It's amazing, and I love it to death, but after about 6 months it's stopped working as well as it did when it first came. It may have just been a bad one but the time it was used it was amazing, and it was one of the Best buys. Especially due to my mother being a diabetic and she has a hard time with her other medications. It is honeyconvenient to have a full full month's month of medicine sent

Not as dependable as it should be
I purchased this for an elderly person the is forgetting to take medications. I rated it only 2 stars because if a person is not at home when alarm goes off or might still be in bed. The alarm goes off for a few seconds and only repeats a 2-5 times but after 30 minutes if ones does not hear the alarm it goes in off mode and will not you get in to get the medication. Also if the machine gets moved around it will shift the tray and medicine can get caught.
Video shows me trying to get the medication After missing the alarm and it’s not possible.

Ideerfit support is great.
We purchased the single tray dispenser last month. My mother has dementia, but at this point will take her pills if they are in a small bowl on the table.
At first I was confused and thought the release button needed to be pressed to drop the pills. I expected the pills to just drop at the time set. After talking to ideerfit support. They assured me that the pills would drop after 30 minutes. So I changed the time to drop 30 minutes earlier and leave the tray under the pill dispenser to catch the pills.
Another issue is filling the dispenser. I normally set the weeks pills on Sunday morning. This created a problem since the first setting had already passed. Now I setup the pills after the last drop of the day. I could also change the first drop time and set it back later I guess.
The support from ideerfit is great. I wrote my question to them and received a very well thought out response and solution the next day.
The pill dispenser is filling our needs completely.
I put batteries in, but leave the usb plugged in except when loading pills.

Tray is tricky but not impossible
I lost my crap when I accidentally picked up the tray to line it up for the next dose. BUT, when I figured out how to reset the tray with the actual function, it’s a great way for me not to forget to take my

Days are in opposite (NOT English which reads left to right)
Days are listed backwards - as older style Chinese and Japanese text goes (right to left). If you flip the case over so the days are listed correctly, the words are upside down and the case opens opposite.
Something that should be so simple. Returning this as it's so mindlessly bothersome.

Excellent upgrade to your standard pill case
Excellent pill case and a major upgrade over the standard cheap pill cases you can find at any store. At first I thought the outer sleeve was a bit unnecessary but realized that it works with a rubber seal on the end of the pill case to keep it airtight, preventing anything from drying out (I have a couple powdered supplements with clear casings that visibly dry out in a normal pill case over the course of a few days, but don't in this one). It's very sturdy and well-made, although the pill compartments themselves are a little narrow. Maybe not ideal if you take a ton of meds/supplements but can easily accommodate 6-7 capsules depending on size. Very happy with it!

Cute and Practical Pill Organizer for Travel
Perfect for traveling! This weekly pill organizer is small, cute, and very practical. The compartments are easy to open and hold the right amount of pills for each day. I love how portable it is—I can just throw it in my bag and go. Great quality and super convenient

Good size travel pill organizer
I was looking for a good travel pill organizer to take my vitamins and supplements with me when I travel, and this is it! I like the sliding cover that keeps all the tabs secure so it won't open in my bag. The size of each compartment is perfect for what I need, and like that there is a little extra one for things like Melatonin on Advil. Good design and quality and will enjoy using this on my many travels!

I am surprised at how much this compact pill organizer holds. I was able to fit more than I expected / more than a normal amount for someone like me. You can see what I was able to fit in my photo. I do not have anything negative to say about it, only positive.
-The sleeve prevents prying eyes or from accidental opening.
-The build is good enough that I would not worry about stowing this away anywhere - in luggage for example.
-There is an anti-moisture packet slot that would help with travel outdoors or in a humid environment. Several packets are provided with this product.

Slightly small compartments
I travel a lot, so I wanted a better option for taking my vitamins and allergy meds with me on trips. The daily lids are very tight and I struggled a little to open them without breaking a nail, so I'm hoping they loosen up a tiny bit with use. It is relatively lightweight for being a pill case and a sleeve, which was a nice surprise. It seems to be built well and seals tightly. The design is sleek enough to slide into a purse or backpack without taking up a ton of room. The only downside is that the compartments are a little small if you plan to use it with larger vitamins or pills. I was only able to fit 4 magnesium into one section in my test. Overall, it's a nice pill case for travel.

Decent, but all plastic, and could be a little less confusing
Normally, when traveling, I take my regular pillbox with me. But, it's very large, and it can snap open, which causes my pills to spill into whatever I am carrying my pill box in.
This pill box seemed like a better alternative when I am traveling. It has a protective sleeve to keep my pills contained, and even a small compartment to place a moisture absorbing pack to keep my pills fresh. Despite its convenience, there are a few downsides to this pill box.
As other reviewers have shared, the compartments on this box are very small. I am able to keep my pills within it, but, I only have two large pills, a multivitamin, and then some smaller pills that I need to keep within this, and they just barely fit. If you have larger or more pills, this may not work well for you. I found it to fit snugly within its sleeve, but not to difficult to pull out. The sleeve does only go on one way, and the box is designed to prevent you from doing that.
More confusing is the layout of this box. With the text on the box oriented correctly, and the hinges at the top, the dates appear to go from Sunday to Saturday. I found this very counter-intuitive, until I turned the box the other way around, then the correct order of Saturday-Sunday is apparent, but the text is upside down, along with the "Open" arrow hint. Now, in my situation, I use the same pills every day, so the labeled days may not be that important, but for someone who has to take pills on different schedules may find this challenging.
Finally, this is entirely made of plastic, including the sleeve. I would have preferred a slightly sturdier exterior material, like metal.

Fits nicely in my travel bags. Keeps them from spilling.
Handy.
The pockets for each day seem really small but they do hold my usual collection of supplements and prescriptions
I dont use the silica, the case is too sealed for them to douch good anyway
I open it by pushing the end opposite the grips (since pulling on the little grips does not seem to work)
It definitely does keep my pills from spilling out in my travel bag which is great.
I do wish the outer shell was metal, like aluminum rather than plastic but it is a minor detail.
Also fits easily in my purse and small back pack pockets.
Not bad. Does the job it is supposed to.

Good Size, Sleek, Travel-Friendly, & Subtle
TL;DR: Smart, sleek weekly pill case that’s durable, travel-friendly, and discreet.
This pill case is surprisingly well-built with thick, sturdy plastic. Each compartment fits a decent amount, and the insert slides into a sleek outer shell, making it super travel-friendly. It’s great for backpacks or bags because it looks more like a tech accessory than a medical item. There’s even a designated space for a moisture-absorbing packet to keep your meds fresh. Everything feels compact, functional, and thoughtfully designed.

Sleek pill organizer
My biggest complaint with pill organizers is that they can so easily pop open in your bag when traveling-- I have always put mine in a ziploc. Enter this slick little box, which comes in a secure sleeve. The compartments are not huge, but not too small, either. I take 5 pills total a day (3 different small tablets, 1 big oval supplement tablet, and 1 capsule) , and I think I could get two weeks worth in here for traveling. There's also the inclusion of a desiccant pouch compartment to absorb moisture-- nice touch!

Nice design that prevents the pill box from accidentally opening.
This is a nice one week pill holder box, if you take a fair amount of pills. It’s not oversized, but not small. This travel pill box is a little more tricky for small children to get into, as it has a protective sleeve….which also prevents the container from accidentally opening. I keep pushing the wrong end to open it and the pill box won’t slide out:) The container is bigger than most travel pill containers, each day’s inside box measures 1 and 3/8” long x 5/8” wide x 6/8” deep. The slots look small, but hold a lot of tablets. I was able to put 9 extra strength Tylenol in one slot. I’m not sure about fish oil as they are really much bigger in size. There is also a slot for a small desiccant pack. Three desiccant pack were included. Once out of the sleeve, the daily tabs are easy to open. The pill box with sleeve measures 6 and 1/8"x2"x1" . The sale priced priced under $8 is very affordable.

Very useful for travel
I’m not taking a star off for this, but be aware: The individual daily compartments are best for small pills or just a few larger ones. Many vitamin pills can be sizable, while prescription pills are often smaller. Consider what you want to use this for before deciding whether this is a good fit for your needs. (Medically complex note at the bottom of this review.)
The package contains the pills sorter in its case, a paper with notes on using the item, and a small bag with descant packets inside it.
The pill case is fairly airtight, which would trap humidity in as well as keeping it out. On the far end of the insert, there’s a narrow compartment in which a descant packet is intended to be stored. The lid of this compartment has slits to allow air and presumably humidity to enter the compartment and be absorbed. Since most pills are best kept away from humidity, this is intended to assist in making sure your supplements or medications remain in ideal conditions.
I live in a very humid location, so if I was going to be outdoors for any length of time, or if my travels took me where my medications would be in an uncontrolled environment, this would be a helpful sort of thing to have along.
For the medically complex, like myself: I have medical conditions which necessitate having several pills available per day. While I did warn about the size of these compartments, I can fit all my daily medications in each slot without trouble. It is larger pills — vitamins, antibiotics, etc — which would necessitate more space.

Double protection but small compartments
A weekly pill organizer is an essential accessory for anyone who needs to manage their medications and or supplements on the go. The compact design for the organizer is perfect for travel. Its slim design makes it easy to fit inside my purse. I love the double protection. No more worrying about the compartments accidently popping open and losing your medication or supplements. Sadly, this design does not hold all my gummy vitamins. The compartments are just too small so during travel I still have to take a couple of bottles with me.

This is smaller than expected.
I was surprised by the size of this pillbox. My picture shows how small the individual slots are for each day.
The plastic is nice, no ragged edges, very nicely milled. Appears to be excellent quality.
For me, it's too small. I also had trouble getting the pillbox out of the sleeve and trouble opening the day sections.
Also, be aware that the days are indicated, left to right, Saturday, Friday, Thursday, Wednesday, Tuesday, Monday, Sunday. So, if you're not using the sleeve but have it on a a counter, it's kind of backwards. I found that odd, but it may be okay for you.

Nice case, not for weak hands or long nails
I needed a case to keep on my desk instead of a few bottles, and this is a good idea. I usually have about 3-4 capsules, and the case fits what I need perfectly.
The only issue I have is how tight it is. It took me a few seconds to figure out how to slide the inside compartment out of the outer sleeve, the arrow was a bit misleading, I kept pushing on it thinking this is where you push, but apparently that's the side that slides out. I hope with time it will loosen up a bit, but not a problem for me because I don't have pain in my hands. The compartments inside are also a bit hard to open. They are very tightly closed, and if you have long nails r weak fingers, it might be an issue. I hope it'll become easier with time, and hopefully it'll loosen up as well. For now it’s a struggle.
Other than my complaint about slight difficulties in opening the case, it definitely won't fall out of the outer sleeve, and even if it does, definitely won't open by itself because of the tightness. So there is a plus to it, I guess.

Perfect Weekly Pill Organizer Once You Figure It Out!
I ordered this weekly travel pill organizer to pack my supplements for a trip. When I first received it, I had a hard time separating the outer cover from the pill organizer inside. It didn’t slide out easily, and even though there was an arrow at the edge of the case, pushing in that direction didn’t work. It turns out the arrow is just indicating the "top" of the container, not how to open it — which is a bit confusing and feels like a design flaw. You actually need to grab the side silicone parts to pull the inner tray out.
Once I figured that out, everything else was great! After the first time, opening it became much easier. I also really like that there’s an outer cover, which helps prevent the pill lids from popping open accidentally. The individual compartments are a good size and fit all my pills easily. The organizer is clean, cute, and has a soft, rounded design that feels nice in the hand. The color is pretty too — overall, I’m very happy with it!

Durable, Secure, and Travel-Friendly – Just Wish the Compartments Were a Bit Bigger
I chose this pill organizer because I needed something compact and secure for travel. Too many of the other organizers I’ve used pop open when tossed into a bag, but not this one. The outer case seals tightly and gives me confidence that nothing will spill, even if it gets bumped around.
The drawer-style design is easy to use and feels sturdy, and I love that it comes with anti-humidity pouches to help keep vitamins and supplements fresh—great detail. It’s a well-built little case that doesn’t feel cheap or flimsy at all.
It was a tight fit getting all my larger supplements and vitamins into each day’s compartment, so if you take a lot of bulky pills, you may find the compartments a bit small. That said, for smaller pills or a simpler regimen, this would be perfect.
Overall, I’m happy with the purchase. It’s durable, compact, easy to use, and exactly what I was looking for—just wish the pill slots were slightly bigger!

Securely carry meds on trips, not for lots of vitamins
I got this for taking meds when traveling. I have used a flip open container in the past, but occasionally it will open in the bag and spill the pills everywhere. This one has a sleeve that allows it to close securely and stay closed, but once I'm at my destination I can take it out of the case and leave it out, easy to access for the duration of the trip.
It's not big enough to hold all of my vitamins, but it does hold my husband's. It would work well for smaller prescription medications too.
Here's the scale I'm using for my ratings:
⭐️ 1 star= Nope! I do not recommend. It’s poorly made, or not what it’s listed to be.
⭐️⭐️ 2 stars = Has some redeeming qualities, would not buy again.
⭐️⭐️⭐️ 3 stars = Meh. It's passable. Might not be worth the price.
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 4 stars = Good, but there’s something off
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5 stars = Yes! Exactly what it should be.

Travel securely with a week's worth of pills
I have an older pillbox that I use for both daily use and for short trips. I have had the older pillbox pop open at unplanned times, so I routinely carry it in a ziplock bag so that the pills do not spill all over my luggage. This pillbox completely solves that problem in about the same size as the older pillbox. This pillbox cannot spill because it is contained within a carrying case. The carrying case is easy to open but not too easy - it will not open accidentally. Further, this pillbox has a slot for a silica gel dessicant that will keep your pills dry in all but the worst conditions. The capacity of the old and new pillboxes is about the same for typical medicines, so this new one is a real upgrade. It is also a bit more rugged and will handle rougher bouncing and even some crushing without failing. Travel is not always nice to luggage, so that is reassuring to know.
