The product is good and solid, and I've had plenty of fun times with it at parties. Unfortunately, mine broke because the straps provided are not good and leads to sudden detachment, which led to my device slamming into the ground and breaking my device.
----
So update on my end. I am honestly very surprised at Ikarao's support. I didn't contact them, and I didn't expect much out of them after having purchased my unit almost 2 years ago, but they contacted me after I wrote about the accident to the product and sent me a brand new replacement one. They were very understanding and prompt with the replacement, and were extremely apologetic. I can forgive some engineering faults -- we're all far from perfect, but what solidifies me as a customer and why I'm recommending this machine to others is because of the fantastic support. That's what makes this product amazing.
I highly recommend it. But yes, still get new straps!

Divorce party test ...is this the main event or background noise?
If this showed up to my party... would it take over the night?
✨ Vibe check:
This is not a toy — it feels like a full entertainment system. The screen + mics immediately make it feel legit.
🔥 What made it party-worthy:
– Built-in lyrics screen (no guessing words)
– Wireless mics are actually fun and responsive
– Sound is LOUD and clear — fills a room easily
– Autotune feature makes you sound better than you are 😭
💔 What killed the vibe:
– It’s a bit bulky (not super grab-and-go small)
– Setup takes a minute if you’re not techy
🎉 Best use:
Parties, content creation, hosting, or just having fun at home
🚩 Warning:
Once you turn this on, people will NOT want to leave
💥 FINAL CALL:
INVITED 💜 (main character energy)
Would I buy again? Yes — this is a whole experience, not just a product.
Case closed.

Was great while touch screen worked.
At first this was a hit anywhere we took it. But two months later the touch screen stoped working and now we are trying to get a replacement. Still have concerns when we get one as it’s taking a while and we have to ship this back may not last longer either. For the cost I would have expected to last a while before failing. Getting support has been a challenge as I just keep getting emails saying a shipping label will be sent but they never do been a week now since the first support email.

Great Karaoke
What a beast! Don't let the size full you! This mean machine beats any big-sized karaoke out there. The microphones are insanely good ( you get two). The speakers are loud and professional sounding. What a fun karaoke machine! A luxury item without having to pay a fortune! Definitely a must-buy!

The Best Just Got Better
I've owned and/or tested out quite a few karaoke solutions, and for a couple of years now, Ikarao has been consistently designing and releasing the best all-in-one solutions in the game (IMHO).
This latest machine, the Break X2, has blown me away with the sound and features for the size and price. It comes beautifully and securely packaged, and then the unboxing experience lets you know there's real quality and care inside.
Between all of the features, the recharging mics, the multiple karaoke apps plus YouTube, the HDMI out, swiveling screen, the ability too plug in more mics or instruments, that hard to find feature of a REVERB dial, plus Bluetooth audio from your smart devices...I mean, for my needs, it's the ultimate party speaker plus karaoke machine combo.
I have zero complaints, it just works. Five solid stars.

Visually appealing. Sound is decent for karaoke with friends. Noticed audio delay with some YouTube music videos, but lyric videos seem fine. I will use it primarily for karaoke.

Amazing Sound Quality and Portability... S1 is the Karaoke System for the GO!
The Ikarao S1 is an amazing Portable Karaoke machine. It has all-in-one features and with potential to expansion/customization with the Android Apps options. The S1 comes with the YouTube, Smule and Karafun already installed and ready for use once you connect the system to WiFi. The sound of the speaker is amazing and the S1 can be used to host a party on a reasonably large size room with 280W of power.
It comes with two microphones and are placed on the S1 charging cradle (so it will never run out of power). If you want to use your own microphone, you can plug it in using a 3.5 mm adapter. So there are plenty of options/customization.
The music and vocals are truly clear. I used it to host two Karaoke Parties in the last two weeks and all my guests were impressed by the sound quality of the S1. The bonus is that it is portable and can be taken anywhere to host a Karaoke Party.
The S1 can also be used as a speaker using Bluetooth or 3.5 mm cable. It also has a local mode play where you can play your mp3 or mp4/avi/mpg karaoke video files with a Third Party android app such as VLC or Winlive.
Last but certainly not least, the built is top notch. When you see or touch it, the feel is that the material and built is of top quality (not cheap plastic like some of other systems I have). Very professional looking too!
See the videos and photos of the Karaoke Party and judge for yourself. It is a great solution for vacations such as cruises and I strongly recommend it if you are looking for a Karaoke System.

LOVE
We are big karaoke fans here. We have a rather large speaker already but was searching for something smaller that we could take with us to family cookouts. This was perfect! Lightweight and the strap makes it easy to carry. We love that the microphones charge right inside and also store in there for safe keeping. Machine itself is very loud and you can definitely hear yourself on the microphone. Setting up WiFi was easy. We did do the YouTube app on it and it was easy to navigate and set up! It has much to offer so once we really dive into it I will update my review. It’s perfect for our family get togethers. Really has everyone having fun!

Very impressive!
I have a professional sound system that I have been using for friends and family for several years now. I got tired of disassembling it and lugging it around all the time as it’s my main karaoke system at home.
I saw this on instagram because of karafun.
All in one karaoke set up that’s literally the size of a large purse that I had very low expectations for because I am very picky with sound quality.
My expectations were proven wrong! During the time I got this for a little over $270 because of a coupon. Worth every single cent. Sure this won’t replace my professional sound system, but I can tell you right now I can confidently bring this 99% of the time to any social gathering. It’s that freaking good! Bravo!
TIP! If you don’t want to keep getting up to search songs on the screen and you have a subscription to karafun. You can go into the karafun settings and turn on the remote control feature and then click “Display QR code on Screen” . A QR code will pop up on the screen. Scan it with your phone and it will take you to your own session online. Multiple people can join in and you can QUE up your songs with each other using your phones and you can even switch the Que order around to give everyone a fair shot!
Also make sure you have “ask questions” clicked on in the Que settings so everyone can enter their names so that way you can tell who’s next.

Best Karaoke Machine!
The Ikarao Break X1 is the best karaoke machine I have ever used!
The features are amazing, especially when used with the included KaraFun karaoke app.
A few features that I find awesome:
* Two wireless microphones that charge when docked.
* Multiple effects for your voice. (Made even my voice sound better! LOL)
* Very powerful sound! The bass is loud and clear. (Could easily handle larger venues.)
* KaraFun as well as other apps built-in.
* Built-in large tablet. (Noticed at times takes a couple of taps for input. Maybe a stylus would help with that?)
* The variable lights on the front are great for visuals.
* Several input/output options. (I used an HDMI cable to connect it to my TV.)
* Easy to carry with the recessed handles or carrying strap. (It has some weight to it!)
* With the included KaraFun app, you can adjust the levels of lead or background vocals. (Check my video for a sample.)
* Participants can scan a QR code on the screen to their mobile device to see song queue, add songs, change speed/pitch or play the music quizzes and trivia. (KaraFun.)
I had to contact support due to it not having the latest version of KaraFun and they contacted me the next day (Time difference from US to China.) I sent them the requested information and they quickly pushed a firmware update to my unit. Great support!
We used the unit on Christmas Eve for singing but the real hit was the music trivia and quizzes in KaraFun! We gave out door prizes to the winners. Everyone was pleased with the sound and amazed at the features this unit has.
Note: To get all the features in the KaraFun app requires a subscription.
I highly recommend this unit if you’re in the market for an amazing karaoke machine!

It’s the perfect gift for any occasion—whether it’s a holiday, birthday, or just because—and it’s packed with features that make it a must-have for families who love to sing and entertain.
Setting it up was a breeze! The directions were super clear, and we had it up and running in no time. The sleek design and high-quality materials really stand out, and the adjustable strap makes it so easy to carry anywhere—whether it’s to the backyard for a barbecue or to grandma’s house for a family gathering.
What makes the iKarao Shell S1 so special is its versatility. You can do so much more than karaoke with this speaker. It’s easy to load apps like YouTube and Karafun directly onto the system, and it even comes with 6 months of Karafun free, so you have instant access to thousands of songs! Adding Karafun was as simple as downloading the app, and now we have an endless library of tracks for every mood and occasion.
The iKarao Shell S1 also has a microSD card slot, so you can load your favorite playlists directly onto it. Plus, it’s compatible with additional microphones, which means you can have duet competitions or a full-on family sing-off. The aux output jack is another great feature—you can connect it to other devices or external speakers to expand your setup if needed.

Whether you’re hosting a karaoke night, watching YouTube tutorials, or just streaming music, the performance feels professional every time.
Overall, the iKarao Shell S1 is an all-in-one entertainment hub that’s easy to use, beautifully designed, and endlessly fun. It’s more than just a speaker—it’s a tool for creating unforgettable family memories. If you’re looking for the perfect gift that everyone will enjoy, this is it!

Worth the value
The Ikarao Smart Karaoke Machine has been an absolute hit in our household, offering a blend of fun, functionality, and portability. With its built-in 10.1” touchscreen, it’s incredibly user-friendly, especially for kids. The lyrics display is clear and easy to read, making it simple for everyone to join in on the fun. The machine offers a range of karaoke tracks, and the touchscreen interface allows for easy navigation through songs and settings, which is a big plus for kids who want to be independent while singing.
One of the standout features is the two auto-charging wireless microphones. The sound quality is impressive, with clear vocals and good microphone sensitivity, ensuring everyone sounds great. The microphones hold a charge for a decent amount of time, which is ideal for longer karaoke sessions. The portability is also a big win—this karaoke machine is lightweight and comes with a built-in battery, so it’s easy to move around the house or take outside for parties.
The Bluetooth connectivity is seamless, and I appreciate the versatility of being able to connect it to WiFi, stream music, or use HDMI to connect to a larger screen. The sound quality as a portable Bluetooth speaker is solid—perfect for small gatherings or outdoor use—but don’t expect it to fill a large venue.
As for value, the Ikarao Smart Karaoke Machine is well worth the price. It offers a lot of features you’d expect from a high-end system but is compact and easy to use for both adults and kids alike. The addition of the dual microphones and touchscreen interface makes it a top contender for anyone looking for an all-in-one karaoke solution that’s both fun and practical. It’s durable, portable, and delivers good sound—definitely a solid investment for family entertainment.

A very cool Karaoke machine
I don't know if I want call this the ultimate karaoke machine or the coolest one ever! This is not just for kids. We have used this way more than our kids. This is great for nights at the home with the family, if you're having a party or a bbq. The screen on the inside of the lid is a display (I added a picture) or you can connect it to your television or a projector. The screen under the lid is only 10 inches, so we connected it our TV. This thing is great. We had some friends over and we had our own little concert by the pool. It was such a blast.
The microphones automatically charge when they're sitting in the karaoke machine, and the mics have effects that you can choose between to have even more fun with this while acting like you're the best artist or musician in the world. lol The sound quality is great, and you can stand away from the karaoke machine while using these. We were about 10ft away and had zero issues.
The only con is that it comes with just a 6-month subscription service, and after that, you have to pay. YouTube was a great alternative, but there were some times that the words displaying were laggy, but that just helped me make excuses for pauses and breaks with my horrible singing lol. This has everything you can think of. It honestly is a karaoke machine that allows you to have FUN!
I’m giving it a 5***** star rating.

The ultimate karaoke I will ever need!
Wow, this product is amazing! Unboxing and checking it for the first time was an incredible experience. It has a built-in 10.1” tablet that comes with the latest Android and all the music apps I would need. I like the design, colors, and the aesthetic look. It’s a bit heavy, but the performance is really good. It comes with two hidden mics that auto-charge while inside the karaoke body. The sound is loud and clear with a 360-degree surrounding type. The volume adjusting knob is really cool. I believe it’s the ultimate karaoke machine for anyone who needs a perfect one. I see nothing to complain about in this piece of art. Overall, highly recommended!

Just received the Shell S1 speaker.
It’s a great size for a speaker that I can bring anywhere. It comes with a shoulder strap too! I love the screen size and the sound quality the most. You can add mic effects and change the light show that comes off the speaker. Basically, you can be a superstar!
The buttons seem to be quite user friendly and self explanatory. This is gonna be a staple in my home and I am so excited to continue using it!

Great sound for a compact speaker.
This product delivers on convenience. For its small size this product has deep bass and great loudness. Using the microphones are easy and has great storage place under the clam shell like touch screen. The straps are a great idea and is perfect for an outside fire pit vibe. Product charges via USB C cable so there is no need for separate power cable. I enjoyed the microphone effects sooo much. The TV output allows the lyrics of karaoke to be visible to guests while the singer can use the very good and bright touchscreen to read lyrics. Very good product!
