The cameras are lightweight, easy to mount, and have high picture quality. I'm not a fan of the triple horsetail wires that hang/have to be wrapped as it looks unkempt, but that's cosmetic. They are there in case you want to be ultra-secure and wire *everything* up (i.e., audio and ethernet). Otherwise, they work wirelessly. I have four of these and will be ordering more for my other properties.

Had an issue with one of my cameras, contacted customer service. Walked me through try to troubleshoot the problem, determined that it was a faulty camera. Within days received a new replacement. They did an awesome job of resolving my issue. Thank you

Ordered the Hiseeu Wireless Security Cameras for our outdoor use. Setup was easy and photo quality is awesome. we had one small issue that needed to be addressed , we could see the cameras on our phones as long as we were at home and on wifi, but as soon as we moved away from the house we could not pick up the data feed. was not sure what to do so I tryed the Hiseeu Live chat and got ahold of Abby who was very helpful and try all within her power to help fix the issue. After a few moments later she gave our info to hiseeu customer service and said they would be in touch. It took them less then 1/2 a day to get back and they located the problem. The firmware in our NVR needed to be updated, so they sent me a new copy to download and install. That took only a few minutes and after the install and reboot the system and phones are working perfect. A big thank you to Abby and the customer service department for there quick and amzing help. I would refer them to any one having the same issues as I. Great value and security, attached is a photo from one of the cameras showing there clarity. Thank you again.

I’ve been using this Hiseeu camera for a few days, and it works great! Connecting it to the EseeCloud app was very smooth and took only a couple of minutes. The video quality is clear both day and night. Highly recommend it for home security!

Very easy to set up. Attached NVR to my Mesh by ethernet cable. Cameras all were preprogrammed to connect. I had to add a extender for my shop about 100feet away now it works great. Good value for the money. The antennas are the only thing that show in the house. Mounted NVR up and down wish it had mounting holes in back.

These cameras are great. Top camera is fixed and you can control the bottom camera. They integrated perfectly into my Hiseeu security camera system. Even though it's two cameras in one it only takes up 1 channel in the system. I love the flashing warning lights when it detects a human form. I will definitely be purchasing another Hiseeu system.

We really needed a new camera system with lots of cameras that didn’t break the bank. We also wanted a system that had its own storage and not a cloud storage (even though these do offer a cloud storage option) These cameras are really great. The picture is clear, and each camera is basically 2 cameras, one stays where you mount it and the one below you can move in any direction. You can also set them to track movement. At night when somebody walks by we have a light that blinks that alerts they are on camera. The app is also very easy to use, and always functions as intended.

I love love these cameras! The double view is amazing and helpful! I use them for my front door as well as to keep an eye on my chickens,quail and even my dogs! Unlike my old cameras there are 0 ads! I can also view my camera for as long as I want without having to “upgrade” I did have an issue with my dvr but I contacted the seller and they are sending me a brand new one! Very helpful support! Very much an upgrade from my last camera where they made you watch and add just to view your camera!

easy to use with a 1TB NVR recorder? Both 2.4 and 5 GHz Wi-Fi networks support with two-way voice communications! In the package you get mounting hardware. I am very satisfied with the image quality and how much value is here when compared to other NVR systems on the market. This Hiseeu systems works with other Hiseeu cams such as the indoor models (Model Number AU-FJ5C-Series). Don't take my work get one try it and see for yourself.

We suffer a fire recently and lost some of our cameras from our Costco system that I always thought was a good system, but I had had it over 10 years. I spent a long time scanning all the security systems trying to find one that I would be happy with where I could move the camels around and see in spots that normally a camera wouldn’t be pointed at with these cameras you’re able to scan all your open areas and zoom in. My favorite is the tracking feature where it identifies individuals that come into your view of your camera and track them through your property, moving your cameras around keeping them in view at all times and notifying the next camera and so on seems to be very easy to install has been very easy to Traverse And learn to search through recorded video and find what you looking for. Extremely well-made, high quality, good value for the money you can’t go wrong with the system you can add more cameras to it. I added a wireless mouse to it, which made more of an ease for me.

I can’t say enough good things about this seller. I bought this system and it was so easy to install. The price point is great for the quality you receive. The system works flawlessly now that I have worked with customer service (had a few problems to begin with) but the customer service team is great. Problem was mostly me not understanding the system. The connection through wifi seems to give me great service to about 60 feet. And the picture is excellent in both daytime and night vision. These folks were fantastic at helping me get this done correctly and we love our new security system. I highly recommend them. Thank you

These worked great out of the box. They self connected and have worked great so far. We bought an additional 2 and those worked perfect. I’d recommend these for good quality and great price. The wide angle capture covers a lot of area. Just don’t place your cameras too far from the base. Longer distances and obstructions are natural barriers to signals.
Update: July 2026. One camera became unable to connect and function. After a call to customer service my problem quickly had a solution. I was asked to send a few screen shots of the issue along with a copy of my invoice. A few days later a brand new one arrived at my door. It was up and connected in minutes. Great customer service!!

Las cámaras llegaron bien empaquetadas, tienen una calidad de imagen buena, te permite mientras q la cámara de arriba se mantiene fija girar la cámara de abajo permitiéndote tener una vista completa del lugar, buena calidad del producto, material resistente, tiene 2G y 5G para mayor calidad de wifi, además trae dos cámaras.
