Defective product
Defective as it is egg shaped on the cylinder so it wobbles. Everything went great on the install so that isn’t the issue. It is balanced as well. It’s just a defect in the product.

My glass from the lamp fell and broke, my fault. I need to buy a new glass, but I don't know how to do it. I need help.

We needed a low profile fan in our sunroom due to the slightly lower ceiling. Before installation, I sprayed the blades cobalt blue to match our decor. This thing is so powerful that it carries the air deep into our adjoining greatroom. It's also quiet. The light is very nice and illuminates the room without hurting your eyes. The convenient remote turns the light and fan on/off and controls fan speed.

This fan's description is extremely misleading. After spending $300 on an electrician to install it, I discovered that it actually uses a proprietary LED panel instead of standard LED bulbs. Very disappointing!

I bought one of these a few years ago and it always wobbled, I bought a new one because I liked the style and the second one also wobbled. I returned it and am still stuck with a wobbly fan. Hunter usually checks all the boxes, super disappointing.

I expected a hunter fan would be a quality buy but that’s not the case. I bought two of these for two guest rooms. The ceiling heights in the rooms are 8’ and the rooms are smaller so I was looking for a smaller low profile fan. Yep, hunter hit those two requirements and that’s where it stopped.
First, every fan blade or the motor wobbles. Tried to adjust each blade and nothing works.
Second, before buying look at the motor base measurements. It’s enormous and something I didn’t even consider until I had them hung. No joke they look like freshly cut tree stumps.
Third, the black remotes have two buttons. Light on or off and fan. No adjustment for brightness. And the black remote when mounted next to a white light switch looks like garbage.
I wish I could return these but I missed the return window. bought during a remodel and they say for over a month before I installed them.
Complete waste of $200 x2.
Already ordered two new fans to replace these

I got the fan today and installed it. My only complaint is the screws to the fan blades strip when being screwed into the motor housing. The first two blades went in fairly well but the third blade was a pain. I had to buy 10/32 screws from a hardware store and a few of those stripped too. Overall, it’s a nice looking fan for our small back room and it runs nicely.

Purchased two of these to switch out older fans in our home. Love the modern look to them. Installation wasn’t too bad with instruction manual. I wish the light was a little brighter.

This is my 3rd ceiling fan install so it went fairly smoothly. The instructions were clear to me, not sure what others were stating that the instructions weren't clear. First one took me about an hour including setting up the ladder and tools, the second one about 45 minutes all in.
Not much to report other than the following:
Pros: quiet on speed 1 , slight wobble at max speed. Moves an average amount of air but not too much for both a 12 x 10 and 16 x 10 bedroom.
Does appear to recall the last setting if the wall light power switch is turned off.
Cons: no timer for fan or light. Silver finish on the fan blades scratches very easily.

Easy installation of this ceiling fan. It works as it should. The LED light has a dimming feature and works great.
Although, the fan did not fit flush against the ceiling. I will have to find a molding to put around it. Hunter does not make a ceiling molding for this unit.
The remote is black????? Why when ordering a white ceiling fan they send you a black remote ?????? I want a white one. Also why is not the ceiling molding included in this ?
Otherwise it works great !!!!!!

Bought this fan for my office. I have another hunter fan in my bedroom which is why I decided to stick to this brand. The fan has a very sleek look and fits perfectly into my rectangle shaped office. The base is pretty bulky and instructions weren’t great to first get things started but still pretty straight forward. My biggest complaint is the light is more of a soft/warm white where I prefer cool/daylight white and it’s an LED so not sure if I have the option to purchase a different light piece (stay tuned)! I saw some reviews that their remote had a beep but I don’t have a beep on mine and everything still seems to be working appropriately. When I first turned the fan on it was loud and the top looked crooked so I just did a little wiggling with it and it settled and now it’s SO QUIET. I would recommend.

I am very pleased with this fan that I installed in my home office. I am not a super handy man or an installer and I had to work a bit more than I expected to install it, but all went well. It works awesome. My wife now wants the same in our guess bedroom but with the blades the other way around (wooden look).

Bought two of these after returning similar looking Harbor Breeze fans to Lowe’s. Light is much too dim even on its brightest setting. Remote works when it wants to. Reasonably quiet considering I have severe sensory issues. The fastest setting sometimes makes clicking noises as it spins. These were installed by our handyman in identical 10x11 rooms. He had no complaints about the installation process. They do move the air nicely and I’m guessing are about as good as it gets for this price point.

I feel like the light isn't really bright enough. But the fan works well- there is some shaking at higher speed. It's is large so be careful with your measurements. Looks great and comes with a remote.

I finally found a fan I like! Love the style, the size, and the light, actually. I was concerned when I read the reviews indicating the light was too dim but, as you can see, it is perfectly bright for this room (about 12x14 ft). It works really well, and it’s very quiet at at full speed. The remote and its buttons are a bit unpredictable though and, on the slow fan setting, it makes this clicking noise that I truly hope we can fix because that’s our preferred setting . I’ll post an update once we do fix it (or don’t).
REVISED: The clicking sound fixed itself. We installed a second fan (52 in) in our family room where it does not look as bright, but it still is an excellent, modern, low profile fan

I stopped during installation thinking I missed a step to put on some type of dress ring to cover the silver mounting screws and the gap between the ceiling. See photos. I changed the two screws on the slots to flathead to be more flush and covered with white tape. It looks better but disappointing. I will get some white screws or paint the other two. It also seems that the fan does not remember the last speed. So every time you turn on the fan it starts at max and you have to readjust the speed if you don’t want fast speed. This is going to be the norm and annoying. Otherwise so far the fan is quiet. I have yet to see how the LED light will work when it gets dark. Also the mounting bracket screw slots do not extend close enough to reach old style fan mounting box covers. I had to drill two new holes to get it to mount. See photo.

These work great and look great. They are super quiet and really improve the temperature of small rooms (~120sqft). Took the electrician only about ~30min to install two of them.

Wish they’d put a ring at the top to hide the screws but otherwise a perfect fan for a medium sized room like a bedroom. Wooden side of the blades looks great

Ordered two of these, however I paid someone to do it so not sure how easy it was. So far, i love them! So quite, light isn't too bright or too dim, and great speeds. It says right on instructions how to disable the beep. Love that blades can be black or wood. I ordered one for guest room, loved it so ordered a 2nd for bedroom. May now even order a 3rd for kitchen.

I was expecting this fan to be difficult to install but it comes with a safety hook that allows you to hang the body of the fan to the ceiling mount to make wire connection easier. Its a GREAT Fan, no noise and comes with a remote that changes Fan speed and turns on the light with a push of a button. Loved it so much I bought two of them!
CM
It took me forever to pick out a fan and this one is the right combination of form and function. The remote is so important! Read the piece of paper that comes with it so you know how to turn off the beeping so many reviewers complain about and to change the direction in summer/winter. My only complaint is that the motor housing arrived bent, so as the fan turns you can see a wobble even though it’s balanced. It doesn’t seem to affect the performance or noise level, it’s just not that pretty.

I have very low ceilings and I am 5'11" tall. I needed a fan in all 3 bedrooms because it gets hot. This fan is prefect. It is very quiet and I can not here it running at night on the lower settings. My husband had no issues installing them. He has a limited knowledge of installing electrical things. I love laying in bed and turning the fan up or down and not getting up to pulling a string.
Michael Kubasek
I was looking for a fan that had a low ceiling clearance for an attic space.. This fan was absolutely ideal for that solution.

Everything about this fan is quiet, functional and beautiful - except for the light kit. There is a large gap between the globe and the body of the fan, and the white light/LED mounting bracket shows. When I complained to Hunter they confirmed - yes, that is how it is, nothing you can adjust away. The LED illumination is uneven as well - ruins all the sleekness of the fan. And no, you can't NOT install the light kit.

I used the metallic side of the blades. Would have considered the wood side sort of look but not a great looking representation of wood. Be nice if the remote was color of switch plates as my other Hunter fan has. Kind of looks like a giant bug on the wall. Very satisfied with it overall Thew instructions are very good. Bags with screws are very well labeled.

Beautiful fan, read the reviews and gave it a chance, well it arrived quickly, installed fairly easy, then turned it on and oops new definition of round n round. As you see by the video, that we took when we had to remove it, a big leveling issue. Returned and disappointed with Hunter brand back to Harbor Breeze.

A decent looking fan marred by visible mounting screws and a loud beeping when using the remote.
Runs silently, but loud beeping would wake anyone in the room.

The fan looks great in a 10’X10’ room. But don’t kid yourself and think the beeping won’t bother you. I thought how bad can it be, we’ll only turn it on or off a couple of times per day? Well it beeps when you turn the light on, it beeps when you turn the light off, it beeps when you turn the fan on, it beeps when you turn off the fan. And in a small room the beep is horrifically loud. What in the world was Hunter thinking. I can tell you one thing, I will always read reviews very closely and if a fan beeps, I don’t care how cool it looks it’s not going to be ordered by us. So with all that said I would have given it a 3 star rating but the motor is fairly audible as well. We have 5 ceiling fans in our upstairs area and this is only one that will keep you up at night while running. For me I can think of it as background noise like I have a clock radio that makes a fan sound effect, for others, I’m not so sure how they will feel. If someone figures out how to turn off the beep the fan will get a 4-5 star rating from me, but oh the humanity...that beep! It was very easy to install so that’s something.
