How many ways do I love thee, tablet? Let me count.

Size: You fit perfectly on my desk without making me feel like I'm sacrificing any screen space. This was my biggest reason for getting a tablet of my own, as my spouse's took up most of my desk, it felt like.

Connectivity/Compatibility: Very easy to set up. Is completely compatible with Windows 11 (is that what I have?) and I have had no connectivity issues at all.

Accessories: It came with a pen, a pen holder and a bunch of extra nibs. Very useful.

Weight: This is no different than holding a small tablet. Very easy to carry and move around.

Other: I LOVE that I can set up what the buttons on the pen and the monitor do. It makes my work SO much easier. And maybe I use the button set to scroll bigger and smaller too much because it's just fun. I also like that it's compatible with Spotify and I can use it to pause or change my music. ... I just need a sticky note to remember what button I assigned to what, LOL.

The tablet feels like drawing directly in the paper

Honestly, this tablet beats a Wacom so much, the roll controllers in the left are 😘

Really amazing tablet!

I bought this after buying the original kamvas pro 16. After I used the original for a few days and I started noticing the outdated hardware and all of the issues with the older kamvas', it drove me so crazy. Thankfully I did see they made a v2 of the tablet with some upgraded hardware, and the new pen tech that addressed the blaring problems with the old one. After the trials and tribulations I went through with the delivery & return of my first one, it was definently worth it because this tablet is genuinely amazing!

The size, the feel of using the pen & the accuracy of it is super good. It makes drawing a really natural feeling experience. I 100% reccomend this! The huion tablets with pentech 4.0 are amazing.

The setup is super easy aswell. The display is so great too.

Bastante satisfecho, haber saltado de una wacom intuos ctl490, a una con pantalla es brutal ya de por si el salto de 1k a 16k de niveles de presion es bastante notable, solo con apoyar ligeramente el lapiz ya comienza a marcarse sobre el lienzo.

El vidrio de la pantalla es bastante agradable sumado a las puntas de fieltro da una sensacion como si estuviera dibujando sobre papel los botones son bastantes accesibles y creo que se pueden varias combinaciones con las rueditas.

La construccion el frame y el cuerpo son de plastico, no tengo queja de ese apartado inicialmente pensaba que el area de la pantalla iba a ser mas pequeña pero teniendola de frente es otra cosa, aun asi trabajo con pantallas grandes asi que en algunos programas se siente chica la pantalla. Ademas tiene un tamaño que no es ni muy grande ni muy pequeña lo que me es ideal para llevarla en mi mochila a clases de la universidad.

Una cosa que si me hubiese encantado serian que los botones fueran retroiluminados como el boton de encendido pero por el precio no creo que se pueda pedir mas

Me gustó mucho es de buena calidad el lápiz tiene muy buena presión, se siente muy bien al dibujar ,lo único malo que puedo decir por ahora es que no he podido subirle el brillo ala tableta sin que se apague

Fantastic product, no regrets.

I’m really happy with this drawing tablet. I had a very old Wacom cintiq that was no longer compatible with modern computers but was dreading how much anything similar would cost but this was a great affordable option.

Set up is easy, pen feels good, tablet is light but not too light. I was worried the scroll on the side would be a problem since I’m a lefty but it hasn’t been. Screen is good quality. Pen tracking is good, I am struggling to get variable pressure response but I’m also working in new software so it might be user error.

2 points to consider:

1) Don’t forget this tablet needs a computer/laptop. One of my few complaints is the 3 in one cable is a little inconvenient with the port locations on the laptop I’m using (hdmi is on the left and both USB’s are on the right next to the power plug, laptop is old enough c ports don’t support power), i did find a way to arrange things to solve the issue but i have a feeling the cord with be my point of failure in the future.

2) this screen is not touch compatible, my old one wasn’t either but I do catch myself having the impulse to pinch zoom.

Overall very happy with this product and would fully recommend to anyone I know.

Best Drawing Tablet for the Price

Great overall drawing tablet. Setup can be complicated at first if your a new user, I recommend to look up guides online while setting up. Also a good 2nd monitor !

Good for starters

This is a really good table for starters/tighter budget but if you want something bigger, get the Kamvas 16.

I enjoy drawing with it but I find myself going back to my keyboard instead of using the buttons on the actual table.

Setup is easy, drawing with it feels smooth. I’ll definitely be using this for a while.

The Best Drawing Tablet I've used!

Ive been drawing for over ten years and Ive used both pad tablets and an Ipad for my art prior to this. I have to say this easily blows both out of the water, being able to draw on the screen while also having all the features that desktop art programs have has been such a greaat experience so far. I've been using Krita with it as my art program, though I do intend to use Clip Studio Paint with it in the future. Great Display, the colors are beautiful. Perfect size, it's screen is bigger than my laptop's screen by about an Inch! Very well made, Durable, Portable, and Easy to set up. I genuinely have no complaints just a great tablet. Heres the video from when I first opened it/turned it on and my first few drawings on it! Also for anyone wondering I am 22 years old.

I don’t think it’s worth the effort.

When I plugged it into my pc, the tablet screen flickered on and off. When I plugged it in again would say no signal and power saver. Should be easy, but it isn’t.

This tablet is perfect for those of us getting started in digital drawing. The screen texture feels great, and the pen has great pressure sensitivity. Highly recommend!

An excellent drawing tablet

The tablet’s build quality is excellent, and the brightness is more than adequate for indoor use. The anti-glare coating could be improved, but everything else performs exceptionally well for the price. The shortcut buttons feel solid, responsive, and genuinely useful during workflow, making the overall experience more efficient. It’s also very easy to set up, and the display looks fantastic. The included stand adds a lot of comfort while drawing. Overall, I’d recommend this tablet to beginners or anyone looking to upgrade from an older model without spending too much.

Immersive (if you're close to an outlet)

On the whole I found this tablet good quality and it really grew on me once I started getting used to it. The screen feels nice, just a tiny bit scratchy in a GOOD way. You can just kinda lean into it and get immersed in your work. Since I'm using it with an older, non-primary computer anyway (see below) just went ahead and installed the driver. It kind of worked without but it wasn't great; you really do need their driver. I don't know the security of the software but it seemed pretty decent as far as working reliably and easy to use.

The major limitation of this model is that it doesn't work just over USB-C. The only option is to stick with the included splitter cable and plug it in to USB-A, HDMI, plus a wall wart. So this is better for with desktop usage or an older laptop; it's not particularly portable.

The other big drawback is that there's no multitouch functionality. You can set up the slider area to scroll OR to zoom (and switch it with the bottom-most button) but it's only up/down and from the center. So you're kind of on your own to navigate. The pen felt a little twitchy to accidentally activate until I got more careful about holding it. The stand is pretty basic but so far hasn't given me any trouble.

I'm on the fence as far as the rating. Because in use it really feels 5 stars. It's a nice display and a lovely surface and just a really cool experience. But the missing portability (no cover, lots to plug in…) and older connectivity makes this feel kind of dated. I've been really enjoying it though and so I'll let my bias for having a chance to review this round it up!

Absolutely amazing for a drawing tablet! I adore it so much!! Would highly reccommend it. Its very smooth and easy to draw with, as well as to setup.

Just remember to download the Kamvas 13 (Gen 3) driver onto your device so you can change your shortcuts and test it out

Problems out of the box + update

This is right out of the box. Is there a fix for this i can’t send it back as i am behind on a project. It feels nice to draw on and its a nice size but this a huge step back. And trust me its affordable but not broke part timer affordable. Points for being easy to setup and hopefully i just got a defective and not all of them are like this

Update: huion reached out to me and offered me technical support to see if the problem could be fixed but we couldnt so they offered to replace the whole thing for free. The new tablet was delivered pretty fast so thank you to their customer support for being fast and understanding.

Minus the first set back and judging my review based only on the product itself i still think its pretty good. Decent size and the screen finish makes it very satisfying to draw on. The pen is nice and not too big it has 3 extra keys on it for color select, eraser, and the third opens a small keypad on screen of course these can be changed. The amount of keys on the side and 2 scroll wheels are very helpful and I rarely have to reach for the keyboard or add an extra pad for commands.

Bought 2, For my boyfriend and myself!

I am so glad I bought this when I did, my bf was coming to visit from UK and thought I'd surprise him with a 2 year anniversary gift. He's always wanted to get into drawing. He was so excited, he almost bursted into tears ❤️

As for my experience with it, it's been phenomenal.

Finally upgraded from using my iPad pro using Procreate which either the pen would die or the iPad and it'd really kill my flow which was already hard to get with art block.

I've been able to attend ArtFight using this drawing tablet and the free app Krita, I'm so happy I'm able to get back into drawing as I've always loved to draw since I was a little girl and thought I'd lost my flame but Huion has helped me keep that passion lit with this amazing little powerful device (I say little but it's pretty massive 😉)

Great product, great price!

The KAMVAS 13 (Gen 3) tablet offers an impressive performance for its price! It has vibrant colors, sharp display and the screen fells smooth and natural thanks to the awesome PW600 pen they made, making drawing a pleasure. I chose this tablet because of little to no parallax it has, its small vessels and the calibration report, which feels like a game changer for a tablet in this price range! Overall it's very reliable, responsive and great for beginners and aspiring professionals.

Another amazing aspect from HUION is their customer service. They're quick to respond, genuinely helpful and try to resolve issues as efficiently as possible. Unfortunately, I had an issue with my tablet but their post-sale support was great and helped me through the whole process.

I would totally recommend this brand to a fellow artist!

Used product?! Disappointed.

Got a used product. It has stains on the stand and the tablet itself had no wrapping. I paid this knowing how excited I was going to be but this was very disappointing. Even outside the box had some stains.

Highly recommend.

This tablet is by far the best I’ve owned, and I’ve owned several tablets in my life for the past 15 years. It is extremely light in your lap or can be propped up- the space is perfect for drawing. It acts as a second monitor. There is absolutely no lag. The touch sensitivity is all based around the pen, and I really enjoy it not being touch screen because that would always drive me crazy. The tablet is easy to use and understand, and does not lie about its button compatibility between the listed Drawing Programs advertised. I use clip studio paint. I’m not much of an artist, but I will post the art I did using the tablet. 100% worth it!
