! She diagnosed the problem and promptly sent a replacement. The best tech support I have experienced. She continued support via email and was very responsive. Summer detailed how to use the software to configure to my specific requests, including pictures to make it easy. The camera installs were easy with just a few mounting screws, routing the cable and done. I recommend this camera kit to anyone looking to enhance their security footprint. The clarity of the cameras along with the field of view is surprising. The auto tracking of people and cars is stunning, and the way the cameras return to their home position is really cool, This the first camera system where I don't see any lag regardless of their distance from the DVR. All in all a great buy.

Good price for an excellent product!!!

I have set up a cctv in our manufacturing plant but with a branded cctv. I wanted to setup another one in our house but I don’t want to spend so much money with the same brand we’re using in our plant.

When I received the product I tested it right away. And I was surprised that this product has the same powerful features as we have on our plant cctv. There three ways you can view the cameras.

First is the monitor connected to the NVR, second is through webpage so you can view it to your laptop or pc. Just make sure to have the same subnet with your NVR NIC. Then the last one is through CP App that you can view your cameras online wherever you are.

The only thing I was concerned was the sound coming from the hard drive like I have read in some of the reviews. Hopefully they could fixed it. It is working but cannot guarantee it will last.

Good quality with some cool features

Bought Hisseu camera system for an upgrade to current security system. I liked the PTZ POE camera system compared to the basic stationary video I had. Install was easy., plug and play! System comes with CAT 3 cables(would prefer CAT5). 3 wires are 60ft/3 are 100 ft which was nice. Clarity is much better than what I had. I like the humanoid detection that follows anyone that comes into view. I have mine setup to where one camera will pickup where another left off. Night vision is very clear. I would recommend this system for the price point under $400. System also has two way audio that is very clear. I like the instant playback feature which shows the last 5 minutes on any camera. My wife has the app downloaded so she can monitor while not at home. App has no monthly fees which is a bonus. It gives my wife a piece of mind while I'm at work.

Excellent Home/Small Office security camera setup

This system was incredibly easy to install and get up and running.

If you are looking for a simple security camera setup to install for home or a small business, this option may prove to be PRECISELY what you are looking for.

The hardware kit includes six cameras, each of which can be panned/tilted to provide a nice clear wide view of what you want to keep under observation even in the dark with excellent night vision. There is plenty of storage space (3TB) on the included NVR (Network Video Recorder) unit, giving you the option to go back quite far in time to review video footage. There are network cables included, but you can use your own (recommend CAT6) if you need to go for greater lengths than what is provided.

In order to install these, I needed to purchase some additional camera mounts to mount these to the underside of a horizontal surface, but if you plan on mounting these cameras to a vertical surface you will be good to go.

I have been extremely satisfied with the performance of this system, and would strongly recommend this all in one system if you are looking to get everything all at once.

The BEST User Friendly System

We installed all 6 cameras and ran the cables through our attic for protection from the elements. It only took a couple hours. The system is literally a plug-and-play connection, recognizing the cameras and adding them by itself. It was easy to adjust to the angles we wanted, set up the nightvision/lights to come on automatically, names the camera views, change the layout on the screen, secure it with a new password and more.

The free app used to view the cameras is just as good! I love being able to check on my dogs while I'm at work. The playback option right on the screen and in the app is so awesome.

After about 3 weeks of seamless use, the screen went black and the system shut down. I contacted tech support and they walked me through troubleshooting steps (both on the phone and email) and we pinpointed the problem to the harddrive. Without the harddrive plugged in, the system still worked, we could view all cameras on the screen and in the app - it just wasn't recording. THAT DAY they shipped out a new hard drive for free. I plugged it and BOOM back in business. They seriously care about their customers - excellent service and I will be recommending this system to everyone who wants extra security on their property.

We could not be happier, an excellent all-in-one security system with great picture/video quality at a fraction of the cost of others!!

Great system

Best camera system for the price. Great customer service. I did have a network card go out after my warranty expired but they promised to send me a new one. I will update later on this. Other than that the nvr works and records well. The cameras are very durable and have good resolution. They track human and animal detection well. However, they will not track automobiles. They will track atvs, golf carts and motorcycles. Anything where a human can be seen. The hard drive will record for about 35 days with 24 hour recording on all eight cameras. The images are good but the zoom is digital so it starts to distort the more you zoom in. I have a 16 camera system during and several wireless cameras on other systems and this is my favorite. Overall, I highly recommend this system.

Affordable and good quality and support

I purchased this system to see if I can monitor our local fairgrounds. I have setup the system locally in our office before moving all cameras outside, but so far everything works perfectly. Out of the box I have been able to connect cameras using a 300 foot POE cable, and using POE extenders I can even go up to 900 feet, well exceeding my expectations.

My plan is to start with six cameras throughout the fairgrounds, and then expand over time with more cameras.

I had a problem with one of the cameras which was caused by my own issue, and support via email was extremely fast and efficient.

Setup was very easy - out of the box every thing worked right away and there are many options to customize the system to our needs. I am very happy with the purchase and will continue to look further into this company's solutions.

Love how they track and return to their original place after the event is over! Great camera system!

Great color night vision!

Spend months look for a system, finally found one that really good and fits my budget. I Like the clear image that this system has .the 24h recording will insured that you get to see anyone coming in to the property.

We bought the 5mp system, and it’s awesome, human tracking is great and very responsive . I will update this review as time goes by.

Great quality product!

It had all of the features that I wanted (and then some!), and the system has a really good price as well. I wanted to get rid of the wifi cameras that I had and go with a PoE system. The trickiest part of setting this up is running the ethernet cables -- it's not difficult, but you'll want to decide if you want the cables running through your attic, or stapled up under the eaves. I opted for the attic just to keep them out of sight and out of the weather. As for the NVR itself, I also purchased a UPS and tucked them both away on an upper closet shelf. I also replaced the wired mouse that came with the system, with a wireless mouse -- makes it so much easier if the NVR isn't close to hand.

Once I got the first three cameras up and running, I was *very* surprised at the quality. Don't know if you can tell from my photos, but these cameras are awesome -- very very sharp, and they'll do color at night if there's just enough light. A huge upgrade from what I had been using. I opted for the 6 camera system, and I can add more cameras later if needed.

Setup is easy as well, just follow the manual and you'll be up and running in no time. I can say that I had a couple of questions prior to the install, and Hiseeu answered my emails very quickly. Nice to have a company that is responsive like that.

I'm looking forward to using this system for years to come.

Not the best user interface

To start, the cameras seem to be zoomed in too far but it may be to make up of the lack of any zoom feature. The night vision quality is really good and the trailer in the picture is 150 feet away. I was under the assumption that there were spotlights on these cameras but there are not. The day-time quality is good but there is no zoom and if you pinch to zoom the quality is garbage. The nvr software is very difficult to understand and i thought i was tech savy.

The best quality of the system is that when you plug the cameras up they are detected and added.

It says there is human detection but i have yet figured out how to get it to work. Everything I tried says that feature was not supported. I also assumed that it meant it would talk also but it does not. After 6 hours I have up trying. I think it will record so that's all i will use it for. Besides that, I have found better cameras in a solar package for $40 each. If I had not spent 4 hours running the lines through the attic I would have returned the system.

This system will record, you can move the cameras and control it by app. Other than that, don't expect much.

I really wanted to like the cameras but they just aren't what i was expecting.
