I bought a NEW one, and it's fine. The sound quality is pretty good for the price paid. Setup was plug-n-play with my LG B3 (OLED65B3PUA), which was AMAZING. Used the included HDMI connection to the eARC HDMI3 input.
Instructions are dismal! I still can't quite figure out what the "3D" button on the remote does. I don't hear much difference. It's supposed to "enhance" the 3D sound experience.
They obviously don't do anything other than slap tape on the box and put it back up for sale. CAVEAT EMPTOR!

Decent sound system on a budget
The center speaker isn't as large as it appears in the listing. But, it did solve the audio probkems we were have with a name brand sound bar. Even when set to dialog, that sound bar always made dialog quiet then sound effects would blow out our ears. Even turning off surround on chromecast didn't solve that. Prime video is the only app that has a setting to boost the dialog to overcome this issue.
We don't have that problem anymore. The sound is good, it has acceptable volume and bass.
The problems:
When the speaker turns on it doesn't stay at the last set volume. It goes to an absurd level of 14 of 30 which is extremely loud. Our usual listening level is between 5 and 7.
The led display often stays on showing the input (ARC) which is bright and distracting (it can be seen in the photo). Sometimes changing the volume makes it disappear, but usually need to pull out the remote for the speaker and turn mute on an off. Even when it does shut off, it takes 30 seconds. This of course requires the use of multiple remotes rather that just our chromecast remote.
We consider this unit to be a good value even with the annoyances.

Great for small applications, but not large rooms.
It is a great little ATMOS surround sound system, but it is not appropriate for a large entertainment room. It would be great for a small computer gaming station or streaming on a small scale.
The price for what you get is pretty good, there is multiple other offerings for more or less what this offer, but in 7.1.
Ease of set up was simple & straight forward.
Bluetooth is strong, and you do not lose quality of sound across the gap.
It functions as it should, although it could use some tweaking on the 5.1 surround responses, it is a fancy sound bar at the end of the day.
Build quality, I have no complaints, although it could of been better suited with two subs, and longer wires.
All n All it is a great entry level atmos surround sound system, perfect for computer gaming or small room entertainment.

Well packaged decent quality sound bar.
Sound is decent, set up is easy.
For the money I think its a good value.
The only downside i can see is the plastic does feel a little on the cheaper side.
But aside from that it does great, plays music and looks great.
Easy to connect to so far no issues.

Fantastic sound quality with a few quirks.
I really love this but I have two small gripes.
First let's talk about what I love. The sound is really high definition. It is fantastic sound quality. Rich in treble and deep in base. It is easy to connect and operate and gives you several options for how you connect it.
Now for my two gripes. It always turns up to level 15 volume when I turn it on. That's usually too loud for most things I am watching and so I am always having to turn it down when I first turn it on. Thr other gripe is a little bit more of an annoyance. My sound bar takes longer to react to my turning it on than I expected to the point that when I first connected it I thought it wasn't working but I was actually accidentally turning it on and off over and over. You have to wait maybe 2 seconds but there is a delay when the light comes on. I guess the other thing is I haven't figured out if I can set a default input type because I have also had to select that each time I turn it on. Overall thought this thing performs well is well worth it. My older dvds and vcrs now have full bodied sound!!

Great Sound Quality
I love the quality of sound that this soundbar produces. It makes watching movies and listening to music much more enjoyable. The bass is deep and rich, while the treble is clear and crisp. The soundbar is also sleek and modern, making it a great addition to my home entertainment setup. It easily connects to my TV and other devices via Bluetooth or HDMI. I appreciate how versatile it is, as I can use it for my TV and music without switching between different systems.

Works great.
This little system sounds great and was easy to set up and use. I didn't even have to look at its manual once. All the controls work just fine like they should. Arc works just fine, too. The subwoofer works great and pumps out the bass; just consider that it's not going to shake you or anything like that, but it will add a lot to the sound.
For me, there was an extra bonus: the subwoofer is a passive system getting it's output signal via a small cord from the soundbar itself. That was perfect 'cause I already had a setup where I could use that to power my 12 inch sub instead of just the included sub. So, I can shake the room if I want to by just switching subs using, well, a speaker switch.
Still, the sub that comes with this little unit is quite decent on its own. It's the better of the two in a major way 'cause it's tuned to the system.
Bluetooth works just fine. The included remote will even control the media being played on your phone.
The usb input works just fine too. You can use that to pump out the tunes.
One thing to note is that in stereo mode, you'll get most of your sound from the front speakers, It would have been nice to be able to pipe more of that over to the surrounds, but that's not a deal breaker at all.
