Didn't even touch my ear ach. I get swimmer's ear very frequently to the point that this earache that I am currently dealing with is courtesy of me taking a shower and tilting my head the wrong way. I ran out of the ear drops that my doctor prescribed me and didn't have a refill so I purchased this to buy some time until my doctor's appointment in hopes that this would help dull the pain and allow me to sleep. I put them in and put in a cotton ball and waited... nothing happened! it didn't ease anything, my ear was still pounding and a couple days later (I have my normal ear drops script now) I now have pimples and swelling in my ear. I will definitely not be using this again and have already thrown it away to prevent my husband or anyone else in my household from using it.

I frequently will get a clog in my ear and have used other drops when needed. This one is more natural than others I've used and it seemed to take a bit longer to work but it fixed the issue.
