Great system, good quality video for a few days, then the internal 1Tb Hd stopped working. It won’t format, so it won’t record. Factory reset didn’t help. Frustrating. Customer support contacted, I’ll adjust my review if they quickly fix or replace. Or I’ll be returning.

Amazing camera system, would highly recommend! The system has got everything you need, length of the canera wire is a plus making the setup way easier then it's just plug and play. The 8MP camera is a definitely better, sound is clear both ways on the 2-way audio unlike my old camera. I love that it has a siren and light too. Images on the 10 in screen are clear and crisp, playback is great and you can save and download specific scenes/videos ike a breeze.

Trash. I bought this with the understanding that 4K is WAY better than 1080p, 4X BETTER!!!
It's the same if not worse. Yes it has lights on demand and 2-way voice control, but who cares? My doorbell has that. The color night vision is cool, but this system costs $50 more than the quality garbage I bought 8 years ago.

The 4k NVR is easy to setup and add cameras which works with wifi 5ghz for me (not like other products which supports only 2.4ghz) as I wanted to be. NVR is handy, can be placed anywhere and accessible easily. I got stuck on mobile set up, online support was friendly and provided me step by step set up instruction. totally worth for what I paid.

The WiFi-Pro 4K camera system works so well, I decided to buy another one for my daughter. This time I bought this Security Camera System with 10” Touch Screen NVR.
This system is so compact and integrated with the touch screen. I can put it everywhere, such as in the kitchen, where I can access it easily. I am so glad this complete system provides everything that we need, even including the touch screen for monitoring and control. That saves me from buying an external monitor and finding space to put it. Although the system comes with a mouse, I can use my finger on the touch screen to do everything I need. Again, the setup is a breeze. I show to my daughter. She enjoys the portability of this all-in-one wireless NVR. The night vision is superb. The human body detection notification is another bonus to this system. It’s perfect! It gets everything we need.

A significant upgrade from a 3 mp system
This is a replacement for my 3 years old system. The image quality is superb and the night video is amazing. The system comes with 4 cameras, but I connect previous cameras for additional coverage. Overall, this is an excellent 4K wireless system.
The system is very easy to setup. The wireless connection is solid. I enjoy the 8MP video quality and the compactness of this system. It is an outstanding value for a 4K wireless security system.

I tried and returned 3 other poe brands claiming “smart” color night vision. I learned that “smart” is when the spotlight starts blinking which gives a blurry picture and then turns off and I am back to black and white. So I thought I would try wireless. To my surprise, it provides a realistic color view. The secret --- on the Hiseeu monitor, click on the “light control” icon and select “full color night vision”. Beautiful day and night pictures. I am adjusting to leaving the monitor on all the time (it is the dvr for recording 24/7 and the 24 hr format can't be changed to 12 hr). Excellent customer support who responds quickly to emails. Very easy to set up. I also have their traditional bnc system but the wireless system is my new fav.

This is my second Hiseeu camera system,and so far I am very pleased.Took only two hours from start to finish setting up.Very clear viewing at night and day so hoping for a long lasting system.

I have had this brand of security camera systems for my house, office, and other houses for over 4.5 years. I have around 17+ cameras I think, lol. They work very well and still record perfectly. I bought these 8MP singular cameras to upgrade my original 3MP ones, and even though my old ones are good, these newer high quality ones are super nice! They record smooth and the picture is crisp and clear. At night it is in full color and I can see anything that my be around my house quick and easy. It connects easy to my old NVR system and I can access them fast on the app. These systems are very affordable and worth the investment, versus those thousand dollar ones. Quick to set up, install, and use, literally plug and play. Must buy for your security needs at home, inside your home, office, business, storage, etc. Good buy overall.

This security camera has a wide angle lense to cover a large area. It is easy to install and set up. The motion detection area and time can be selected on your phone so that you can avoid unwanted alert. It can be used at home and offices. It is highly recommended.

Camera was added easily to the Eseecloud app. The mount is easy to work with and the Wi-Fi hasn't been a problem for the time I have had the camera install. Severe storms went thru today and camera never missed a beat. Picture seems very clear. Nice wide angle of view also. Am using the camera to monitor our backyard pool.
Have not had to contact customer service for this camera but the few times I have had to in the past they have always answered in less than a day and been very helpful.
I added a couple of pictures of the difference between "smart" night vision and "color" night vision that can be adjusted in the settings.

This camera has many positives, sharp image, good night vision, and solid construction. As for integrating into an existing system most systems (like Ring) don't allow for this and I'm not knowledgeable enough about wireless networks to make it work. Kudos to those who do. Adding an app to my phone is not a big deal as there are so many apps on it I don't use, one more that I do is ok with me. Set up could be easier but it's doable.

Got this Hiseeu 8MP wireless cam for the pool area. The setup wasn’t as slick as I had hoped—'wireless' video still means a power cord. Thinking of going Power-Video-Ethernet for a solid connection. The dual WiFi is cool if your router's close. But the night vision? That’s where this thing shines—lights up the pool like daytime. It’s fixed, no pan-tilt-zoom moving around, but the picture is sharp. Quick shipping, beat the tariff hike. Just wish the setup were easier. Four stars.
