Hunter Promenade Ceiling Fan with LED Light and Remote Control

Great fan

I bought this fan in 2023 and have waited a long time to do a review. This fan is great. It works perfectly fine, no issue. The only thing I did not like is that it does not dim as advertised.

So Freaking Loud!!!!

Please don't waste your money on this noise machine. Don't let the exorbitant price fool you. Forget about putting this fan on high because it cranks and makes very undesirable, unsettling sounds. It's in my bedroom and I can't even sleep at night because of the noise. What a waste of money and my electrician already installed it so I'm stuck with it. Bust!!! Buyer beware.

Less than a year old

Fan light started flickering when fan is running, even if light function is off. Product not quite a year old and of course, malfunctions during summer when fan is necessary. Contacting manufacturer

Remote Control and Very nice design

Loved the scroll motif on the fan housing. It fits a multitude of styles. The fan is quiet and having a remote control is especially good when installed over a bed. It looks and feels like a durable fan. We’re very happy with it. One of the light shades was broken upon arrival. I’m sure we could have gotten a replacement but we used some we had that also fit. Still, I give it a 5 for looks and quality.

It’s a beautiful fan

I couldn’t be any happier with this ceiling fan!!

My husband installed it and it was a pretty easy install. I’ve had many Hunter ceiling fans over the years and this one is built just as well as the others I’ve had. It’s also very quite as well.

It’s absolutely gorgeous and the photos don’t do it justice. It’s remote controlled but doesn’t have the standard 3 speeds so it can run at a much higher or lower speed than a regular ceiling fan. It is a bit bigger than expected but it still looks fabulous and goes so well with my master bedroom decor.

I discovered this fan in the refurbished ceiling fans and went to find a brand new on and died when I saw the actual price for it, this isn’t a cheap fan but I got it at an amazing price!

Beautiful fan! High Quality!

Love the intricate scroll work. This fan is a work of art. Quiet operation, though there is a pause when turning on. Works on my sloped ceiling with an extension rod. One of the globes arrived cracked. So Hunter sent me an entirely new fan where I took out the needed part and they paid for the return shipping of fan.

Ornate Nostalgia & Fully Functional

I liked the aesthetics so much that I purchased two of these fans. The install was simple. Its operation is completely silent. Its been a couple of months since the install and I have no regrets.

I upgraded the generic globes. The remote and fan set up is unique because there is often a delay of a few seconds and the motor may recalibrate by spinning backwards at times momentarily. Those are however minor and trivial issues. I miss the decorative pull down chains that never required a battery unlike the remotes but the units are so attractive that the removal of the chains is soon forgotten.

I spent weeks trying g to find a model to replace the pre-existing fan units that came with the house and I could not be happier with this selection. Form meets Function!

QUIET BUT QUIRKY

I replaced the fan that came with the house because it was too noisy. This fan is super quiet! There are quite a few quirks with it though. First of all beeping was off by default for me and can be turned on and dimmer also works if you look at the cheat sheet (attached). Now on to the real quirks. I have 2 wall switches that were there for the old fan. One for lights and one for fan. You cannot toggle the lights from the wall without the wall switch on for the fan as that powers the receiving unit. Also the wall switch for the light turns into a toggle... sometimes off is on and vice-versa. Second fan starts at full speed then goes to speed setting you selected after a couple seconds. Fan has weird start up sequence on top off that. I have 4 stars for looks and quiet. If it wasn't so quiet I would take off more for the undocumented weird wall switch issues which made me call support.

Fits perfectly in small room.

Great fan, easy to install in our small home office. Circulates air for room comfort.

Beautiful!

This fan is beautiful! It looks better in person than the pictures. Unfortunately, it does make a high pitch buzzing sound when the fan is on.

Beautiful fan

This fan is beautiful! I love the design of the base which can be seen even while the fan is on.

Pretty but does not Work well! HUNTER knows this issue and has not resolved!

The fan is very pretty. But, the lights actually aren't dimmable, and cannot operate solely by switch. The fan also stalls for about 10-15 seconds and goes in both directions every time you turn it on, before it actually starts to spin . (See attached video). The fan was turned on as soon as the video started. Very disappointed and made the decision to return it.
